I haven’t had Chick-​fil-​A in over 6 months! I have felt so deprived over the last 6 months I can’t even begin to describe! CFA has always had a special spot in my heart since day one! The food is always CRACK! I could drink their sweet tea for days and never get tired of it! I came around 9ish last night and my food was on point just like I knew it would be! Super fresh and juicy Original Chicken sandwich! I was a happy camper and totally satisfied with my meal!
Great service and great food is what it’s all about not to mention they gave me all the sauces I could ever want LOL! ^_​_​^

Absolutely the WORST customer service EVER! I’m so happy raising canes opened up next to them. Maybe this will inspire them to get their act together!

I will increase my rating primarily because the franchise owner (Beth Scott) contacted me and expressed her apology for what happened. We need to reward franchise owners and management that cares enough about their business to communicate with a disgruntled customer. Props to you Beth…

The service was great here my food took abit longer then it should have I guess but I didn’t notice it to much until the working offer me a free item for my next visit. Made my day.

What I love about Chick Fil A is the amazing service, the chicken and the lemonade.
Not to love are the prices, small portions and I can do without waffle fries.
Seriously, I always leave here hungry just because i don’t feel like ordering tow meals for myself, the strips, nuggets and chicken sandwiches are all tiny, sometimes I go with a salad, also great, but again pricey and not much chicken.
Love their sauces and the variety and this would be one of the few places worth getting a drink, their lemonade is on point and what I fill up on here.
Food comes out quickly and the service is seriously on point, love that.

For fast food, Chik Fil A is one of the best; make no mistake about it.

Nobody gets 5 stars because you can always do better. I would reward 4.5 stars if it was offered.
I have never had a bad experience walking into this place.

I come to this location all the time and it is by far the best! It’s always fairly clean and the food is delicious! The staff here is unbelievably nice and helpful. Shout out to Michelle for being so sweet and always having a smile on her face!

good food as to be expected with Chicken fil A. came at lunch time. dining room and drive through are packed. still got through line at counter pretty quick and received food quickly as well. don’t like that most of the parking requires you to walk between the cars in the drive thru line.

We go to this location all the time on a weekly basis and they are always so kind and great with fulfilling our order! We typically go through the drive though which is always perfect!
Today we took our kids to their Valentine’s Day dinner! We wanted to do something different and special with the kids but we were not sure where to go. When I saw the flyer for their special dinner it sounded just like what I was looking for, to make this day special!
It was absolutely perfect! We were greeted at the door by a host who seated us to a decorated table. I made the reservation for 2 adults and 2 kids so there were coloring pages already placed at our table for the kids. After we ordered they came around with a cute Valentine’s Day craft to do while we wait. The kids loved requesting songs to have the musicians play. They even played Little Drummer Boy for my toddler! As always the food was great and the kids loved having their favorite food in a special way! After our meal the sweet lady game over with a little goody bag for the kids with a toy cow and took a family picture for us!
Chick-​fil-​a Laguna Hills location created a very special Valentine’s Day dinner for us and our family! It was absolutely wonderful and I am so thankful that they went out of their way to do this. It was perfect in every way and I am looking forward to next year!

Chic Fil A always has great service! I always get catering for my basketball camp here and the managers are awesome! I believe one of their names is Beth!

Don’t go here very often but thought I would try it and was very disappointed to get home and have both sandwiches wrong, food was descent but really wish my order was correct

This is a great place for a quick bite. It’s about $ 7 – 8 for each combo but it’s worth it compared to other fast food chains. The honey mustard sauce is by far my favorite!

This Chick-​fil-​A (in my opinion) is the worst in So Cal. Their employees are not very friendly. Their food is terrible quality; I’ve never had a salad from this location without half of the lettuce being brown… not to mention, the bowl is never filled completely. My last visit, I ordered a small fry for my co-​worker & the bag came half full. A SMALL FRY… so basically there was 3 waffle fries for $ 2.
I do everything I possibly can to avoid eating at this location… and so should you.

Wonderful food and absolute amazing service! This place is awesome! Everyone should eat here they take such great care of everyone and they care alot about the people who eat here.
On a side note if the store owner is reading this or a manager there was a lady tonight 12−19−15 at 9 pm that was highly over reacting to receiving horrible service and was very rude to the staff and said she was gonna file a complaint. I heard everything in the exchange and the staff wasn’t rude at all, the lady was a dick though. Your staff handled the situation very professionally and did a fantastic job.

