I love the pizza here! It’s super delicious. No pizza tastes like this place. The service isn’t the best. I’m usually greeted rudely when I place an order. But, I manage. Then, a few weeks ago I was by to pick up my pizza and this Caucasian male was making pizzas without gloves. Just pouring ingredients with no gloves and wiping his hands on his apron. Really turned me off to this place.

The pizza and lasagna are really good! It’s my favorite local pizza spot! The delivery is usually pretty fast and the drivers have always been nice.

Great little pizza place. Love their online specials. Its nice that they also have kids meals(come with bambino pizza, drink and a cookie). Always quick on the deliveries and the employees are very polite. We usually order the big daddy pizza for game nights :)

My daughter loves this place. I ordered her a small pizza and an order of the bacon potato wedges(which they give a very generous amount of). She ate all the wedges– which is not normal– and half the pizza. I received an email for an 8:15 delivery time, and they arrived at 7:40. Whoa! Who does that? Foxs pizza that’s who. I’m sure I ordered on a slow day, but I was still impressed. Definitely a returning customer.

I decided to try this place a few years ago after I got a leaflet in the mail that advertised them. Their store is in a pretty bad location(in the middle of a residential neighborhood with a school nearby) and was pretty hard to find at first, but I got there eventually. Customer service there has mostly been good, there has been the occasional nasty cashier but that can be expected anywhere really. Their pizzas are how should I put it… unique. The flavor of the sauce and the crust isn’t something you’ll find at any other pizza shop. The unique taste of their pies is alright, but it’s always off putting by how greasy their pies are. I’ve eaten here dozens of times over the few years that I’ve known about them, and there wasn’t a time when their pizzas weren’t always dripping in grease. Their bread sticks, whether you get them plain, with cheese or with cinnamon are also decent, but again they’re always dripping with grease so be warned. As for the salads, I don’t recommend them. I got their garden salad once and it was just awful. It was a pre-packaged plastic box of old and brown iceburg lettuce with almost rotten tomatoes, bad cucumber slices and carrot shavings. The dressing was also of the pre-packaged variety and was equally as bad. it was supposed to be ranch, but tasted more like overpowering vinegar and slightly off mayonnaise. needless to say I didn’t finish it before chucking it.

06÷07÷15 @ 6pm ish. The pizza is good the big daddy pizza was what we ordered. 21 slices per per pizza squared. If you remember the old school«Big foot» from Little Caesars in the 90’s it’s alot like that. Honestly the plain cheese was the best. Their sauce is different from most places have. Its a nice change. Will I order from here again? Yes I will, it’s nice to have something other than the norm huge chain. The only thing I can knock was we ordered for pick up and«Daychion» I think that’s how you spell it. She was very dismissive and had the tone /gave the impression we were interrupting her day by calling.(They were not busy) She seemed frustrated with us asking menu questions. When I arrived she also did not have great customer service skills. She said«cash or credit«then took my card& swiped it and said«sign here». Then walked off. That was the extent of our entire conversation other then me asking her name(because I knew I would be writing this review) There was another guy there helping another customer which had a smile on his face and was very helpful/nice to the customer he was serving. I didn’t catch his name I wish I did. If we call again and she answers we will request someone else take our order or help us. She may have been having a bad day or personal issues I understand but my gut says this is her norm. We will just ask for someone else in advance to help her out by not contributing to her issues or bothering her. On that note I usually tip for even carryout if the service person is nice on a basic level. The guy/customer next to me did tip her coworker if that means anything to you. If you read my reviews you will see basic customer service is important to me. Have a great one.

I had such horrible service that I didn’t even get to taste the pizza! I ordered online at 5:30pm and then I call them at 7:05pm since my pizza still hadn’t shown up and they didn’t even make the order! Not to mention when I first called the woman put me on hold and then hung up on me! Then they don’t even apologize and tell me they will make it and get it to me soon, so I tell her to cancel the order and that I need a refund so then she says the manager will handle it and hangs up on me! Extremely rude, since I was expecting to talk with the manager about my refund. So then I call back again and speak to the manager, again there’s no apology for not making my order or calling me with an update. I just moved to Buda and thought we would try this place out for the first time, but I will never eat here or recommend it to anyone I know. Such horrible customer service!!!

