Spectacular Red Lobster experience… This review is for this and similar restaurants. My party of 3 arrived around 7:30pm and requested a booth in India or Michelle’s section. There was no wait, though the restaurant was busier than it has been recently. Michelle came right over and got our drink order, then returned almost immediately with our drinks and a basket of Cheddar Bay Biscuits. The biscuits were piping hot and delicious. We needed a few minutes to look over the menu, and Michelle then came back and took our order. About three minutes later, Michelle came out with our salads and included an extra dressing on the side for each of us. That was great. Red Lobster salads are nothing to write home about, but are completely fine. Just a little tomato, cucumber and red onion over some iceberg lettuce with croutons. Nothing special but serves its purpose. I really enjoyed using the extra salad dressing on my biscuits. Michelle also refreshed our biscuits and drinks. Not too long later our entrees arrived. Each came exactly as ordered with the correct sides. All were hot and tasty. My lobster tails were well cooked and delicious. The lobster mac and cheese was just ok, and I found it very similar to a frozen one I get at the grocery store. The baked potato was tiny but very good. Michelle also remembered to bring out the hot tea that one of my guests had ordered at the beginning to arrive with with her meal. Surprisingly, and much to her credit, Michelle brought out fresh waters and drinks for all of us as well. She also brought out another basket of hot biscuits, and continued to check on us throughout after meal. There were some extra tacos, so we needed a box. Normally at this Red Lobster, they kind of just throw the box in your lap. Michelle on the other hand came out with a clean pair of gloves and packed the taco and some extra biscuits into the box for us. At the end of the meal we were sure to let the manager know that Michelle had been excellent. She is really what made this a 5 star meal. A lot of people that work at restaurants like this don’t care and don’t try, but it’s very clear that she does. She’s really the type of waitress that you would like to see at a better restaurant because you know she deserves it and can do the job well.

Every time I order from Red Lobster I always get the same thing and I never have a problem. This time was not too good. The pasta that I ordered had crab shells all throughout the ENTIRE dish! I found myself picking little pieces of shell out of the pasta before I ate it. I even found a piece of shell with crab hair on it. I was disgusted and very disappointed. Besides that the pasta was good. The flavor was good as usual but all of the shells made it very difficult for me to enjoy it. I ended up throwing the dish in the trash before I could get halfway through it.

I figure most people go to chain restaurants because while you know it won’t be GREAT it is a safe choice. Not this one. They do a great disappearing-waitress act. Twice I had to ask the bartender to find her. Some food arrived, some did not. The birthday dinner was beyond repair when our son, whose birthday it was, never got his dinner. The desserts never came. The manager took some items off the bill but we had not come in search of a bargain. I would recommend staying far away, the waitress was bad but the unwillingness of the management to help is inexcusable.

Called about 4pm Saturday afternoon and asked to ‘make a reservation’. Was told I could. Asked for 7, was told ok. Arrived at 7 and waited 40 minutes, and watched as those who arrived after us were seated ahead. Hmm, whats the deal? Asked to speak to a manager. Tells me they dont make reservations — well, then why dont you tell your staff that? «Its call ahead seating» Well, then still how did someone who arrived after us get seated before, when I had called? «It depends on when the call gets placed» So, did they call the day before, or what’s the deal? I guess the manager couldnt care less. Apart from that the waitress was too low grade for the upscale prices in this joint. The food is acceptable, but way overpriced, and apart from being attentive the staff know nothing of customer service. If you want a lengthy wait without explanatioin, go here. Otherwise, you’re better off somewhere else — like at the mall in another seafood chain, WAAAY better.

Though I generally shy away from the chain type of eatery’s(and RL qualifies), I had to write a positive review after visiting here twice in as many weeks for lunch. My purpose was a client meeting and we had no trouble procuring a nice quiet table. It was very convenient to many things in th KOP region and easy to access from the busy 202 corridor from either direction(which is huge). Today I had the Sailers Special which included three seafood items, plus a very tasty and well proportioned baked potato. And by well proportioned I mean it wasn’t a huge monsterous beast taking up the entire plate. Plus a chaser salad was included for $ 12 I think. Good value. Service was good although the server did reverse the order and gave us out salads after the entrée was served… which is good by me because i generally eat my ruffage after the meal. And lastly kudos to the hostess for her pleasant demeanor and accommodating personality.

We arrived around 3pm on Sunday, the wait was about 30 minutes which wasn’t too bad given it was a Sunday and resturants tend to be more crowded on the weekends. Aaron was our server. It was such a pleasure to have some one who actually knows what their doing and seems to enjoy it. He was with out a doubt very attentive, we didn’t have to ask for much. He was always 2 steps a head with everything. We definitely rewarded him with a gracious tip for being a great server and allowing us to have an enjoyable dining experience.

What an amazing experience. I’ve been to this red lobster probably 5 or 6 times, and always thought the service and food were pretty good. Average. However, after tonight I’ll be coming back. Aaron our waiter was absolutely amazing. Hands down best waiter I’ve had in awhile. He was so attentive, so sweet and polite, and really made this experience an awesome one. I didn’t even have to ask him once for anything. He brought our refills of everything at the table almost as soon as the food came out the first time. He truly cares about making sure your experience is a good one. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Ask for him if you come here!

