Linda Lu’s Consignment Boutique

Wow! Pretty amazing how someone can lie with themselves when they are completely dishonest business owners. I took my clothes here in July 2011 and went by to pick them up 30 days later as my contract requested. They did not have the balance of my clothes ready for me. I called, went in and did everything to try and reach these people but no help. Oh and no check was ever sent to me! And guess what? They have the rest of my clothes. All I can hope for is that they were donated to a charity and that Jason is not selling my Jimmy Choos under some other BS company.
Good luck to you Jason… life doesn’t work that way. Check your karma at the door! And I only gave this 1 star because I couldn’t give it a negative or even a zero!

Shame on these people, they steal your clothes and sell them!
I would have give them zero star if i could. I brought a lot of my expensive clothes there, they took all of it. Linda called and asked if I have more, I said sure I will bring more. A month later I called for my check and was told it will be mailed out. Never received it. I called again and again, talked to Jason who took over, he said he will mail out a check. Surprise! No check. I stopped by the store and talked to Jason. He promised he will have the check mailed out. Again, no check. This is after 8 months.
Do yourself a favor, if you are considering consigning with them, go somewhere else, or donate your clothes instead, at least donating to people in need, not thieves!

Friendly staff. It can be hit and miss with the items available, but it’s a fun atmosphere.

Linda Lu’s used to be my favorite consignment of kirkland. I took all my clothes there too, and i have some nice clothes. But recently Linda was completely rude. Barely looked at my things (one of which still had tags on it) and dismissed me. Didn’t say why or hi or anything. Linda, there are a lot of places we can take our clothing for resale and a lot of places to buy clothing in kirkland — you should concentrate on customer service. I’m switching.

This boutique has a great selection of fun summer dresses to 7, R&R, and joes jeans! The prices are right and the Owners are super friendly.
