Does it sound weird to say this is probably my favorite Macy’s in the Hudson Valley and surrounding areas because they «keep it real» here? It doesn’t feel anywhere near as pretentious as other Macy’s. The staff are much more casual here. I like the fact that when you stroll by the fragrance department you aren’t attacked by «spritzer people» trying to interest you in the latest designer aroma. The men’s department carries a large supply of Club Room clothes (my preference when shopping at a Macy’s). You already know what kind of pricing scheme you are going to get when you walk into any Macy’s, so I tend to look at supply and service. Unfortunately, the thing I was looking for today — some specific home décor — is not something they carry at this particular store. But other than that, you’ll do well shopping here.

I guess not as many people Unilocal on the east coast as they do on the west because this store is established and yet not reviewed.
It really was a typical Macy’s but was empty at 11-​ish when we came through the mall that had the store. Honestly I didn’t buy anything but used the washroom and it looked like the store empty and a little dated.
Really saw only a few employees and maybe one customer.
