Starbucks

I used drive thru a lot for most Starbucks and for the most part this is one of the fastest drive thrus I’ve been to. Today at least 8 cars and the service was fast! Keep it up I really like the sense of urgency and priority they have for drive thru. And for all the latte with soy milk, half this half that, light this light that customers please get a life it’s coffee! Go inside with your let me talk to a manager crap and keep the drive thru flowing.

WORST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I go to Starbucks a lot, I have been a Gold card customer for yearss, and this Starbucks has the worst service, the girls who work here are snotty and rude (evening shift Teusday, May 10, 2016). They even charged me extra for getting 2 inches half&half in my Venti coffee! I spend several hundred dollars a year at Starbucks and have never been charged for half&half, when I complained the associate said very snippy «that is over 4oz’s of half&half I’ll have to charge you extra». Talk about CHEAP! I guess all Starbucks will be doing this now, how unfriendly. OH, and after drinking several venti coffees don’t ask to use the bathroom, it was «in use» for 4 hours, with no one using it, hmmm. I will be rethinking where I go for coffee in the future, and it won’t be Starbucks.

It’s located in a nice little area with ample parking. Service is good and staff’s well trained. There’s also a movie theater in the complex.

Usually Starbucks is great but lately this particular location has been extremely slow! If you’re in a hurry I’d advise you to go somewhere else.

After seeing a movie in La Mirada, I stopped in with my two young nephews for a coffee to warm up. I ordered and gave the barista my card to pay. She was not able to get the register to read the strip on my card and advised that she could not put it through manually. When asked why, she replied, «how do I know this is your card? We have too much of a porblem with fraud so I’d rather not.» Surprised at her response, I took my card and went next door to Panera. They had no problem putting my card through and I got my coffee along with pastries for the kids.
The barista needs a lesson in tact and common courtesy; maybe another job is in order.

Carefully when you order the 2 for 1. It doesn’t specify a time period when you can get it.

This place is great. Consistently good service and a very friendly staff. The one thing is that parking can be super difficult to find, and there are always a lot of Biola students there studying.
The seasonal drinks are great! I had a toasted graham latte and really enjoyed it. Definitely will be going back again soon.

The best! You need to find your favorite Starbucks this is mine! Baristas are always happy, energetic, and helpful. A great way to start your day.

I love this Starbucks they are very nice and fast I’m usually in and out pretty quickly.

This place is pretty alright, people did the job and they did well enough. Minus one star because my drink tasted a little funny but its all good.

Like the new Starbucks much bigger than the old one and the one on Rosecrans, like the service and I love my fave Chai Latte. Dont like that the parking is always packed.

This Starbucks is great. The cashier and the bartenders are really friendly. Especially this morning when I got a free drink!

I don’t ask for much when I come here, a toasted plain bagel and an iced coffee. My bagel is barely toasted and I always ask for no cream cheese or butter (lactose intolerant) and they always give it to me. Maybe the workers could work on the hearing/​listening better. Otherwise this location is ok and clean.

This may not be the greatest Starbucks. It’s small. But, it’s not the worst. The baristas do their job with a smile.
But today I was shocked! I was walking out. I asked, ‘What time did they close?’ A barista says, ’10:30 pm. And the one down the road closes at 11 pm’. I look away to pack my stuff and I overhear her say cheerfully, ‘I like referring people to other stores…’ I look up at her to smile but she’s looking at another person finishing her sentence with a whisper, ‘…to go away.’ I was surprised.
I find it rude and disrespectful to customers and her fellow baristas.
I was very disappointed because I enjoy the atmosphere at Starbucks.
I’d give her name but I’m too kind. It was Monday night though and she was the only female working.

Pretty nice Starbucks.
Pretty big, very clean, nice service was my frappé was great, too.
Skinny java chip frappé is my favorite here, helps me get through the mid afternoon slump or gear up for a long day.

I love this place… they are so nice and the coffee is always fresh… but it seems like every time I go to reach for the half and half it’s always empty! So I have to tell them and wait! So that’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars if they can just have everything ready to go I would give it 5 stars !

I prefer this Starbucks because it’s not so terribly loud & busy. Every time I come here, I can usually study for a while. Other Starbucks are far too loud & the wait for your drink is excessive. I also enjoy the Panera next to it. I like to get breakfast from Panera a coffee from Starbucks.

This is not the nicest Starbucks and it’s not in the most beautiful area (in my opinion), it is small, but clean. The parking is good, there is a huge parking lot surrounding it. Sometimes it’s hard to park up close. It is usually full of students taking up space, there are universities and colleges surrounding it. They usually have great service and they are very friendly here! They make the drinks well and I enjoy meeting people here when I can find a place to sit. They are helpful if a drink is done wrong as well. It’s an okay Starbucks location.

Best Starbucks in La Mirada. I’m very happy this Starbucks location got a lot better compared to the bad experience I had last year. I’m pretty sure they finally removed all or most of the horrible employees that I’ve had problems with. 4 reviewers who wrote negative reviews last year know exactly what I’m talking about, just ask them. That’s why I’ve decided to give this Starbucks another chance.
I also like to say thanks to all the current baristas including Javier and Carly for great customer service they gave me and making my drink perfect every time. You guys rock!!!

Beat the clock.
Drinks: Everything from a banana split frappé, chai mocha frappé, London fog, chai tea latte, black iced tea, very berry refresher, and everything in between.
Takes: If you order anything not on the menu, you can definitely just tell them what goes in your drink, and they’ll they’ll make it.
Service: Their service is the one that sets them apart from other branches. All the baristas are so friendly and do their utmost best to get you in and out the door, especially during the peak hours.
Impressed. I recently went during their crazy happy hour. In the door at 4:51pm, my heart is sinking that no way, with this line knowing my luck, happy hour would end just in front of me. Order in by 4:57pm. They were even able to accommodate the people who came 5 mins after me. Excellent, baristas in LM! With 2 at the register, 1 getting the orders speeding up the line, and the 4 making the beverages, you have your sys spot on.
Also, to the fellow customer who saw my shirt, go bears! :D
Bottom line, go here for your Starbucks fix!