Food is always good here that’s why we frequent this place. Chrissy, the lady who waited on us, is super nice and very accommodating. She always checked on us and took care of what we need — such an excellent customer service.

The biscuits, THEBISCUITS!!! We went on a Friday night and waited at the bar for a table for two. We half finished our fruity slush drinks and were seated. Perfect timing. Noticed the 4 courses for $ 17 and took advantage. Perfect timing and great tasting food! We were very happy with a Unilocal Elite event we went to at this location and we’re still very happy with the service, cleanliness, and quality of the food at the KOP Red Lobster!

King of Prussia Red Lobster used to be bustling. Now it is disorganized and devoid of energy. We were here about a year ago and the difference is startling and not in a good way. Our waiter could have cared less and the waitstaff seemed disorganized at best. Salad was ok but lobster was SO overlooked you could not get meat out of claws. They served me a piece of «grilled» corn that was ice cold and mushy — super GROSS!

I come here all the time with my family, and I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place before! I like Red Lobster. I never leave disappointed or hungry. The staples I like to order are the shrimp pasta, baked fish, and scallops. My family and I also come at least once every year for the endless shrimp promotion, which is a great deal if you can eat a lot! The seafood is always acceptable, not great, but good for the price you pay. I also love the cheddar bay biscuits… they are so addictive! And meals usually come with a salad or side, so I usually take home leftovers because it’s so much food. If you like margaritas, try their delicious«lobsterita» which is just an XXL classic margarita. Be careful drinking it if you’re driving home!

The biscuits are good :) The food was tasty but it was just warm to cold, not hot as you could expect and that was a big turn off. It was a slow monday and we felt they want us to leave as soon as possible asking every 2 minutes if we still want anything from the kitchen. It did not left us with the wish to repeat it again, so we are not coming back anytime soon as we need some time to recover from the experience.

The service was HORRIFIC! Do not waste your time at this restaurant. Dinner reservations were made for a large party, from out of town. We were in town for a national convention but after visiting this location we made sure never to return for the remainder of the week. The waitstaff was mediocre at best bug the management team working this night should really consider taking PR classes and how to run a successful restaurant. We had better service at the Chic-Fil-A up the street. At least they said«thank you»!

I love red lobster because their nutrition info is highly publicized. Lots of healthy options here. So healthy you can save room for one of their cheddar bay biscuits. You have to eat the biscuits. They are to do for! Underrated chain.

It’s easy to hate on Red Lobster. They’re a sprawling, successful food chain with mass appeal to the American people. I get the hate, but I love the biscuits. The cheddar biscuits served before the meal occupy the same nostalgic, salty, buttery, delicious spot in my heart that only has a little bit more room for Olive Garden’s breadsticks. They are great. Don’t believe me? It’s cause you’re dead inside. Red Lobster has revamped it’s dated menu. Although a few hilarious things have remained(like the gluttonous Admiral’s Feast), their best new addition is a chilli shrimp appetizer. Fried to the pollster-perfect crisp and laced with enough spice to admit that there’s spice there, this is a solid item.

Came here on a weekday night. I was impressed with the décor for a chain. It was clean, classic boat/harbor house style with dark blue walls. I was actually surprised by this chain. I expected a 1 – 2 star experience. I usually don’t patronize chains, but when I have a coconut shrimp craving, I can’t help it. Here I had(of course) coconut shrimp, a grilled lobster tail and a side of mashed potatoes. The shrimp were deep-fried just right. I wasn’t crazy about the flavor of their breading, but that’s a taste thing, not a badly-prepared thing. Lobster tail was juicy, a little tough to get out of the shell. The mashed potatoes were creamy and good. We also got a couple vegetable sides and they were both prepared well — crisp and cooked just right. Service was decent. Started strong and tapered off. Waitress missed our cues to bring more water, took a long time to bring out simple dishes(though they were busy and it was dinner time) and took a long time to bring our check. She seemed to have disappeared from our area in general. Although I typically will choose an independent restaurant over a chain, I would consider coming back to this Red Lobster if I had another craving.

Luckily this location allows you to call-in and put your name on the list if you plan to arrive within 30 minutes. Saturday night wait was about an hour so by the time we actually arrived we only had to wait another 30 minutes. I didn’t mind since we could chill in the car while we waited for our little hand buzzer to not only buzz, but actually talk. Real Classy Red Lobster. Real Classy. This is definitely one of the better locations as far as customer service is concerned. From the hostess to the waiter, everyone was incredibly friendly. Gotta love the burbs. Standard RL fare with delicious Cheddar Bay biscuits as always. Another plus is that they had the new menu options. I had the chili shrimp which were a little more spicier than I remember having at the Unilocal event, but it was still pretty tasty. I ended up getting that and a side of broccoli for my meal and it was more than enough.

We came here today to grab takeout using a gift card my grandmother had recieved for Christmas. Although 3 years have passed since my last visit, not much has changed. Our food took 20 minutes to come out(as promised), but was cold as if it had been sitting there already for a while. The shrimp linguini was rubbery, the biscuits were ice cold… need I say more? Back in the day, they were awesome. Nowadays, I’d take your money elsewhere!
