On my lunch break I went to Carl’s jr. Drive thru, which is a drive-through that you cannot exit once you enter. I sat there boxed for 19 minutes waiting on a single order of bacon cheese fries. When I got to the window I asked a manager if they could give me the fries for free since I waited for nearly 20 minutes on my lunch break. The manager offered to Discount the $ 3 fries but said that’s all he could do and basically told me I was lying about the 19 minutes(which I timed on my phone). Due to the poor customer service I will never return to this restaurant.

The drive through lady had me repeat my order 5 times. When i got to the window she tried charging me $ 31 bucks for my order when it was only $ 14. I then gave her my card to pay and she then left the window for 5 minutes. Then another employee can back and asked me to pay after already giving my card to the employee. When i finally received my food i only had 3 pieces for a 5 piece chicken strips meal and she gave me the wrong sandwich.

Ordered my food and waited. I waited at least 20 minutes and noticed other customers who placed their orders long after me were receiving their food. I went to the counter and inquired about my order and they had no record of it. The manager called the fellow that rang me up to the front to verify he took my order and he agreed that I had payed but not received my food. So I stood there and waited. The manager searched for my order, I threw my receipt away when I filled my drink cup, but could not find it. I waited what seemed to be some time and a line began to form behind me. Finally, I told the manager to keep my money and I left. Essentially I paid $ 10.38 for poor service and a large drink. I do not blame the manager, he seemed to be genuinely bothered by the trouble with my order but that does not make it acceptable for customers to pay for a service/good they do not receive. Fuck Carl’s Jr.

Great food. Staff is pleasant. Food is made to order. Love that it’s hot when I comes to me. I am gluten free not very many options out there… i love that they will do a lettuce wrap.

I’ve been here 2x now, both for the Big Chicken Sandwich with coupons. During both visits(drive thru) it seemed particularly slow, but the food was(seemed) fresh and hot(burn your mouth fries). Staff very pleasant both times. They have a TexMex Bacon Burger that looks interesting.

Come on guys, get your prices right on the drive thru menu. The Loaded Omelette biscuit is $ 2.59 but you try charging me $ 2.99? I wonder how many customers you suckered by overcharging them. Get it together Carl’s Jr.

Continues to be the worst fast-food service in the Kyle area. Wife and I decided to give it a shot for breakfast(drive-thru). 5:40am. No-one in lane or in dining area, yet the young lady and her male counterpart took 4 ½ minutes just to say«Welcome to Carl’s Jr, we’ll be right with you.» 7 minutes later I blew the horn, and drove to the front and finally they came out of the back. Needless to say, we ate elsewhere. No care for the customer.

I really wish Unilocal had an option for negative stars. Ive been to other CJ’s locations before and i wanted my girlfriend to try how great they are, oh lord that was a mistake! She ordered the western and i ordered the teriyaki; upon our first bites the burgers the patties were thin, floppy and slightly pink almost instantly we felt sick. The soda tasted like their syrup bags were empty because all we got was carbinated water that tasted like tonic water. Until they get their sh** together stay away! Unless you want to puke in the parking lot… It was so bad we had to get our money back and not once did they apologize.

Late night dining options are notoriously limited, especially in more suburban areas. Sadly there doesn’t seem to be any change in the horizon. I’ve never had CJ’s and it appears I wasn’t really missing out. I ordered their #10 — basically a 1/3lb jalapeño burger. It’s basically a dry piece of ground chuck dripping with toppings and sauce on top of a slightly better than average bun. At a whopping $ 10 a meal(to be fair an upsized one) it’s not worth the wait or the price.
