We stopped here to try a new cuisine and just loved it. A small nice eatery in the King of Prussia mall serves you delicious Vietnamese food. We had Phở Chicken and Egg Noodles in beef stew(forgot the real name in the menu). They served those in huge bowls along with sprouts, sliced jalepenos, lemon and basil leaves on the sides, that too at a very low price. Both the items were soupy. We added little soya sauce and hot sauce for some flavour. The dishes were extremely delicious. Both chicken and beef were well cooked. The Egg noodles became our favourite. We will definitely go back to try other items on the menu.

Its mall phở — you can’t go there expecting actual good, real phở. Customer service was slow, served our spring rolls after we got our phở. Not many options for phở(did not have tripe or tendon) and the proportions were all off. A large bowl of phở was just much more broth, low amount of noodles and even less meat. No thai basil either, just lime and bean sprouts. The iced coffee was sickeningly sweet. The only reason it gets 2 stars and not 1 is because its in a shopping mall and you can’t expect them to live up to an actual phở shop.

Bad service. Not so good food. Got the order wrong, took way too long to get food right!

There’s definitely nothing wrong with this place and I think it’s a great addition to the King of Prussia Mall. M and I walked in for a weekday lunch and ordered the summer rolls and 2 bowls of beef and meatball phở. The summer rolls were fresh and tasty. One order will get you 2, but they cut them in half and since they’re of a decent size it’s like you have 4. We both enjoyed the phở as well. The broth is tasty and comforting — it was definitely what I needed since I was feeling a bit off. So why 3 stars? Because the phở at Phở Thai Nam in East Norriton is just out of this world! Pholicious does a good job and I will probably come back, but if I have some extra time I’d prefer to drive to East Norriton.

Came back for the Bun and Bubble tea and was very happy. It was very good(not phở and beyond good, but pretty good). I will be back for sure to get more Bun.

Having a phở place in the KOP mall is the best thing ever! I get phở every time I do some shopping at the mall and I love it! Currently in sitting here enjoying my summer rolls with some delicious Vietnamese iced coffee! Can’t get better than this

I have always enjoyed coming here. The food is always good but my last visit will probably be my last. They changed the employees and the portion has significantly gotten smaller. I was treated very disrespectully last time and am so disappointed. Bring back the nice lady, until then I will be at Chipotle’s downstairs.

I’m from California, so you could say I have pretty high expectations for my Viet food, and unfortunately Pholicious didn’t quite meet them. The food was pretty overpriced, considering how small the portions were. Boba was $ 4.50 each for both Thai tea and green tea(which was more like an iced green tea latte). The boba didn’t have much flavor or chewiness. The spring rolls were pretty good, but were wrapped in plastic wrap for some reason(?) which makes me wonder if they were premade. The peanut sauce it comes with is solid though. The phở broth is decent, but the portions are just so small! I ordered the seafood phở($ 7.99) and I literally got like 3 shrimps and a few fish balls. I barely got any noodles, and after finishing it I found myself still hungry. My boyfriend got beef phở($ 6.99) and only got a few pieces of beef, and he said the same thing. We ended up spending $ 33, but I would much rather go somewhere more filling for that price.

Read all these Unilocal reviews whilst waiting for my beef phở to come up that I was trying here for the first time. My excitement for this place quickly dwindled as I set my expectations low based upon the reviews. Now, I know good phở as 1. I’m obsessed with it 2. I’ve had it at many different places, and found not so good phở, and 3. I’ve had it prepared one time by someone who really knows how to make phở traditionally. So, there it went… I took my first bite: amazing. Wonderfully flavored broth… not salty nor bland like many of the reviews state. Huge portion for nine bucks. Plenty of noodles, broth, basil, onions, and a decent portion of meat. My only complaint is that I wish they put more jalapenos in the bag(but I’m not the normal person… I like a LOT of jalapenos. I highly recommend this place for phở.

This is the first time I’ve tried a Vietnamese restaurant, and it wasn’t an awful experience. The phở was tasty to me, even though it looks like from other reviews, it’s not the best. I also got spring rolls that were good. Not the best I’ve had but they were still pretty good. Maybe because I have nothing to compare it to, but I thought the food all around was pretty good. The staff was friendly and attentive. I think I will have to try another Vietnamese spot and then come back, but I would still come back here again either way.

After reading some of these other reviews you might think that this is the worst Vietnamese restaurant ever. That is not the case though. I ordered a beef phở soup and a honeydew smoothie which were both very good. The smoothie was not restaurant made, but was still very delicious. To the people complaining about paper bowls for the soup, it’s gone. My beef phở soup was served in a regular large plastic bowl just like any other Vietnamese restaurant. It tasted on par with other Vietnamese restaurants I have been to. Overall this is a great place to eat. I would come back again and try the Bahn Mí(Vietnamese hoagie).

