Stay away from this gym. ONce your in a contract you won’t be able to cancel without having to take the owner Omar to court. If you try canceling your card then he will turn you in to the Credit Bureaus. The only way to cancel your contract with him is by taking him to court. Not worth the hassle so stay away from this gym. Plus the daycare center there only has 1 person watching sometimes up to 30 kids at once. Not safe. And the toys are always so filthy dirty. My kids both got the flu so bad they were hospitalized because of it. They are home schooled so I know they got it from there. If you don’t have a copy of your contract the owner Omar will try telling you your contract isn’t up over and over. Thank god I had a copy of my contract so I knew exactly when my contract was up.

You should go ahead and avoid this place. Omar, the owner, is a condescending con artist. He’ll lock you into a contract that you will need an act of Congress to get out of. With all the bad reviews, he is desperate to hold on to the clients he already suckered in. He will make it IMPOSSIBLE for you to officially end your contract. Find an honest business to give your money to and stay away from here!

I don’t know how much it cost a month, or a year for this place BUT it’s 10 dollars for a day pass. Now my sister-n-law told me that to cancel your membership you have to send a Certified letter to the manager to say you want to cancel… and they are never there. The childcare area is a joke. and I mean horrible joke. They basically sit around and watch tv, and they don’t really have any toys to speak of. I have worked out at Gold’s gym and LIfetime fitness and this place isn’t even close in childcare. They have a paper sign on the door that 10 and under is what the child care is for. I don’t even know how a 5 year old would entertain themselves? My nephews brought their own toys and played with each other(3 and 2 year old)… The ladies in the child area are nice and my nephews like them a lot. I guess I have high standards because my daughter always had child care that had the attendants moving around and entertaining the kids… or drawing with them. not just some room you stick them in and watch tv in. They do have all the machines you could need, but they are very metal based and old school Gold’s gym beach style. I did get a good workout in and so I can’t complain there. The location in Buda has horrible reviews, but it’s the same owner too. I would say if you have NO kids, and you don’t have any other options then go here. but again I don’t know how much it is per month and if it is worth it. My sister-n-law doesn’t think so. and she has gone to the YMCA in Buda… She only stopped going there because her kids kept getting sick. and they were getting horrible Foot, Mouth and hand disease last year.
