Cowboy Victory

I was in town for RoT. Had a crash on my bike on Friday around 2PM that sheared off the shifter on my transmission. I thought I was going to be stuck in town for several days waiting on a part but Derrick and the guys in the shop were able to get me back on the road in less than 2 hours. Thanks so much!

I was very excited that Kyle got a Victory dealership. I am a big fan of Victory’s and was very disappointed when the Woods Fun Center in New Braunfels stopped carry them and gave no rhyme or reason why they stopped carrying them.
Victory currently has a special finance deal of up to $ 5000 off MSRP and 1.99% APR on 2010 and some prior models. This is a new store, so I rolled in looking to get a deal on a 2009 bike. Janene quickly greeted me and directed me to a salesman. She needs to be more attentive to customers and not look like she is bored and playing on FaceBook all day. Jeff Jordan came up to me and did listen to what I was looking for. He was attentive; but, I felt he was the typical salesman. He was ready to sell me whatever he could. When I had asked about the special promo, he looked at me like he did not know what I was talking about. If a manufacturer is going to have a special promotional deal, at least have a clue what I am talking about. Jeff turned around and was like, «You need to talk to Finance about that.» Gee, I am NOT going to buy a bike and get to Finance only to find out that the up to $ 5000 off is more like $ 1000 off and they raised the MSRP of the bike $ 1000 so pretty much you are paying the same price for the bike. Secondly, the used bike selection is horrible. They only had 1 Victory and 1 Harley. The Harley was priced right. I will give them the fact that this is a new store and they probably do not have a lot of inventory. Third, Cowboy needs to seriously dump the Power Sports Network. Their website is awful. It is a pain to navigate and looks plain ugly. They need to rewrite the site and get rid of Power Sports Network from doing their site.
