After having possibly the worst experience ever at Lowes on Ambassador, we came here to get a washer. This was our first time going to Conns and I was quite impressed when I first walked in. It’s a huge store but everything is laid out neatly to where you know where to go for whatever you’re looking for. There was a handful of people at a counter and all of them greeted us with a ‘hello’ or smile and one man was quick to ask us what we were looking for and how he could help. I told him about our troubles without actually naming Lowes but now – I could care less if it saves someone a ton of stress. I already had my eye set on one washer but there was one near that was on sale which he pointed out, and quickly followed it by «I’m not trying to sway you, I’m just saying it’s a little cheaper and a little bigger but if you still want that one – I completely understand.» This alone, made me feel comfortable and I took a good look at the one on sale. Turns out, it was actually much larger on the inside and stainless steel which is what I prefer. I ended up going with that one rather than the one I initially wanted. Once I chose it, he led us to a small cubicle and got our information down and we paid then and there for it. It took all of 10 minutes from the point of walking in and walking out. We purchased this Wednesday night and scheduled delivery for Friday. On Thursday, I received an automated call telling us approximate arrival time for the following day which helps a lot since my husband and I both work and one of us needed to be home. The following morning, the delivery man called to let us know a clearer arrival time and said he would call back 30 minutes before he was due to arrive to be sure we were there. He did and was extremely polite in doing so both times. My mom was thankfully able to be there and she said that they were awesome. The whole process and customer service was so fantastic that the only downfall was that we hadn’t gone to them first. I felt like they truly cared about their customers. We will be returning here for all of our appliance needs from now.

Very small selection of appliances and furniture. The staff was rather lazy and the store seemed run down.