I’ve been looking for a good pizza in Texas and was very excited when I found fox’s pizza den. They had one up in Illinois where I used to live and it was one of my favorite places to eat. I ordered it for lunch down here in kyle and the pizza was not good at all. The whole pizza was very soggy. Very disappointed.

We ordered a Big Daddy pizza and a side of breadsticks with cheese. We placed our order online at 8:50, and received an email a couple of minutes later stating that the order would be delivered at approximately 9:52. This seemed like a long wait time, but given that we ordered on a Friday night, it wasn’t entirely unexpected. The pizza arrived earlier than expected, at approximately 9:40. However, we were disappointed because both of the items we ordered were not very warm, they were perhaps a few degrees above room temperature. Also, we had to use our own pizza cutter to cut both the pizza and the breadsticks as they were not adequately cut at the store. You could not pull a slice of pizza out of the pie without lifting the entire pizza out of the box. The flavor was ok, not fantastic, but given the situation described above, we are not likely to order from here again.

Good food, fare prices, and outdoor seating. Tucked away by Steeplechase is this hometown favorite. Not a bad choice for a fast working lunch break.

I am absolutely in love with this pizza place! good flavor & great quality of ingredients… the only reason why i wouldnt give them a 5 star review is because the wait time for delievery can take over an hour sometimes and the online ordering is a headache! i tried to place an order on line last week and it was a pain, i ended up calling the store and since they are so busy seems like it is a hassle for them to take your call. i wish they hired more people so they could keep up with all the order and a faster delievery. other than that pizza is amazing!

I wish I could give this place a NO star because of my experience today! I called to place an order and the guy that took my order was SO rude. I hate people who are in customer service and have the worst attitude. He asked for my PHONE number and when I started giving it to him he said«hello I said your card number?» He sighed very loud everytime I added another item to my order. The pizza is always good but today it was cold when we got it delivered an hour later. My main complaint is about this ridiculously rude employee. Never ordering from there again!

Ordered it yesterday and paid $ 30 for a cold small pizza and an order of lasagna that tasted like a frozen banquet meal. The garlic bread was a wheat sandwich bun soggy and cold. NOT worth the money and NOT remotely interested in ordering again. I expected much better!

The food is pretty good. The service is subpar. We placed an online advanced order at 2pm to have it delivered at 9:25pm. 10 minutes later than requested it still wasn’t delivered. We called and they said the driver was«getting ready to leave with it.» Was is delivered soon after? No. What is the point of placing an advanced order to be delivered at a specific time if it ends up being 25 minutes late? Disrespectful.

This is the second review I’ve ever written… and the other one I wrote was a 5 star review. Let that sink in before you proceed… Where do I begin? Maybe 6 months ago I placed an order online. Although after I placed the order, I received an e mail stating that my pizza would be delivered in about an hour and a half, I didn’t complain. It was what I would assume to be peak ordering time, and I didn’t really have any rush. What wasn’t okay, however, was the order actually took TWOHOURS to arrive. I mentioned the LONG wait time to the delivery driver, but he seemed to have no idea it took that long. I did not get upset, and I left it at that… I figured it was just a busy time, and never expected that to happen again. Fast forward to today. October 10, 2014. I placed an order online. BEFORE5 P.M. At 5:14 p.m. I received an e mail from Fox’s Pizza stating that my pizza would be delivered around 6:14 p.m. Concerned(especially since last time I was given a delivery time, it was even later than that) I immediately called Fox’s to see if that was accurate. If it was, I was just going to see if I could cancel the order since no one was going to be home past 6 p.m. A male answered the phone, and i said something along the lines of «hi, I ordered a pizza online around 5, and I just received an e-mail saying that my pizza won’t be here until 6:14. I just wanted to see if that was correct. I didn’t know it would take that long.» Guy repeats what I just said to a woman, who I presume is his manager. He then asks me what I ordered. I start to tell him what I ordered… but no one is actually listening to me. even though I was answering a question he just asked. Presumed manager lady grabs the phone from him and asks me what was going on. So I repeat that I just wanted to see if the delivery time I received via e mail was accurate. She asked for my address, I gave her my address… and she stated that my order was already in the oven. Great, I thought to myself… it seems like it will be here before we leave at 6. So I said«okay, thank you… we just have to leave by 6.» There was no concern in my voice, as it sounded to me like the pizza would be here before 6. ANDTHEPLOTTHICKENS. Presumed manager lady said«well, people don’t usually place an order when they’re about to leave the house, but ya, we’ll try to get it there before then.» Um EXCUSEME??? i I ordered the pizza more than an hour and 15 minutes before the estimated delivery time! I live 5 – 7 minutes away. Pizza Hut in Buda delivers faster than that! Do not talk to me like I ordered the pizza right before I was about to leave the house! I called with a simple, friendly question… to see how accurate the estimated delivery time was. That’s it. If it was accurate, I was just going to need to cancel the order .and I was not mad. Until you ran your mouth. What HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! I’ve bar tended, worked in retail, and am now in the dental field. all involve customer service. I know how it’s supposed to work, and I can’t believe you still have a job! What a horrible name you are giving your company! I used to refer Fox’s Pizza to family and friends. But come to think of it, all of the good things I said were about the Fox’s in Canyon Lake. Your pizza’s not good enough to deal with Angela’s(at least that’s what the delivery driver said her name is) attitude. What a shame, because I know how good this pizza can taste if you follow Canyon Lake’s lead. Tonight my 7 year old ate half a piece of pizza. He said… and I quote…“This pizza’s gross!” Congratulations. You made a 7 year old say pizza’s gross(who says that!?), and a mom of three boys super offended. YOURUINEDPIZZAFRIDAY.

