Every time I have been there they have been very nice. The food has always been good. Sometimes they throw in an extra biscuit when I order them to go! They are definitely underrated.

Tried it three time because others insisted on eating there. Salty, Salty, Salty. The best thing they have is the cheese biscuits. You would have to pay me to eat there again.

Came in on president’s weekend with a group of 17, four families. This review is for the service from the hostess to the wait staff. Serving families is probably not fun but they took our orders quickly and service was attentive and tops.

This Red Lobster is just like any other red lobster. You know what you’re getting into so unless the food or service is just horrible there is really no reason to complain. I took my Granmda here – who lives locally – for dinner. She ordered the $ 16.99 four course dinner meal, which in my opinion is a great deal. The service was adequate and we had a nice dinner. One of the nice parts about this restaurant is that no matter how busy it is, it is always rather quite. I’m sure I will be back, but of course there are better seafood restaurants in the area.

I used to be a fan of Red Lobster until I had REAL dining experiences! I ordered off of their healthy menu(baked fish and Vegetables) it was bland and COLD! I’ve been to better Red Lobster locations wasn’t really fond of this location’s food /service. Helped me realize I’m over Red Lobster and their processed, pre-made food!

I got a really bad case of food poisoning here in March. Service is generally friendly. But I will never go back.

Our waitress was really friendly, but there was no one at the door when we walked in. Our soup came out almost cold, along with my mashed potatoes. My garlic grilled shrimp however were really good.

I came into this business a 2 years ago thinking this place had some salad/Italian dishes on top of the seafood that most Red Lobsters have, but boy did I not get what I asked for. All of their meals almost all have something to do with seafood. They have very few salad choices for those not wanting seafood. Their prices are a bit steep. I was put into a corner, and had I not spoken up, would have been forgotten about. And I wasn’t the only person on this trip; my parents were also there, and they could vouch for those facts too. A few things I did enjoy about this place are being able to see fresh lobsters in an aquarium/tank just inside the doorway(which proves their food is fresh). Now with their major renovation they just went through, things seem to be looking up(maybe), so eventually, it might be some time to return.

I had a thing to take care of in Kingston so I came in for lunch. The first impression was horrible, because one of the hostesses they had. As I walked in, she did not greet me or anything and when I told her I was by myself, she gave the«Huh? Are you eating alone? What a wierdo!» look. It was almost unbelievable how she made face right infront of me just because I was eating alone. However, thank God, the other young host was so nice and he was very helpful. I ordered Shrimp Lobster Pasta. It was okay… nothing great about it. The salad came with the pasta had too little dressing on it. But their biscuits were very tasty. The waiter was very nice. Afterall it was just okay. Nothing specail, the price is higher than other chain restaurants in the area, a rude hostess… I would not go back.
