Great customer service. Called in and a gentlemen was awesome with helping me and my boyfriend find the bet deal. Definitely a top of the line papa johns!

This is the worst Papa John’s. Ordered a pizza for delivery. Pizza was delivered with toppings that I did not order. Called them back and they remade the pizza. Pizza delivery brings pizza to my door along with his disrespect. He basically tells me I’m a liar that my pizza did not have the wrong toppings. I could not believe it! I got the pizza to prove to him the toppings were wrong but he would not even look at it but continued to hassle me that I had lied. After complaining to his manager was a waste of time so needless to say I would not recommend ordering from these boys. If I could give no stars I would!

I ordered online using the Buda store without realizing their is now a store in Kyle! The Kyle store called me and transferred the order. Everything was on point with the new Papa Juans tonight! The pizza was hot, fresh and delivered fast! Alejandro managed my order, kudos! Keep up the good work!