I don’t usually write reviews of FF places but I was struck by the friendliness and greeting as we entered. The chicken sandwich was ok and the grilled chicken bites were ok, but the fries were kind of soggy and just warm. Also, guacamole is an extra and comes in a small plastic bag that you have to wrestle to open. The new ketchup package doesn’t work as well as the old simple one that most FF places still use.

I just love chick-​fil-​A, they have really good chicken nuggets and chicken strips. The spicy chicken sandwich is always a favorite of mine. I’m not a fan of things too hot, but do like a little spice, and they do their spicy chicken sandwich right to my liking. The staff is always super friendly and the wait is never long. It’s just a great place to eat when you’re on the go! Or, even when your not.

I dont usually write reviews for fast food chains like a chick filet but this one really stood out.
Greeted upon walking in the door, extremely friendly service at the counter, very clean bathrooms, clean restaurant and as always yummy food.
It stood out because in the back there are board games to play. Like scrabble etc. Along with crayons and coloring sheets for kids. I thought this was really cool, in case you’ve got kids to entertain or just feel like playing a game while you eat.
I like where its located too. Easy to get in and out of and right by a gas station.
Its not everyday a place like chick filet impresses you enough to write a 5 star review on Unilocal but this one did.
5 star for what it is, its an awesome chick filet. I dont mean a 5 star fancy restaurant. Im reviewing it for what it is, and it was good. Good job to the staff here!

The customer service was great! The attendant even ran a bag of sauces out to me. Way to go team!!!

My love for chick fil a knows no bounds. Coming from the Bay Area, there aren’t a lot of chick fil as so when I moved down to SoCal, this place was on the bucket list and has never disappointed.
One thing I love about this place is that it feels more than just a fast food joint. The people are extremely friendly and attentive. The food is high quality and service is swift. My favorite part is that once your seated they hand you your food, take your tray away when your done, and even ask if you would like a free refill of their lemonade.
I usually go with the spicy chicken sandwich, which although has gone up over the past few years, still hits the spot. And the waffle fries is always a plus.
The only downside is when your craving this place on a Sunday, it is sadly closed, but definitely worth checking it out if your a time constraint or wanting some a solid chicken sandwich.

This was my first time at Chick-​fil-​A. I have to say i was very impressed. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich with no cheese Wow! The quality of the chicken was grate. Tender and jucie! I recamend the Chick-​fil-​A sause sweet and savoy.
The staff was outstanding. So welcoming and polite, they actually called me mam. Not the usual may I take your order crowed. I would have given it a 5 star but it is a little pricey.

4 count strips is maybe a 2 ½ combined. Disappointed that they sent out this meager portion!

I’ve always loved Chick-​Fil-​A as their chicken sandwiches present a much more savory taste than the ever-​present cheeseburgers found on almost every corner. Their prices are reasonable and the Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich is always a pleasure to eat. Their variety of dipping sauces, my favorite of which being Honey BBQ, also compliments their famous waffle fries perfectly.
I had a bit of trouble getting my order fixed and getting more sauces from the servers, despite them seeming to be everywhere. And while friendly, their politeness can be quite overbearing at times. But generally Chick-​Fil-​A is a great fast food place providing clean and mostly efficient service.

Chik-​fil-​a has decent food. Its consistent in taste and quality as well as the employees being very friendly and outgoing. They can be seen as a little overwhelming and at times they are oblivious to people trying to correct there orders or something they asked for, but overall a good service.
The only thing I’d say is every time I go I seem to have a stomach ache after. I still go cause my partner loves it and I like the taste… just not the after effect!

We stopped by here cause we were hungry and in the area. I love chick-​fil-​A and this one lived up to the standards! They’re always so polite. It puts a smile on my face. I wish they would’ve asked if we wanted a refill though.
The sauces were fully stocked. The whole place was clean. The cashier could have been a little more friendly, maybe smile?
Gotta love how you get unlimited sauces! Food came out almost a minute after we sat down and it was great as usual.

Can’t say too much about a large chain restaurant like this, but I’m always happy after eating at this location. It’s always clean, never a long line, and the food comes quickly. For fast food, I’m usually a Wendy’s, McDonalds, or In-​N-​Out guy, but this one is quickly rising on the list when I’m looking for something quick.
I will say their chicken sandwiches are better than any other fast food place I’ve been to. The pricing is actually a tiny bit lower than places like McDonalds. Possibly a slight bit healthier too?
