Great service but the orange chicken is questionable on quality. Like what was that I just gnawed, resulting in a pop… :(I halved the next piece to examine the inside, and couldnt finish it after except the veggie rolls and rice. The pepsi had a minty taste.

Go here all the time, but had a rude woman at the window tonight who gave me TWO sauces with a huge order. This was just not right. I always feel like I have to beg at the window for them to give at the very least mediocre service.

If you like greasy Chinese food this is the place for you. It’s tasty and my kids like it, but I can’t get past how greasy and oily all of the food is.

Every time I come by panda the wait isn’t crazy long. As for the food it’s a great alternative

It’s some of the best food I had and also when you buy the family size to go for $ 30 it says it feeds 4 persons but it’s more like 6 person meal.

Nothing special at all about this place in Kyle. Food taste as if had been cooked hours earlier. The food has no flavor at all.

Food here seems to turn over pretty quickly, and we have noticed they are constantly making fresh batches. We have always gone inside, because we want to look/see/smell and sometimes taste before making up our minds. One thing we always seem to get is the honey walnut shrimp. Wish they’d put more walnuts in, but it is still one of our favorites. Noodles and rice can both be dry sometimes. Teriyaki chicken is always tender, but I do miss their Mandarin chicken. Speaking of missing — where’s the PORK? I can’t believe Panda Express stopped serving pork a few years ago. What’s with a Chinese food place not serving pork? Service has always been very friendly, quick to offer samples, ask about sauces and extras, and make sure the order is correct.

Yummy consistent food. Decent service. It was better when it first opened. Last time I visited and ordered a large order of brown rice. When I got home it was only half full. It’s better to go inside instead of the drive thru. The drive thru serves smaller portions. If they would fix that inconsistency I would rate it 4 stars.

Well… Usually don’t have bad experiences here but today was a bit different. Decided to eat here and get the honey sesame chicken with fried rice. It was pretty good, and it usually is unfortunately I can not say the same for the service. This young girl who was at the window was so rude. I asked if I could please get some soy sauce her response was it was already in there by the time that I could check and then around to say thank you the young girl had already closed the window and tried to ignore me as she walked away! The only sauce I had in my bag was chili sauce, there wasn’t any soy. But by the time I could let her know she had completly ignored me. Must I remind you the whole time she had an attitude, even while ordering. Didn’t get her name but she was a young Hispanic girl working window this afternoon. Hopefully manager can review this and have a talk. Wouldn’t want this rudeness shared with any other customers.

The restaurant always pretty busy no matter what time of day. The staff is always pretty friendly and greets customers almost immediately as they walk in the door. My one real complaint is the dining room seems to be overlooked more often than not. As for the food, the honey walnut shrimp is my favorite and I get it with half and half chow mein/fried rice. It is always fresh, hot and tastes great. Panda Express is a great break from the usual pizza and chicken places in the area.

Is this the best Chinese food? Nope. Is it good Americanized Chinese food? Maybe. Say what you want to say about Panda Express. It’s fast, cheap, and normally hits the spot. You know what to expect when you walk through the door. Lots of orange chicken. I normally get orange chicken and chow mein. Plain and simple. I am full as a tick after my meal.

The one thing that seems consistent with this Panda Express is their inconsistency. Sometimes the food and service are great, while at other times, not so go. I’ve been there 20 or so times and had my order messed up a few times when I got home from the drive thru. Sometimes the food is hot and fresh and other times it’s luke-warm and not so fresh. Most of the employees are friendly. Sometimes I get larger portions and, every once in a while, the portions are very small. My favorite is the orange chicken.

I like their food, what can you say. Things could be better with the staff paying more attention to dirty tables, etc. But they are generally busy, no matter when you come by. My favorites are the Beijing Beef and Kung Pao Chicken.

Its nice to have an option in Kyle that isn’t a fast food burger or mexican food. But this place needs some adult supervison. The food generally is bland and has been out for hours, or they haven’t made something. The employees tend to be yelling at each other with no consideration that customers are right in front of them. I may try the drive thru next time and skip going in.

A few negative experiences during previous visits kept me away from this location for a while. I recently returned and was pleased. Nothing«wow» about it, but they didn’t fail. ;)

It’s as good as any other Panda Express. I haven’t had any ‘old’ tasting meals there or anything dry. for fast food asian … it’s ok.

Thank GOD! Finally a place in Kyle that is not a Mexican food restaurant, Pizza or Chicken place. They were a little busy for lunch. I got to the counter and asked for fried rice. I picked my entrees. I wanted a 3rd but the lady quickly whisked my tray down the line. Manuel R who was at the register is as personable as a stick rings me up. «Hey, can I get a drink too?» He nods and never says a word. Almost $ 10 for some fast food chinese is a bit much but still better than the choices we have in Kyle. The lady serving the rice tells the cook in Spanish that she needs more of something. I have to laugh. This is a Chinese place and you are speaking Spanish? Thats hilarious. The manager is in a white shirt and standing over the workers like a prison guard. He never mutters a word. I get my drink and head to my table. The Mongolian beef is dry and over cooked. It is almost like beef jerky. The orange chicken is not bad but also tastes like its been sitting too long. The rice was dry and bland. If I wanted good Chinese, I would have headed over to Koy. The developer that build that whole shopping center needs to get a serious clue. There is no access road access to this place. You have to go by McDonalds to get in. McDonalds has their entrance blocked of so you can not get out. How about an extra exit so I do not have to drive around like a clueless fool? This place is open late which is not bad. I hope this place gets better. I am sure it is growing pains from being a brand new restaurant. Will I be back? Sure. I would hope they would not be so skimpy on their serving sizes. Especially if I am paying almost $ 10 for a meal only to be hungry 2 hours later.

Well, I agree that the food seemed a bit dry, but overall its cheap and fast so I give what I got three stars. I had beef and broccoli, bok choy, egg roll, and crab puffs. Puffs were a bit overdone. Friendly and sweet people. I chuckled when I heard«mas beef y broccoli por favor» lol.
