Sizzler

Fair. But then, isn’t that the mantra for these pseudo steak houses? The salad bar is on the smaller side but the shrimp on the steak and all you can eat shrimp was spot on. Our waiter, whose name I can’t remember, was really, really good. The only reason we came here was to avoid that awful Chuck E. Cheese food.

This was a great first experience I plan on coming back the food was good the best part of the night was the two men running the place very nice gentleman enjoyed talking to them both as well as a few laughs I’d give 5 stars but was kinda expensive but hey it was worth it thanks again we will definitely be coming back.

Ordered the salad bar for myself and the steak & riblets for the wife. Salad bar was good, but the Steak was tough and the riblets were dry and uneatable. Service was next to terrible. I had the salad bar, and they gave me one plate. I had to ask for more plates each time I needed one. The only napkins we initially received was wrapped around the silverware. Most of the items of interest to me were out and never did get filled by the time I finished eating. Such as bread roles, chicken wings and oh yea, the spoons to eat the soup were out for the longest time.

Not good very disappointed I been a customer for 30 years sorry will not go back :(we had the ribeye steak salad bar was not clean

Let’s start by Saying the service was GREAT, Went Christmas night and Not Sure if it was because of Christmas, But I was 110% SATISFIED with the Service and Server HASSAN was Extremely Polite and Courteous. I could NOT ask for BETTER serice Period

Yum’s the word! If you wanna grub out a’la all Americana, you’ve arrived at your location. Endless shrimp, juicy steak, endless salad, and a giant beer… on a Monday…
Pay a reasonable price for a whole-​lotta food and be satisfied.
Oldies on the ol’ jukebox were swell, as well.

Our favorite steak restaurant. Good food. Steaks are made just right. Kudos to the server named Hasan for such great and friendly service. Other servers should learn from him.

I love this place great service especially Hasan he makes you feel you are at Cheers so welcoming and always makes sure your food and experience here was just awesome. The steaks always superb better than many of steak houses we paid top dollar for.

Back in the day when I was a little kid and Sizzler actually had long lines that made customers wait it seems a little bit sad when I come here and there is really literally only 10 people in this place for lunch.
Located in the small city of La Mirada this Sizzler seems pretty clean and the service is pretty nice. I came here recently with my father and a friend and just had a sit down lunch. My dad had the salad bar and we both had two different steak lunch meals that they were offering.
It came with a side so I chose a baked potato with nothing on it. My steak was cooked to the way I wanted which was medium rare and the size was a 6oz. It also came with a soda and that was $ 10.00! I mean I think that is a pretty good deal but maybe some people might say the size of the steak is too little. But in my opinion it was really really filling. I didn’t even have to eat a heavy dinner because of it.
No matter what you order the cheese bread will always be served by the waitress or waiter. It seems like this place might not last long but I hope it will because I still think this place is pretty alright especially if you don’t want to spend so much money on a meal.

Not very impressed. I had never been to Sizzler before so I thought I would try it. Their service was bad. The restaurant was dirty and their staff were not helpful at all. Ordering was confusing and the food is overpriced, although they have some cheaper lunch options.
Many of the items in the salad bar were not fresh and they did not keep up with stocking some of the items. They overcharge for soda and you only get one plate, which seems gross to me. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Now with Souplantation in existence, Sizzler is the junior varsity of buffets. This location along with Los Alamitos are the best ones in California. Most of the greens are fresh. If you go Sunday there’s a dude that makes omelettes. Cheese toast bread is what places them on the map. Service can be better. Overall ok. What do you expect. It’s Sizzler. Have fun.

I have not been to sizzler in years! Price for steak and serving size was pretty decent. As for the quality of meat, i would have to say i have eaten wayyyy better. But if you are one a budget and love steaks, why not? By the way, nobody beats their garlic bread!!! And their strawberry lemonade!!!

This is by far the best sizzler we have ever been to. It has been Many years, before even coming to this one, but glad we did.
Everyone was so nice, always there to give a helping hand.
Half of our group had the omelette made right in front of us, very good. You only get what you want.
The only thing that I did not like, was the scrambled eggs, yuck.

I have a few complaints about this resturaunt first of all I ordered a well done steak but they gave me a rare steak I HATE rare steak it reminds me of blood it is dreadful so I have it to my sister because she likes it so all I ate was the bread but when I picked up the bread it was hard as a rock?! Like what the heck bread isn’t supposed to be hard!!! I don’t recommend this place!

I have never been a fan of Sizzler and coming here again after a long wait solidified why I stayed away.
For one they were under staffed completely. There was one server for the whole restaurant. We didn’t have to wait at all to be seated, but we did have to wait when it came to getting refills and for people who actually order food and not the salad bar.
They brought out sprites for those who ordered it and it was not carbonated. My mom almost finished her food before they brought a new one. Then the refill on the good one was not carbonated again. It took my hubby to get his cheeseburger a really long time. My mom’s steak came before he got his food and she finished most of it before. I just got the salad bar and it is one weak salad bar. The rice and carnitas were my favorite but everything else wasn’t so tastey. They had salad options but my pre mixed Caesar salad tastey sour-​yuck! The soup options were split pea — never been a fan and clam chowder which for some reason just grossed me out.
The bread is the best thing here. It’s so soft and cheesy. If you come here keep the bread coming! The salad bar did have a good selection of desserts like banana pudding, jello, peaches, whipped cream, ice cream, bread pudding… I enjoyed the peaches and whipped cream but not the bread pudding.
Overall food is not amazing, service is depressing, and the prices have gone up. Not worth it.

I was here on Friday the 13^th ordered my usual salad bar & ice tea. I paid with my bank card as usual, well on Tuesday the following week I was going through my banking information they accidentally charged me $ 10.00 more. I when over and explained to the manager of the error without hesitation he retuned me my $ 10.00 now that is what I call great customer service.
I’m owner of a small business in town and soon to be chair of the La Habra Chamber of commerce. I could only hope the all businesses in the area take notice and see that’s how you retain customers.

I don’t expect much from a Sizzler, but clean dishes should be an obvious expectation. I’ve been to this location 3 times in the past month and had dirty dishes on all three occasions.
