REALLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE TODAY. My son wanted a nugget tray and sandwiches served at his birthday party. I went in 3 days before and ordered the trays and prepaid. I called the day before to confirm they had my order and it would be ready at the time I needed. I go in today and they did not have my order ready… hadn’t even started making it. The simple thing to do would be for the middle aged manager Ben to tell me, «mam…I’m sorry, we messed up and are working on it right now»…but no Ben had to be an a-​hole and tell me «it wasn’t his problem, he wasn’t in charge of „catering“ and I could just be mad». I explained to him I placed the order 3 days before, prepaid, and called the day before to be sure they didn’t mess it up. He says «I don’t know what to tell you. not my problem… Just wait». I had twenty 6 year olds waiting on me and the food! I’m truly shocked he was so rude. I’ve had many good experiences at this store and I’ve been going to this Chickfila for years. When I asked to talk to a manager he tells me «I am the manager». If that is the example all these pimple faced kids have to follow that work there… that is sad. Learn some customer service skills Ben. You SUCK!

This Chick-​fil-​a is awesome. The staff is caring and friendly. The food is fresh and served warm. As good as it gets!

This manager thought I would not Unilocal him and his business. Big mistake. I pull up to the drive thru and order a #2. Please take into consideration it is 10:35am. I then drive up to the window. The cost is well above what my order should be. I say something about the cost of the order and this rude on religious so called manager puts his head up into the window pushing the young lady that is working the window aside and begins to tell me I should know the difference between the morning menu and the afternoon menu. Then the manager goes off on me trying to impress the girl working the window. The manager then falls back on telling me to be holy. God be with you. God be with you. All I wanted was the correct order and a refund the correct amount of money. This had to be the rudest individual/​manager I have ever run across. Now that I have Unilocaled him it is time to contact upper management and corporate. He thought I wouldn’t but I did. Have a holier than thou day Will. By the way Will is the manager of this business.

I found something redeeming about CFA … their breakfast biscuits. YUMMY buttery biscuits. Still not a fan of their chicken though — have tried it a few more times and it’s always dry. However… the bacon & egg breakfast sandwich? Delish. Wish they had their biscuits available all day.

I haven’t been the biggest CFA fan, but have been eating it a lot recently. Their traditional 12 piece chicken and awesome fries with their also awesome lemonade or sweet tea is the way to go. Their grilled chicken isn’t really that great and I’m not a fan of their sandwiches– so I keep it basic when I go here and they do well. Docking a star because of the limited menu for me and the LONG drive-​thru waits at busy times…

I have found hair in my food several times. I have also gotten food poisoning once from this location. Its dirty in the dinning room which only makes me think the kitchen is disgusting.
Will not return and neither will family or close friends.

Super friendly staff, and management, along with consistent quality. What’s not to like?
This company openly supports veterans, police, fire, EMS, and school related functions. They create a pro-​family environment, and hold family functions.
The management at this location is very proactive, and friendly. They regularly can be seen cleaning off tables, refilling customers drinks, and directing the young workers on how to be efficient in their tasks. They approach issues with a team mentality, and teach, or assist where necessary, with respect towards their associates.
The drive thru, is busy, as usual for a CFA, but the crew is fast to get your orders processed, and I have been very pleased with the accuracy of fulfilling the to-​go orders I receive.
I enjoy the healthy options that the company has incorporated, over the past few years, as well as the tried & true fried chicken breast sandwich!
This is fast food firing on all cylinders!

90% of the time, they are rockin’! However, there’s that 10% (which I assume is when there’s little supervision, or a ‘cool’ manager on duty) that I have been pretty disappointed with. Inconsistency in service. But food is always great, drive thru is fast, and my order is never incorrect. And reminder, that’s only 10% of the time. That means maybe once every 6 months I have a not-​so-​ChickFilA service experience. Still think they are awesome!

Very surprised that this location is so bad. The kids working the register are rude and sloppy. The eating area is dirty. Behind the counter is full of trash and food on the floor. Probably won’t come to this location again.

Manager is literally the best fast food manager I’ve ever dealt with. He is ALWAYS CAUGHT IN THE ACT DOING «above and beyond» customer service and business management. He’s helping at ALL times. Organizing a heavy crowd on a Monday morning. I’m glad to give my business to local Kyle! Proud for it to be the best location at my favorite fast food. Yum & Thanks! Such an awesome crew!

I ordered fries and they had NO salt on them. Fail. Enough said.

I stop here once a day. Great oatmeal and chk sandwiches. .Awesome customer service. A tad expensive but very worth it. .Kyle location is the best

I use to really like this Chic fil a, but it has really gone downhill in service. First off they are super slow and never seem to have enough people working. The young people working here seem care more about socializing than waiting on customers.
I usually order the cobb salad and 3 times they have given me the wrong salad. When I returned my salads they never really apologized.
One other thing I noticed is that their salads are smaller than the ones made at other locations. They use less chicken and less ingredients as well.
I am going to start going to the Slaughter Ln and 290 locations, even though I live closer to this one.

I really like the cfa in Kyle. They are efficient, accurate, and the food is yummy. There was only one time a lady seemed to scrimp on the sauces I requested and it seemed so abnormal because cfa’s consistent service is part of their brand. Either way, the food is delicious.

Great service as is always the case with Chick-Fil-A!Never have I had a bad experience. They are a true community partner, giving back in the way of fundraisers and community action. Kyle is a better place thanks to this establishment!

Very disappointed with the experience I got at this Chick-​fil-​a. I’m a huge fan of Chick-​fil-​a breakfast. I was driving through Kyle and saw the Chickfila and decided to stop. It was 10:25 when I walked through the door. They had two cashiers working but they had no urgency and took over 8 minutes taking the orders in front of me which means I missed the 10:30 make. As I was about to order breakfast the manager said no more breakfast :(. I asked if I could since I have been waiting before it was time. The manager looked directly at me and said no. I can’t believe it especially from a Chickfila! If I want that kind of service I would go to McDonalds. So disappointed!

Great Chick Fil A location, Great service, clean restaurant and of course great food.
This CFA is also extremely involved in our community and makes such a wonderful effort to give back year round.
They offer catering services that I have utilized and it is always such a big hit!

Best place to take your kids. Such a great establishment. The staff is courteous. The play area is great for the kids. And the chicken is awesome! You cannot go wrong with chick-​fil-​a in Kyle.

Fantastic! Went through the drive through with a huge line that wrapped around the store. There were two people outside taking orders on the iPad. The line went by fast and the order was complete and hot! Even rocky, our dog, got a complementary treat! 3 – 5 minutes top!
