They always get my order wrong and it’s probably the slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to but The food is good as always

This is the single worst managed Wendy’s I have ever experienced. I was cut off in the middle of my order then they forgot my drink, this is not the first time I have had a problem, but I figured after this many times I better share my experience.

this is second time I’ve gone through the drive thru late. work nights and it’s close, so i stopped in to get a burger. first time was around 1am about a month after they opened, saw no one, but all the lights were on. now, tonight, i drive by at 1:28am. there was a guy in the drive thru that motioned they were closed. i got him to open the window and asked him when they close. first he says 2am, then changed it to 1am. i guess he realized it wasn’t 2am yet. when i look up the hours, it says they close at 2am. i will definitely be calling the manager tomorrow.

This is it! I will never eat here again. This was my 3rd time here and I can honestly say that EVERYTIME I’ve ordered food from here it has been messed up. This place is ran by people who lack education and seem to just not care about doing the job right, this ultimately is a reflection of poor management as well as poor judgment on whomever it was that hired these people and decided to make them management. Simple orders made completely wrong followed by a manager that can’t fix the mistake is just ridiculous. After receiving such POOR service and being full of disappointment I’m now calling this THEWORSTPLACETOEATINKYLE!

To be honest, it isn’t the best Wendy’s, order usually isn’t right and if it is, it isn’t cooked enough or over cooked. The workers don’t seem to listen when placing an order. The only redeeming quality is when it’s good, it’s very good, but not often enough to give it more than 2 stars.

Waited in line for 10 mins and no sign of aknowledgement finally left all i wanted was a baked potato worst service and this is the second time

Where do I start? I went there specifically so I could get a baked potato for my wife who was sick. They said they were out of potatoes so substituted fries for her. I got to the drive thru window and they told me they were out of tea. They substituted my tea for a soda. They proceed to give me my order that was missing the substitution fries. While waiting for the fries I checked the rest of my order and it was wrong as well. I sent that back to be fixed and then they gave me the speech about being out of tea again even though I already received my drinks. I finally got my correct order but they didn’t give me a drink carrier, straws or napkins. We wanted to give them a fair shot since they were new to the Kyle area but wow they have lots of work to do before I’d even consider spending my hard earned money there again. Stay away or don’t say you weren’t warned

Food was good. They ran out of coke and there are about 20 to 30 flies here inside. We had to fan our food.. Hope they get a handle on this.

This newly opened location features a more modern design, which gives up a lot on actual dining area, for aesthetics. The size is too small for the population, already, and in a location that has explosive growth, was not thought out properly. The parking lot is ridiculous, and hard to navigate. The drive thru line, blocks the only entry/exit point, at times. Someone also thought it was a great idea to put huge windows, without sun screens, facing the hot west TX sky! The AC system was not keeping up, and the temperature was uncomfortable. Ordering our meal was easy, and the cashiers were pleasant enough, and efficient. Most of the tables were in need of a wipe down, and the trash was not being emptied quickly enough. We were able to get our sodas, initially, from the«fancy» movie theater style Coke machines, that offer 3000 flavor combos, that confuse the hell out of old people, and send the kids into flavor fantasyland! This soon changed, and became a melt-down for the manager, as somehow, they had allowed the only three soda machines in the restaurant, to all go down at once! None of the customers, inside, or in drive thru, could get sodas. This caused a huge back up with orders, and customers demanding refunds for their drinks. The situation took approximately 25 minutes to resolve. Our food order took longer than average, to receive, but was delivered to our table freshly prepared, and as ordered. I was disappointed with the Baconator fries, as the amount of bacon on the order was not sufficient. If we return, we will probably attempt to go only during off-peak times, as to try and have a better overall experience.
