I love menchies but I recently started avoiding this location only because of the customer service!!! The girl working behind the counter always seems so bitchy!!! I was in line waiting to pay and when It was my turn to pay I put my yogurt on the scale and she yelled at me and was like «not there!!! Move to this register!!!» I was like a deer in headlights It was embarrassing to see all the customers turn around and stare at me they noticed the attitude too! I forgot her name but she was a tall white girl with brown hair, so I avoid this location just because of her!

Menchie’s Is definitely one of my all time favorite yogurt chains, only second to YogurtLand.
They have an amazing array of toppings and their flavors are delicious. I wish they offered fresh banana slices though.
The décor is bright, fun and adorable. Careful coming here though… you may just end up becoming an addict.

I’ve been wanting to try Menchie’s and I have to say they are quite yummy. The store is decorated really cute and you can either get yogurt in a plain bowl or with a waffle. My friend and I both got waffle bowls. The waffles are just okay so I probably don’t get them again. The best flavor they have right is smores. It is so yummy! Menchies also has tons of toppings and sauces. Their price is basically like other yogurt places. I think my friend and I spent $ 13 for both our yogurts.

Didn’t love the flavor options, maybe it was just the day. Many have a super artificial sugar flavor, like the banana, watermelon and chocolate. Original tart was just ok… I like this flavor at other places better. Cookies and cream was the best for me.
Everything was clean and toppings were well stocked. I like the magnets that keep the lids open while you scoop. Clever.
Would like more fresh fruit options.
Service was friendly and efficient. Would be great to get a couple outdoor tables, too.

Menchie’s always has great flavors & toppings and the quality is very good. Definitely my first choice for yogurt.
This location is nice & there’s nothing really wrong with it… but every time I go in here I feel like I’m interrupting the cashiers’ conversation. A little training in customer service would go a long way.

Nice dessert option in the mall, though I do prefer ice cream or gelato.
The service was nice and the store clean and well kept.
The fro yo is on the runny side here, they do have a great selection of tasty sounding flavors, but none really wowed me.
My son loved making his own cup and choosing his toppings and the price was fair so 3 stars for him enjoying his dessert, I wouldn’t bother to come back otherwise.

Love Menchie’s! I’m so glad it’s in my neighborhood shopping center. It’s a great hangout, and the fro-​you is always yummy! The toppings are a good variety and I love the customer service. Everyone there is friendly and happy to be there. I’ll be back!

I just found this place. I had been to the one in newport coast and I like their flavored and the atmosphere. This one is much smaller. They need some out door seating. Otherwise the choices were good and it was clean and organized. Great friendly staff.

A fantastic array of flavors, copious amounts of toppings, and even Nutella/​Marshmellow Cream/​Chocolate Sauce to top your bowl off. The employees are always cheerful and kind, not to mention interactive with customers. What more could you ask for?
The employees seem like they are all friends outside of work, leading me to believe this is the reason their chemistry is so evident during work time. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I also enjoy the Polaroid pictures in the corner of the store.
Go in with your family or friends and ask to get on the Menchie wall of fame!

The ice cream and toppings get 5 stars… the flavors– Reese’s PB cup, marshmellow, cookie butter, etc. were all delicious and they have great toppings too !
However the employees here are strange. they mess around and don’t do anything. One girl was sitting at a table with her friends doing her homework acting annoyed when the other 2 workers were asking her for help…
I’ll be back for the ice cream though for sure!

We’re addicted, and we have the «smileage» to prove it! (Menchie’s points = smileage). The froyo flavor options are always changing, and they have every topping under the sun. Try something new each time you go!
The store is sparkling clean, and covered topping containers keep everything fresh.

I’m so glad there’s a yogurt place in this shopping center now. Glad, and a little worried about how often I’m going to end up going here…
I’ve never had Menchie’s before, but oh man. I think I like this place better than Yogurtland. Their yogurt is so creamy, and they have so many wonderful flavors! Their dulce de leche is to die for, but more importantly, they have Dole pineapple whip! Now you don’t have to drive up to Anaheim for your pineapple fix (though Disneyland is still fun…) With that one flavor, I am SOLD. They also have waffle cups, which are a nice touch.
My one complaint is that their fresh fruit selection is a bit meager, especially when compared to Yogurtland, but other than that, Menchie’s is definitely worth a try!

Just opened a few days ago, and it my new favorite place.
I love the options, my favorites are cake batter, dole pineapple whips (like Disneyland!!!) and dulce de leche.
My boyfriend got cookies and cream with all of the toppings.
My first time in, and they gave me waffle bowls for free, since it was the end of the night. Than I got to sample almost every flavor before picking what I wanted. The staff was friendly and directed me to what there favorite was. Than I had an array of toppings to pick from. However the hot fudge, is more like hot chocolate syrup. :(
But after ringing up my two giant cups of ice cream, came out to $ 9. After tax. not bad for two people, considering cold stone charges an arm and a leg for fatty ice cream in a small cup.
I’ll definitely be back.
Note for the owner: please don’t be like other yogurt places and take out the good favors, especially the pineapple whips! Thank you! :)