I was out with my wife and we were on our way home so we called home and our son asked for Pizza Hut. It is too far and they don’t delivery to the sticks so I tried to make this supper easy by going to Fox’s Pizza Den in Kyle. I went to the store to place my order. I should have known something was up when one of the cooks was wearing a Pizza Hut hat. That was twice I was told to go to Pizza Hut and I didn’t listen. Instead my wife and I stood there looking at all the stuff we all wanted to try, it seemed like we ordered enough to feed a small army but we all wanted to sample a bit. I pay for the $ 50 worth of pizza, salad, cheese sticks, hot chicken wings, and soda AND I give them my address. Twenty minutes later, I get a call from my driver who is lost. I tell her the roads, turns and the subdivision along with the address AGAIN. She seems to think she has it, so I hang up and we wait… outside… The woman comes flying around our cove and we are waving at her. She goes right by. A few minutes later she calls and asks for the directions again so I give them again… finally she brings our food. She blames the manager and then tries to charge us for the food which we already paid for. My wife just about punched her in the face but calmly said she was mistaken and she took the«food.» This food was very flat not only with their pizza dough but with their cheese, and toppings too. Their dough was thin in the middle like the yeast had blown it up and it was flat. The sauce was too wet which made the few toppings on the pizza fall off while eating. There was so little cheese the toppings slid off the pizza when you took a bite. The only thing that was good was the mammoth salad. It was made with fresh veggies but oh yeah… they didn’t bring any dressing. Please keep your money in your pockets and put this place out of business.

We have been pretty disappointed with the customer service lately. One of the ladies who answers the phone usually has a bad or sour attitude and it seems the delivery times have really been getting longer and longer. Not sure if we will be continuing to order from here anymore. Definitely need to improve on being much more courteous and prompt with deliveries.

We made a HUGE mistake and chose to dine in… it’s real small– who cares, that’s cool– we were the only ones there. BUT the customer service was so terrible that I just had to write about it. We were clearly eating IN, sitting at tables with napkins… the served the pizza to us in boxes(I could see trays and plates behind the counter, but they weren’t offered to us. Not only was the girl kind of rude to us but all she and the manager did was argue with each other… akwarrrrd meal. so why did I give them four stars? Because the gluten free pizza was AMAZING. I will eat here again and soon, but we will opt for delivery.

Half the time I order from them they mess something up. It’s never that good anyways. I actually told myself I’d never order here again until one day the GM personally called me and asked me why I stopped ordering, I explained that it usually is way below par. He asked me for my business again and said he had fixed the problems. So I decided what the heck, I’ll give them another shot. That was a bad idea. I’m done with you Fox’s Pizza… I’d rather be hungry.