Seriously, this location has come a long way! I’ve started going to Pholicious since it opened in the KOP mall and the paper bowls and plastic spoons were a turn off. The phở was okay as well and needed improvement. They’ve taken their customers advice and made it a true dine in restaurant. There are real bowls and utensils, as well as condiments. The beef broth(which is the only one I’ve tried) has really improved and I really enjoy it compared to other phở restaurants. I do recommend giving them a try. Once I try the other dishes, I will provide an update.

Dropped in for lunch today, having never been one before. I really like Phở and seek it out whenever I travel, though this is right around the corner from my office, so I figured I’d try it out. Turns out it’s a chain, which I didn’t realized until I walked in. I’ll say this first; the lady at the counter was really nice, as was the guy that brought out my soup. The menu is a laminated sheet stuck to the counter, and basically just has pictures; I don’t even remember seeing prices. Anyway, I ordered beef and meatballs, which is one of my favorites. It comes out in a paper bowl with a very small plate with some sprouts, a wedge of lime, and a few sliced jalapenos. No basil at all. I was pretty disappointed in the flavor, and ended up dumping a lot of hoison sauce and hot sauce in it to try and make it better. There were a few meatballs and three small slices of beef. The noodles were OK. Normally, I’d say«OK» and deal with it, but this small bowl of noodles is $ 9 and I expect a lot more for that, especially when I’ve gotten much larger bowls of much more flavorful Phở for less. I doubt I’ll go back.

Let’s just begin with a compliment on this innovative idea of PHO as fast food. I was skeptical at first because I thought this would be like an instant noodle type of phở; however, to my surprise, this phở actually tasted decent. The broth was pretty flavorful and had decent amount of beef in it. I also ordered their Thai tea which I found a little too sweet for my taste. Overall, not too bad.

Deliciously pholicious! If you’re tiredly carrying shopping bags for your girlfriend and need a relaxing meal, you’ve got to stop by Pholicious in the mall and have some phở. I found their beef noodle soup meal very relaxing after walking around and shopping all day. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I read previous reviews before stopping by and gave it a shot. In the end I was satisfied walking out. I had the seafood phở, vietnamese coffee with tapioca, egg rolls(must have), and a hoagie to go. I noticed regulars(employees of the mall) stopping by to have lunch and they seem to enjoy it. Being open for a couple months, they will definitely have more regulars of the mall.

So I enjoyed the springrolls I ate here. For a mall, how much can you expect? I didn’t try any of the Phở or Smoothies, but I’m sure they are decent for KOP. The prices are average, and they have an large, and somewhat odd amount of seating for its location. I’d have to give them three stars because they seem to be quite unorganized here. Boxes are sitting in the common space as you make your way down a corridor to the bathroom. Also, the workers seem to be running around the store as if they don’t know what to do next. The teller asked me the number of my order, to which I was never told, as if I actually knew it… If they could get their act together and seem like an organized business they would definitely receive a higher review.

So back when this place first opened, I noticed the place, noticed it had a couple half decent reviews at the time, and put it on my to try list. Fast forward to yesterday. I’m walking through the mall. I walk past here. I decide this will be the day I try it. I made one error. I did not check here first. I really should have. So, one Sample #2 later, with Meatball Phở, mini egg rolls, and a strawberry mango smoothie later… Man I really should have listened to you all. The egg rolls were embarrassing. Seriously, I think they should be embarrassed to serve them. Rubbery with absolutely no flavor to speak of, I’d tell you they were like the frozen mini egg rolls from the supermarket box, except I think I could get better out of the supermarket box. The phở, maybe I’ll be generous and call it ok. It had enough noodles, but definitely didn’t taste authentic. Tasted more like Lipton Instant Phở if there were such a thing. I’ll go easy on the smoothie. I finished it so I didn’t hate it obviously. The problem here is that people who love phở tend to REALLY love phở. The food has a following. So if you make substandard phở, you’re angering a potentially loyal fan base. And that’s going to be tough to overcome. I sense problems for this chain.

Pholicious had a very kind and helpful staff and excellent food. It was the first time I’ve ever had Phở, but I can say with certainty that I will definitely have it again! Prices are very reasonable. You can get a Sample meal that comes with a regular phở, 2 egg rolls, 1 spring roll, and a drink for 10.99. I tried the chicken phở and it was amazing. I love having the ability to add all the extra ingredients on my own. I also wound up trying a Strawberry smoothie, which was very good. My only complaint was that it did not have the ‘bubbles’ that were in the picture. I was hoping to taste those. All in all, I highly recommend Pholicious. This was their grand opening in the King of Prussia mall, and they handled my experience very smoothly. I will be back!
