Came in the other night with my godmother, the lady at the register was way friendly and professional. We ordered the boneless wing with 3 flavors all of witch were good. Then we got a few Corona’s. They didn’t have any limes cut but the lady cut them fresh for us. Can’t have a Corona with lime. Thank you.

This place is cool nice chill and food is great the workers are all nice and friendly cold beer and wings can’t go wrong

I’ll be honest, most of my reviews are rude. I only Unilocal when someone pisses me off but I saw a review on here recently that was badmouthing the manager Charlene. I come to this location several times a week and I have NEVER had a problem with any employee EVER. If you treat people the way you want to be treated, you’d be amazed at the customer service you’ll receive. Haley, you are the review I’m referring to. It sounds like you’re a raging bitch and were ungrateful that your wings were already ready for you God for bid they try to fix their mistake by providing excellent customer service in return. Every single employee at this location including the manager has been nothing but helpful and welcoming. Everyone has made a mistake, the mistake was obviously corrected. Take your negativity elsewhere you trap whore.

I’ve been coming to this wing stop for awhile now and I’ve always left happy with my food. Charlene and Collin are some of the nicest employees I’ve met. They always get my order right and they are always so polite. Some of the people under me were probably just unbelievably rude because I have never once seen Charlene act anything but nice. I’ll continue to come to this place as long as she’s here

this would have one star if Collin had gave me the same crap service his manager Charlene did. I placed an order through the app for a 15 boneless wit piece with fries and two drinks. I show up a few minutes after my set time and the food is ready. I didn’t bother to check the bag because how hard is it to get it right the first time? I get to my location and the wing flavored is incorrect. I called to tell them they gave me the wrong wings and they told me to drive back with the wings and receive my right wings. So as inconvenient as it was, I drove back to have Charlene holding the wings out in my face saying «sorry about that, here you go», I wasn’t being the nicest considering I was pissed but I did bring the wings back that they demanded back and she had the audacity to rudely ask me «what is this? Some old wings?»… Uh it’s the wrong wings that you gave me for my order and demanded I bring back in order to get my right wings. And as I was walking out she THEN screamed «thanks! Have a good night! Byeeeee!» As sarcastically as she possibly could. Being the manager of any place in the customer service industry, you know you MUST fake it and never give attitude and always do the right thing for the customer. 50 something year old Charlene needs to quit this place because her social skills and customer service skills amount to dog crap.

They messed up my order 3 out of the last 4 times, if you’re particular about the wings you order (ordered specifically for a reason) then double check before you leave. When you order through the app and give them ample time to complete the order, you show up and still have to wait ten minutes. Last time I went I gave Cynthia 22 bucks in all singles and when this broad finishes counting it she’s looks confused and asks «24?» .and I’m just as confused cuz I’m never wrong. Then she says «oh no 21» …wtf? I just gave her the dollar. I make tip money … I know how to count singles.

Been here a fee times over the last year and a half. The smell from the restrooms dominates the place. Also a bummer that the soda machine isnt available to refill your drinks yourself like most wingstop locations. At least the soda is good though! Seems like wingstop keeps making their wings smaller and smaller too. Not specific to this location but in general.

I’m going on my second time at this location and the first time we came the lady at the cashier was really rude and on her phone and we stood there for like 10 seconds while she finished tweeting or whatever it was she was doing. So I brushed it off and decided to come with a relative because it was the nearest location. And yet again that rude lady was here this time with her headphones on listening to music, while on the clock extremely unprofessional .
So we waited to be helped be someone else so I didn’t have to deal with her rudeness.
Once we were rang up she interrupted the young man helping us to talk about something unrelated…
Throughout our visit she was constantly listen to music on her phone and looking at pictures.
This is the last time I am visiting this location all because of her. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name.

This place is great! Not only are they quick to get your order placed and paid for, but their customer service is good as well. Have never had any bad food or a single complaint and I have been coming here for almost a year now. Highly recommend this place to anybody who enjoys wings or wants to try something different. Fries are a great part as well!

I have to say I was very impressed
I thought the garlic parm was the best. The wings were super meaty!
The service was great. Midias, an employee, was super nice and super fast.

Okay, let’s give a rating at the end shall we? I haven’t been to this location in a while since I kept doing the «this is the last time» thing every time I visited. Each visit there seemed to be something wrong-​wings slightly over cooked or ultra-​salty fries. This location is close to my work, and also the only wing place nearby.
I decided today that I needed wings, so I’m giving it ONE last chance. I got in, and there were a few people ahead of me, no big deal. When I got up to the cashier, she was polite, but I didn’t feel like she went out of her way to make me feel welcome, but she wasn’t rude either. Good wait times feel like they are on the longer side usually, and today was no exception. It took about 8 minutes to get my food-​which also reminds me I didn’t get a receipt since I was gonna use that for my «food wait time» since the exact time would’ve been on it. No big deal, receipts just clutter my wallet anyway. Food time!(got my order before the couple in front of me?). I got original hot and hickory smoked bbq. Lets start with the fries-​they were cooked right, maybe a touch on the «less cooked» side, but I prefer under cooked to overcooked fries. Salt was definitely on the saltyside, but nothing horrible; definitely not perfect though-​the extra salt was noticed. Wings: okay. Nothing to write home about, and the overall bland taste reminds me why I don’t eat here often, everything was just «blah». Not good, not bad; blah. Price wise was maybe on the expensive side, for a drink, fries and 8 wings was $ 11.11.
Unless I am REALLY craving wings, I won’t be back anytime soon. There’s just no reason to go out of your way for this wingstop. Feeling like wings and nearby? Stop on in, but don’t expect anything out of the ordinary.

