The person in charge last night at the drive thru deserves a five stars for great customer service! I had to wait extra for my fish sandwich and he had me pulled to the front. For waiting extra time he made my small fries to a large and and gave me extra fries and a sandwich. He made sure as well that all my food was hot! He deserves a recognition for what he did. Keep up the good work! I did not get his name but I believed he is in the supervisor or manager in charge at 4÷3÷16 shift at 8:30pm

Food is good however this place desperately needs to be remodeled! There are stains on the wall, the paint is chipping off, the wallpaper is falling apart and the ceiling is a mess.

Today I had the WORST experience in my life at this arby location, as we were eating our food around 945pm. A GAINTRATRANUNDEROURTABLE! yes, you read correctly, A RAT!!! which another table also saw and went and cancel there order even before getting it. We both went to the cashier which by the way had a really bad attitude since the minute we walked in. Asked for a refund and ran out of that place, so if you’re looking to see rats while you eat, then this is the place! I would rate this place a «NEGATIVE“5 star

So I haven’t eaten Arby’s in quite some time and I decided after work one day when I was running to my other job to go through the drive-thru and grab a beef and cheddar. Since I hadn’t eaten Arby’s in such a long time it sounded like a really good idea. I don’t know if it’s just this location or if Arby’s has just gone down hill altogether but wow what a disappointment. The bread was dry/stale, sandwhich was cold, there was hardly any meat on my sandwich, and there was barely any cheese. Not to mention the cashier in the drive thru was really unwelcoming and unfriendly. I was so disappointed because I didn’t have time to go back and get another sandwich. It was so bad I couldn’t finish it and ended up throwing half my meal away. Bummer.

Today was my first time EVER in life trying Arby’s after my colleague told me he orders salads from this location, which is very close to my office. The building seems a little older, but it was clean.(I went when it first opened — I get hungry early in the day!) As soon as I walked in, someone eagerly greeted me with a cheery«good morning — welcome to Arby’s!» and a sincere smile. Then the manager(I think his name is Oscar) warmly said good morning and told me he would be right with me. He took my order — a farmhouse salad add extra cheese and crispy onions… I waited a while, I’m sure because everything was made fresh(I was the second customer today) and it was well worth it! The cook came out from behind the kitchen for something and, when we made eye contact, she smiled at me too! I am impressed with the customer service and food I received this morning. I don’t know that I will ever try one of their sandwiches(something about the layers of folded meat weirds me out) but I will definitely return for a salad!

I ordered a #15 and mozzarella sticks. I had to repeat my order several times because they had someone working the drive-thru who speaks minimal English. I only ever get the #15. I don’t know what they were smoking today but they put every ingredient and sauce they had on it. They also didn’t give us marinara sauce. You can’t eat mozzarella without marinara I mean come on. I’m so pissed about my whole experience.

Arby’s is my favorite place to eat. Sadly though it seems to be having budget issues lately. The type of sandwiches are more expensive and I guess people are fine with simpler sandwiches and don’t find it worth it. They have made a whole bunch of changes because of the lack of budget. Registers have closed. Stores have closed. I guess they cut in the morning and microwave now according to things I have heard… Well currently I still love it and hope it recovers. I liked this location as the food was good, people were friendly, and the store design was nice. It’s changing though, hopefully not for the worse.

Umm yeah, it’s what I expected. It wasn’t that good. The meat itself was dry, it really needs the assistance of the sauce(which is just mayonnaise I assume). Every bite I took was less and less exciting and I didn’t want to finish it, and I didn’t. Some fresh vegetables would really help it out… I ordered their Angus Steak Sandwich — Three cheese and bacon, medium curly fries, small root beer, mozzarella sticks and a chocolate shake. The fries were okay, same as other curly/seasoned fries I’ve tasted. The mozzarella sticks were good. They didn’t crumble and they weren’t greasy. And the chocolate shake had a strange little taste to it, it wasn’t a rich chocolate but more like a chocolate powder mix — which would have other flavors mixed in, it wasn’t very interested in having more. I wasn’t too impressed, but I had some coupons so I thought why not try it. Meh, I most likely won’t be going back.

I’m an Arby’s fan. This is a great place to get your Arby’s fix. Big dining area and decent sized parking lot. There’s an Italian place in the same building but not connected on the inside. Ring the bell on the way out if you had great service. Ding, ding!

They’re freaking thieves watch your money the cashier at the drive-thru handed me two twenty dollar bills and it should have been 3. I had the money in my hand and counted it after I handed it to me I told him it’s missing a 20 and he said no I gave you three twenties. I called the manager over and he counted the drawer He said that the drawer was correct but he failed to check the pocket of the cashier who took my money I even called the police out there I was so angry I would not move my vehicle out of the drive thru window so at least they lost about 6 cars of business $ 20 to me is nothing it’s just the principle

I’m not too picky about any Arby’s locations, the food is generally all the same and this location has some great things. The seating areas are great, I like the layout of the restaurant and the workers are great. In fact, I would say this location has the best workers, maybe some of their policies of asking for names when you order gave me a Starbuck’s vibe. Here’s the problem, the restrooms. They need to be remodeled badly and never seem to be maintained properly at all. I had a bad experience and I’m aware this was not any of the worker’s fault. The place was filthy, the odor alone was similar to gas stations and the layout is really creepy looking. They’re designed large, a single stall where you lock the restroom door behind you and there was equipment there that may have been a temporary solution for possible repairs. The place wasn’t busy so there was plenty of time to clean things up. There was knocking and hollering for me to hurry up when I was just seated. I tried to ignore the customer until she managed to open the locked door after shaking the handle several times. This lady was a senior citizen so anybody could have physically accomplished this, and it was a violating experience. I’m aware that some people who reach that age don’t care about privacy and have a different mindset about things, but was too far for me. This should have been prevented, even a simple deadbolt lock would have been sufficient. Just letting the customers know about this, and I will no longer dine at this specific location because it happened.

