I recently had my wedding invites, envelopes and rsvp cards printed at this location. The staff was amazing! They helped me with the design and coming up with the wording for my invites! (I had no idea what I was doing lol!) Everything turned out so nice! I received lots and lots of compliments on how beautiful and creative they were! The price was perfect and the turn around was super fast! I was so happy that they were able to help me! It made one thing on my wedding to do list very easy :) I would recommend this minute man press to anyone looking for a friendly helpful place to get something printed at!

I’ve done business at the Kirkland location with the previous owners several times with other business’s that I have work for. With the greatness that came from the previous owners (having no idea they changes owners) I wanted to bring more business to the establishment. Sadly to my surprise, I was slapped with a rude awaking! The new owner, whom she claimed to be when I asked to speak with the owner or a manager… Is completely unprofessional, rude and I feel sorry for anyone that crosses her path. I recently emailed over information in regards to a print order the week prior and the pleasant man that helped me took all the details on what I wanted to have done. I called a week later to follow up on the progress since I had not heard anything from email, as the man that took my information previously said he would email be back a copy of the sample. When I called, the woman that claimed to be the «new owner» continued to insult me by raising her voice over mine not allowing me to get a word in, telling me how I didn’t finish the details needed to complete my order. As she was asking me all that same questions that the man previously asked me, I yet again tried to explain I had already gone over the same details with the man I spoke with last week. She then proceeded with telling me how rude I was being and hung up on me. I called back hoping this was all a joke and she answered the phone not with a hello but with a «Shall we start over» … Again not allowing me to speak or explain the situation she continued to tell me how rude I was being and that she was going to hang up on me again. I was so shocked by the unprofessional approach that I politely said I would prefer to take my business else where and left it at that. Clearly at this point there was no way to explain further or even waste my time since she would not allow me to speak. Being the owner and operator of 2 businesses I am appalled by this behavior. Employee or owner this behavior should not be tolerated by anyone. I DO NOT recommend this place!

Katie and John have always done a great job on our work. The turn around is quick and they are very detail oriented. I am a long time customer of Minuteman Press in Kirkland. The business has changed hands a few times over the years and this is by far the best interation so far.
