Carl’s Jr.

This place is gross. I went through the drive way and got a 3 piece chicken tender meal with cris cut fries and a coke. The coke was great. The cris cut fries were cold. The chicken was cold and old as hell. Nothing juicy or tender about it maybe crusty and dry garbage that cost me about8 $. I could not take it back because I had already driven home. VOMIT STATUS!

Came here for breakfast this morning and I must say my wife and I were very happy with our service and food. As we ordered the GM told us that they were out of biscuits and it would be 8 min for our order, we said no problem and we sat and waited. When it was done they brought it to out table and I must say it was it was one of the best biscuits and gravy we have had in a long time.

This location really sucks… first they accidentally erased my order and so I had to wait even longer for my food and so the guy told me he would give me some free small fries, but never did. The older lady had a negative attitude… I wouldn’t recommend going to this location at all. Don’t even follow the scripting smh

There were only a few people inside for breakfast but the service was surprisingly slow. The cashier was very polite and kind. But I think the problem might have been in the kitchen. Fast food was not very fast…

I don’t get Carl’s Jr. as I used too. This place has ok service and ok quality when it comes to the cleanliness of their restaurant and quality of their food.

I got home and my fries are already cold (I live 5 mins away driving) and my bacon western had one small onion ring … … Lol your food will definitely NOT resemble the pictures.

It’s fast food. #lackofcustomersevice is 3 of 10. No effort. No making customers special. No unique greeting. Relatively clean. A shame they removed the TV. But always seemed to have a problem anyways. Most of the crew has a communication issue. I’ll be back only because of close and convenient. I don’t expect customer service or being treated special here. It’s fast food.

Constantly messes up my order every time i go there, this time i ordered a breakfast biscuit sandwich and got a plain biscuit with nothing inside it. Are you guys even trying?

Hate this location no matter what time of day you go the food is always cold …. heat lamps or what. over priced low quality cold good.
Need to call the health department to see if they precooked all there food and let it sit all dang day. This location is horrible get your acts together.

Maria the manager is Racist… She is so Ignorant… She is only nice to the Latino staff members… La Mirada is a great place to live and there is only a few places to grab a bit to eat. We need to have something done about this… I have called the Headquarters a few times… David is the name of the Regional manager…

I Live right down the street, Always around 12:00am I have the worst customer service! Let’s start with the drive through, pre audio plays advertising the new burger, after that nothing, I have to say hello three times just to be acknowledged. Then drive up to the window and have an awkward salty money exchange with a older women, not going to say names but «BETTY» seems to hate her job and obviously needs a raise. A tip for Betty: you are the face of Carl’s jr., the first and last person the costumers see, so with that being said at least pretend to like your job and give a positive attitude, take notes from that sweet elderly lady that always says «my pleasure». That lady deserves a raid by the way! But anyways I will not be returning. 2 stars for Carl’s never getting my order wrong and 5 stars to the elderly women with a positive attitude and making my day!

love carls jr but this location is poorly managed, Came here this morning, only because it was the only thing open, i was starving and once again, i had a bad experience, this is not to mention, the 5^th or 6^th time i had an issue here, i was happy not to see the rude older woman that usually works at this time, she usually gets my order wrong, and gives me the worst attitude, and my shakes are watery, food is cold when she works, well today food was cold again, bread was stale, there was also a discusting burn mark on my bread, and my order was wrong i asked for a plain cheeseburger, specifically asked for meat and cheese only instead i got a cheesburger with ketchup and mustard

This location is eh, the meals are always right so that’s a plus… But as of this year it almost seems as if they are talking to us on a script. They always say «my pleasure» after every sentence… The employees tend to be a bit dumb sometimes. When you drive in the drive thru, you can barely understand some of the workers. They talk to loud, and fast, and blabber your face with dumb promotions. But I mean it’s fast food,

So yet again this placed failed for me. I live down the street and I love carls jr, but this location never fails to mess up my order or forget to give me something. The last time I went I paid for chesse to be added to the kids chicken sandwiches, I got them with out. Today I order a meal and didnt realize until after I left she never gave me my drink. (That pne I blame myself for not making sure) but I come here in a rush. I dont recommend this carls jr, they r never accurate. U lost a good costumer.

I come here a lot for my daughter. They don’t already get it right. They don’t always have jelly for their breakfast sandwiches. I come because of the convenience. They stopped selling zucchini. That made me sad. I will keep coming here, but it is not my favorite place to go.

Was there getting that new ½ pound bacon high club I think it’s called burger… OMG sooooooooo good!!! Will def get again! Service was good !

Went through the drive-​thru for breakfast a couple days ago and they are rinsing their drive thru with a hose. How WASTEFUL can you be, during a record drought, while water mains break every other day?
Meanwhile, my back yard is dead, front yard kinda green.
They have how many stores in California? This is, I’m sure, company policy. Great work Carl’s; way to set a good example.

This Carl’s Jr sucks. I ordered 2 Western Bacon cheeseburgers which were okay. However they refused to give us water cups! They claimed that they were out of cups, which is BS. So my friend and I had to go back to my car to get bottled waters. Before we left we went up to the soda fountain and filled up our water bottles with free powerade as a big F-​you to the management at this location. Avoid this location at all costs!

Service is awful… Foods never ready at d/​t window. Hardly ever go here. As I sit here waiting, going on 10 mins, parked to the side for them to bring food out. Ridiculous! And just ordered burger and chicken tenders. Never again

Bad food, always bad service, dirty facility :(
Our salads were 1 day old yuck!
Also gave both my boyfriends food poisoning within minutes of eating here