THIS location, 2 Stars = «Meh. I’ve experienced better» 3.5 Stars for Arby’s as a company, food isn’t bad. but can’t really give a fast food chain that much. 6 Stars for the manager that works there around lunch time I’m not someone who expects much from a fast food joint. All I expect is no one reminds me that it’s unhealthy, that the chicken is not chicken or that this so called roast beef used to be in a liquid form. From ready the reviews, I’m not sure what other’s expect from this«roast beef». Just remember it’s like your standard Oscar Mayer deli roast beef, not that new«Carving Board» version that looks like actual beef. Deli meat is just seasoned chopped up meat parts that gets packed and formed under pressure to make it into a loaf so it can be sliced. I like Arby’s on those days where a burger or taco are getting tiring. I really like their Roast Beef sandwiches, it feels lighter than a burger patty. I’ve always seen them slice my sandwich beat to order… unless there’s a person back there who pretends to be working the meat slicer(All I see is a person pushing and pulling part of the slicer) The reason I gave this location 2 Stars is because of it’s décor. It shares the building with a Italian restaurant. Walking it for the first time will surprise some of you, it’s like walking back in time. This restaurant looks like it hasn’t been touched since the 70’s…and for some reason there are always a bunch of elderly people eating here. Not sure why or what’s nearby. Their one saving grace may be their manager when I go around lunch, he’s seemingly hard working and treats the rest of the employees like people. I’ve seen him take an order(additional order, probably forgot to order at the register) from an elderly man at the table, take a $ 5 bill, ring it up, then bring it to him along with the change and receipt. This is not an Arby’s thing, this is the manager who knows how to be respectful to the elderly. These actions are what give me hope for humanity.

Screw this place. It’s all Mexicans speaking Spanish really really loud in the front by the cash register. One of the employes has her phone charging by our seat and it keeps ringing and ringing and ringing. Customer service is horrible here. Save yourself the hassle

I’m giving a much better rating to this location solely based on the excellent customer service provided by the Shift Manager Cesar. He is absolutely amazing. He’s helpful, polite, courteous, and a great asset to Arby’s Restaurants. Thank you Cesar! Food is great too… it speaks for itself. The only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars is because some Managers close early… the close time is 11pm, however I’ve gotten there as early as 15 minutes prior to the close time, with all lights and the Open Sign still lit, however the drive thru is closed and the window is boarded up. This never happens when Cesar is working though. He is excellent!

Saw the ads about the great deals and slicing the meat for your sandwich. I ordered the Rueben with excitement. Took it to the table next to the Manager training an employee. Opened the sandwich up, looked normal, tasted it and it was LUKE warm?! They just made it… really? I asked the Manger next to me why and how could that be room temperature being just created? He asked if he could get me another. When I opened the next one up, it had less meat LUKEWARM again, and was now soggy! For Pete’s sake really? I asked the Manager what was going on?!? He said, they pre-slice all the meat in the morning. Then when a customer orders it, they take the portion and nuke it in the microwave. Seriously! I asked, can you just cook it quickly on a flat top griddle for me? He said they don’t have one, they microwave everything!!! My god, how can this chain stay in business with food this blan! Microwaves should never be allowed to heat up meat, it just wrong. The sandwich I make at home would be way better than this heavily marketed vomit! As long as we continue to patronize this very low standard of food, they will continue to not change. Arby’s used to slice their meat fresh and it tasted like it. That’s how they became so large. Now they aren’t even a shadow of who they used to be quality wise. So sad…

Arby’s I hate you. You and your delicious Roast Beef and Cheddar sandwiches, with your yummy Horsey sauce and sweet Arby’s sauce. I seriously have to avoid driving near Arby’s nowadays because that combination on an onion roll is like crack to me! And the curly fries? Get out! So amazing! I’ve also had a more healthy turkey sandwich on wheat bread and of course that was delicious as well. I’m a fan!

I came in to try the new corn beef sandwich. It was really good! The deli-sliced meat is moist, but not soggy like their roast beef has been. This place has a sticky floor in the beverage area due to customer spillage, and some seats are worn through. Not a really clean place, the building is very, very old. The front area is closed off with yellow tape. You walk in the large double-doors and you don’t see anything, until you turn to your left. At first glance the place looks deserted. Too bad this corn beef sandich is only a seasonal item, as their roast beef is sub-standard.

I guess I am being kind to Arby’s as I only want it once in a blue moon, so when I do have it, I really enjoy the roast beef sandwich. Yes, it is certainly not high quality roast beef, but it is fast food, so I don’t expect it. I have mine with horsey-sauce, which I like and it has a slight kick. This location is difficult to get in and out of, as it is on a very, very busy side street right off the 5 freeway, and on to a crammed El Toro Road. Customer service stinks, nobody cares and the place could really use a facelift. They do have a drive-thru, so that’s what I use.

I have been a fan of Arby’s since I was growing up back East, it was one of the few fast food places that was open late in my town. I love the Beef and Cheddar, even though I am not what kind of roast beef it is and the cheddar is cheese sauce. The onion bun and Arby’s sauce go really good with this sandwich. I also like their chicken sandwiches and the curly fries are the best out of the fast food selections. The $ 1 turnovers are a good deal. Another plus is the fact I get coupons in the mail on a regular basis. This location is in serious need of a make over. It is really old and to get to the drive-thru, you have to go around another restaurant. The restaurant appears to get a significant amount of business from Leisure World, but it is not in a very good location. This is the nearest location, so when I need a Beef and Cheddar fix, I will be coming back here.
