Jiffy Lube

I have been coming to Jiffy Lube to service my car at this location for a little over a year now and every single time I’m here they do such a great job! They are quick and prompt and makes things so easy! What stood out the most for me is that they are honest. I came in once and didn’t realize that I wasn’t due for an oil change for another 2000 miles and they simply topped it off and cleaned my windows and I was good to go.

Typical Jiffy Lube staffing with all seeming to have Ph. Ds is engineering. Ok service with rip-​off prices. I only go here due to not wanting to deal with oil disposal. I won’t go here again. They need to become educated on how cars and sensors work before attempting to teach others.

They were rude, very unprofessional, and pricey. I looked up other places to go while we were there.
1– When we pulled up it was my husband, our child, and myself. My husband the driver, was told to get out so they can drive in and he was to wait inside. He asked about his family still in the car and the guy told him that we could just stay in the car!!! Well why did he HAVE to wait inside
2– They werent even busy and before my husband told them what we wanted they started taking our car apart. WTF! Lol
3– The oil change itsself was $ 99 then the filter was $ 30!!! Where has an filter been $ 30??? ok. so i took it upon myself to look up otber oil changers. Pep Boys offers $ 69.99 top grade with a FREE filter and a FREE tire rotation AND A FREE 5 point inspection! As obvious as it is i will be going to pep boys.

I stopped into this location during one of their slow business specials. It was fast service overall, but they neglected to close my air filter cover, or to install the new filter I was charged for. As with any place like this, double check the work.

Their Prices are out of control they cost more than a dealership. At least the dealership tracks All your services on the car

I got the least expensive oil change for $ 29.99 which is supposed to come with them checking the lights for outages and washing the windshield, as well as a few other things. They gave me an «all clear» for everything, but when I got home and I checked about 20 minutes later, the winshield still had chucks of mud on it and I had two lights out on the car. You can’t depend on them to do the job they guarantee to do, so if you go there, double check their work!
On another note, it was the fastest service at a Jiffy Lube I had ever had. Well, now I know why.

My friend called me in the middle of the day and wanted to go get her oil changed. We were going to go to Oil Can Henry’s but we couldn’t find the coupon we were looking for. Then I said to her, «We shouldn’t need a coupon just to get a cheap fast oil change». She agreed and we headed to Jiffy Lube down the street.
There wasn’t a wait really to get our cars in. They pulled our cars in and we headed to the waiting room. Every person that works there has a purpose and moves very fast… hence the jiffy. I would say overall it took them a little less than 20 minutes to complete the oil change. The vacuumed, or tried to as I had a bunch a crap in the back seat. They even sprayed a little fragrance which actually lasted for a really long time.
Now, the guy that rung up up wasn’t too overly pushy on up selling, which I like. He provided some info about things to possibly get changed in the future but didn’t like force the products down your throat. It was about $ 40 for a general oil change.
Now I normally only trust the Walmart Tire Lube Express folks to do my oil changes. I have to drive to Yelm or Chehalis to get them done though, which I don’t mind the drive. I have been going to Walmart for years for oil changes, but in a bind I wouldn’t be opposed to going to Jiffy Lube.

I had a very fast and professional visit. They walked me through their recommendations and weren’t pushy when I declined them all. Even helped fix the TV when my daughter and I messed it up. Whoops. I only reason I didn’t give them is a 5 star is that I was a bit thrown off on their prices. Maybe it’s been awhile since I’ve been to Jiffy Lube, but it seems the $ 40 oil changes are no longer. Sign of the times though.

I have a company car and choose Jiffy Lube for the oil changes. I have tried the Pacific Ave location and here. This location will be getting all future business… friendly, fast, clean your windows inside and out. And they did not have a problem replacing a faulty wiper that the Pacific Ave location had installed a month prior:)
