Christian Family Guttering

Prompt and professional. I was happy to hear these folks do small jobs (as well as large) and just as impressed with service and outcome. My gutters look great, connect to the rain barrel and installed right before a big rain.

Long overdue review. I needed gutters for the front and back of my house. Got estimates from 4 companies. Josh came out (on time) and did the estimate. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. He quickly did the estimate and explained what he thought we needed. He mentioned gutter guards as an option but didn’t force them on me. I had already decided I wanted them. When I asked for his suggestion, he said they had 3 types but he thought the least expensive one would be just fine. Out of the 4 companies, Christian Family Guttering also had the best price, and no flash brochures or sales tactics. Because I found the whole process with Josh very easy-​going, we decided to go with them. BTW, Nadia handled all phone communications and she was also very pleasant and easy to deal with. I even called them up after debating whether I wanted one long strip of gutter under our patio cover or two sections, and told them I wanted two. Nadia told me no problem, they re-​did the plan, and it ended up saving us over $ 100 as well.
When we finally got to the day of installing the gutters, we were having a film made at our house. Our daughter is a UT Radio-​Television-​Film grad and one of her friends had asked to use our backyard as the set for his graduate thesis film. Unfortunately I couldn’t change the date of either project, so I had to explain to Josh and Nadia what was going on (they installed all the gutters themselves, just the two of them). They had to deal with 25 – 30 people running around the yard with tons of equipment, making noise, dodging ladders etc. They were real troopers through the whole thing and even offered that when the director actually started filming or doing sound checks, they would stop their work to keep from making noise until the director was done. They actually thought it was kind of cool what was going on and said they enjoyed seeing the movie-​making process, even with all the distractions. I talked to the director later and he could not say enough good things about Josh and Nadia, how cooperative they were throughout the day. He was a bit nervous that this was going to throw the film off schedule but he said it was like they weren’t even there. 7 hours later, the gutter job was complete and they cleaned up and headed out.
We absolutely love our new gutters. They were a much needed addition and Christian Family Guttering did an amazing job throughout the whole process, from first contact to follow-​up. Look no further – these are the people you want for gutters!

I am so glad we called Josh and Christian Family Guttering. We have a home that was built without guttering on the sides of the house like most new homes in Austin and it also was missing flashing. We were getting the house repainted so took advantage of this to have the work done. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Even with rain delays they got out here and knocked it out quickly. Even routed a gutter to my rain barrels and the way they spliced the new gutters to match the original ones made it look seamless. I had gotten 3 bids and they were very competitive and great about keeping us posted on status. I also appreciated the 3 year warranty included for leaks, etc. Doubt there will be any problems but I think that’s a classy touch. Great outcome… thanks guys!
