Agree with Jessica. Entirely too salty and sucking the heads on these was rather gross. It was like chugging spillway water. Not only that, they nickel and dime you on everything. Corn, potatoes, sauce were all extra and we ended up averaging $ 8/lb. In retrospect, we should’ve left and gone elsewhere. The corn and potato had zero flavor whatsoever. Just boiled in plain water with no spice at all. I guess if you enjoy boiled vegetables and salty mudbugs, this is your place. I do like the tent setup. they have outside. It would be perfect for group lunches, but I don’t want to take my coworkers here until the quality increases and the price decreases.

I thought this place was pretty good. Some days crawfish are better than others, and today, they were better. There was enough heat, and the heads were very juicy! Don’t even bother with the sauces, although I do like they have a great selection of them :) the fact that they had mushrooms and a whole link sausage was a huge plus! The live music was fairly entertaining. I think they’re trying to recreate Louisiana because they sure we’re playing a lot of Zydeco music!

Edible. The dipping sauce was good, but the crawfish were not. Don’t even bother sucking the heads all you get is salt. They were decent last year, so maybe they are just working out the kinks, but they were not good today. Crawfish were semi dry, sticking to the shells and salty.