As far as getting your wings on, the saving grace for this place is its late hours. The wing stop in Vegas was much better. I got the lemon pepper and teriyaki traditional and my wife got the original hot boneless:
The lemon pepper was sooooo salty and the teriyaki was not fully basted. The fries were good as were the boneless wings which made the other wings such a disappointment.
You’re put on hold a long time when you try to order ahead. One time, I actually arrived at the parking lot by the time they picked up. Tsk, tsk…
The website is just plain awful as all I wanted to do was check out the order sizes, eg, 10 piece, 20 pieces, etc. Every link was to place an order. LAME!
I finally just called and asked for a 30 piece not knowing if they had that. They did. But I had to be placed on that long hold to find out… Sheesh!

I am going to keep this short, it sucked I mean they are chicken wings its not hard. I got Boneless they needed to be ore done the fries were a soggy mess not cool I wanted to complain but there was 2 people there which you could tell didn’t care and they were busy maybe they needed more help but my food needed more time in the fryer. I don’t see my self going back anytime soon…

First of all, they had horrible customer service! I placed my order in advance (per their recommendation) and it was not ready when I arrived. They also gave me incorrect pricing and selection information. I only wanted 12 wings and they forced me into 20 pieces because they said that’s the only amount I can order. When paying, she gave me incorrect change since I was 1 cent short and didn’t think to ask do you have 1 more cent? Lastly, after repeating my order two times over the phone and twice more in person they still forgot to charge me for a drink. When I finally got my wings EVERY SINGLE PIECE was cold. My god! You made me wait because they were not done and then you give me cold wings!!! Furthermore these ARE NOT wings. They are frozen chicken nuggets and they taste exactly like that. Not good quality either. I would never eat here again and I suggest you halal eaters find a new spot. Avoid by all means!

Ordered to go for Superbowl 2015. Prepaid over the phone so I did not have to wait in line for my order.
First time I had Wingstop, I did not like the wings, but these were actually really good.
50 Wings — $ 35.99, they default the wing count to get even amounts each but I switched up my 4 flavors, 10, 10, 10, and 20.
Garlic Parmesan — Was like any normal garlic Parmesan you can get at most wing places.
BBQ — Really sweet BBQ sauce.
Atomic — Spicy, but not mouth burning. I wish it was hotter.
Hot Wings — Good heat and tangy sauce.
The wings itself were huge! Definitely bigger then Wing Street wings I have had.

@wingstop, if I could give this place no stars, I would. I have been a long term customer and have loved your food but I had a horrible experience. I bought 150 wings on Saturday for an event I was hosting. Several things went horribly wrong with the orders. First off, my order was messed up and I was missing 20 garlic parmesan wings. Second, the wing boxes weren’t labeled so people that were at the event could not tell what is what flavor. Last but not least, people that were at the event, including myself got food poisoning! My boyfriend and I tried to be courteous with the manager Cynthia, but she didn’t really seem to care and they weren’t willing to accommodate me in any way or assure me no one else would get sick. Obviously the wings were not fully cook!!! Thanks a lot #Wingstop379 for making sure me and my friends were sick on Super Bowl day/​Birthday!
Since the manager and nobody else here were willing to accommodate a customer’s need. We will have to take this up with corporate. For those of you who are planning to make a big order for any future events, make sure your wings are fully cook, label, and the right amount.

One thing I like about Wingstop is that it’s cheaper than BBW and more locations so it’s convenient to get to; but after today I realized that I’d rather make my own wings at home then waste money at some of the wing joints in operation today.
Food: Nothing special at all. They serve about 12 of the standard wing sauces you’d find anywhere (garlic parm, hot, bbq, atomic); besides the fact they have chicken tenders everything is pretty normal. One thing I don’t like about this place is they charge you for dressings (ranch, blue cheese) .89 cents for a tiny cup of ranch when I can walk to the dollar store 12 ft away and buy a whole bottle for .99 cents? how ridiculous.
Service: This was my biggest problem of all. I ordered my food online around 12:45 and the estimated time for pick up was 1:15pm. When I get to the restaurant at 1:30 and my food wasn’t ready for another 15 minutes. 15 to 20 minutes is about how long it takes if I would’ve ordered the food when I got here. Whilst I was waiting for my food a mother with her small son and a older man were waiting uncomfortably at the front counter to get their drinks refilled. It took about 8 minutes for them to serviced. I knew the staff saw the people waiting but everyone was to busy cooking to stop what they were doing to get them drinks.
Cleanliness: I’m sure you could guess from my previous statement that if the staff was too busy cooking to give people drinks, then their was obviously no time to clean. 2 tables filled with trash untouched for who knows how long.
I can’t fathom the idea of people enjoying wings to the extent of being nickeled and dimed for ranch dressing and waiting for half an hour at a table piled with trash. All I know is that if I ever come back I’m ordering over the phone and I’ll show up even later than pick up time in hopes that I won’t have to wait as long.
