Sam’s Club

We go here to get deals on bulk supplies, but I find myself more and more annoyed at the bewildering and always changing programs and credit cards. It’s hard to keep up with these offers, and it seems that often the employees are unable to explain them clearly. We were purchasing for a non-​profit, and received incorrect information from the manager about tax exemption for our purchase. They need to do better in regards to customer service. We are close to dropping our membership.

I am a member and every time I am harassed about joining their «new» rewards program. I don’t understand why they can’t ask once and then make a note on their system that I am definitely not interested! The cashiers paint this new program as saving me hundreds of dollars, I thought that was the premise of a wholesale club in the first place? I sure wish another business would come to town to compete with them!

I don’t tend to go into this store, unless they have a no-​membership fee required day. I don’t populate wholesale stores that much, as I don’t buy all that much stuff in bulk due to space in my house. however, when I went into this Sam’s Club the other day (when they had their no-​frills no-​membership fee day), I was amazed at what I had been missing all along. They got everything and more of what Wal-​Marts has, but if you don’t buy things in bulk, it won’t impress many. The aisles might be clean and tidy, but the prices tend to wrack up problems for most.
I’ll populate my Wal-​Mart, still, being they don’t have a membership fee just yet. But, until Sam’s Club drops their membership fees for all, I’ll continue to only go when the days only have all membership fees dropped.

My mom ordered tires here and they claimed they contacted her when they were in and they didn’t. When we came to pick them up, the guy was more focused on another employee and took about 10 minutes just to get us our tires that were literally on the shelf right near him.
They sell great food items, and they also have a little food court area with great prices.
