I had the best experience at this Starbucks. I had previously gone to another Starbucks and tried one of their newer treats. I didn’t remember what they were called but I could easily describe them to the guy at the register. He helped me find them (at the snack station) and even convinced me to try another different flavor as well! With my drink and tasty cookies (they’re French and come four to a pack I don’t know the spelling :()I left that location with the biggest smile on my face. Thank you Chace for helping me find my new favorite snack and also for the great drink recommendation!

I love this Starbucks mainly for its seating area outside that is big and many tables and chairs under the palm trees. You will enjoy it a lot.

Was looking forward to the new renovation. Sadly, they took a small store and made it smaller. Seating has been reduced and if you go there to work you will be hard pressed to find seating big enough to accommodate two people with laptops. Big disappointment as I was hoping it would be more like the Greenfield location which has ample space and is conducive to working.

They have a great outdoor patio to relax and enjoy the local Saddleback mountain views. Great customer service. The only issue I had is it seems to be a hub for school children. So it can get noisy with kids. But thats out of Starbucks control.
Overall a great place to come for a coffee break.

It’s a very laid back and comfortable Starbucks. It’s more of a neighborhood location, so I typically see a lot of familiar faces when I come here. Very friendly staff.
Everything else pretty consistent with most SBs.

My favorite thing to do in the morning is getting coffee… Now another favorite thing for me includes seeing Hanna and Brian. Thank you for always smiling and warm in the early mornings!

horrible service at this starbucks. no one is ever polite to me, and all staff is very unhelpful. Often they are out of basic tea’s and pastries. sometimes I get rung up for my items, then they tell me they don’t have the items. I’ve already paid at this point. rather than refund me I’m told to choose something else. I drive far out of my way to get to the next closest starbucks because I can’t deal with the attitude of the staff here.

This is my all time favorite Starbucks! And I’ve been to hundreds over the years everywhere in the world. Always crowded with regulars and the baristas are the friendliest anywhere. Huge outdoor patio with great view of Saddleback. Great to relax with your favorite furry friend. Lots of parking.

There’s about a 1 in 5 chance I’ll get someone friendly to help me at this location. Tonight I walked in 45 minutes before closing to a man who really didn’t want to work. He was cleaning up and seemed really annoyed about the fact that I walked in. I ordered a holiday drink from their menu and he replied, «We don’t have that.» No «Our menu hasn’t been updated» or «But can I offer you something else» or «Sure I can make something similar.» Nope. I was so put off that I curbed my caffeine addiction and simply said, «Nevermind I’ll go somewhere else.» To which he replied, «Ok.» Hope someone higher up in the Starbucks chain reads this and finally starts investing in quality friendly people at this location.

The worst Starbucks ever slow slow slow and then slow turn over constantly and all they do is to chat and not get anything done for those of us who just want to get in and out it is pathetic

This is the most crowded Starbucks in the OC on a Sat morning. It is unbelievable. .lol line out the door. And chairs still available. If You want crowds this is it.

I am a regular and what has happened to this location!!! There is always a huge line and is understaffed. I have walked out many times. This location needs some attention ASAP.

I enjoy the friendly staff at this location. I’ve been going here a year+ since it’s on my way to work. Recently, it seems like some of my fav staff members have left or don’t work the morning shift anymore. :-(although I’m not a talkative human or morning person, I enjoy the chipper personalities from my fav baristas! Most of them know my orders, which saves time and is a plus for all. One star off for the new baristas occasionally giving me whole milk instead of soy. :barfs:

Ordered a Starbucks doubleshot. Baristas are suppose to shaken them, & yes it makes a difference. I watched them make it, and he didn’t shake it. Was a jerk about remaking it, just do it the right way the 1st time, not the customer’s fault if you’re doing it incorrectly. Why even have the shakers there?
