Owners are pretty strange and they seem to be out of at least one or two things all the time but just the plan coconut smoothly is good!

We asked the guy where the Mangoes(3 for $ 10) were from and he sarcastically said from China and then after«of course Local»! While picking out mangoes, we saw the boxes under the table«Product of Ecuador». Deceit and rip-off, no thanks.

It’s true that customer service here is a mix of laconic and hostile, but they make great smoothies and it’s worth begging this man to make you one. You pick two fruits: I liked mango + lime, but passion fruit + banana is inspired and you should get it if you like passion fruit. Heck, even if you aren’t sure if you like passion fruit, this place will probably make you a believer.

Stopped here on our way to Kaanapali hoping to get some fresh local fruit. None of the fruit looked that great so we just grabbed three mangoes, a papaya and some pre-cut sugar cane. Total was $ 24! WTF? The mangoes were stringy and the papaya was over ripe(employee said it was a ripe one). Sugar cane was good but how bad can that be. I’ve bought produce from other stands in Hawaii and it’s always been good, this clearly wasn’t. People working there weren’t helpful at all. Would have had better luck going to Safeway just up the road. Save your money and try somewhere else. There’s a reason there are so many bad reviews of this place.

$ 10 for a coconut. No thanks. Agree with the other reviews– owners weren’t friendly at all. Giving it 3 stars because I couldn’t find any other place that had sugar cane juice… and that was on my bucket list of things to try.

Cute little juice and fruit stand! Yummy smoothies and delicious fruit! The guy gave us some free pineapple samples since it was out last day here in Maui! Great customer service! Will be back again!

This place is such a rip off! We came here to try their fresh sugarcane juice only to be served pre prepared juice. Not only that, it tasted like sugary water. There are so many better places than this place where you can get fresh juices.

This place needs a health inspection — pronto! My family & I witnessed the proprietor doing very unsanitary activities while in the midst of making smoothies… we departed quickly!

Have to agree, this place looks cute when passing but felt ripped off after we spent 40 $ on a pineapple, a few mangos, and some other fruit! yikes! Pineapple was super good though. Expensive — but fresher and sweeter than the grocery stores.

Wasn’t expecting much since driving up you can see there is no electricity so obviously no refrigeration. A small generator runs the blender and there is an ice chest. The fruit sits out in the hot sun all day and it probably sits in the back of a truck overnight. I did try a pineapple papaya smoothie and it was ok. The fruit on display looked sad and dingy somehow. There’s a much better place for smoothies and fresh coconut juice a few miles down the road in Lahaina town.

Jerk store. Guy was rude and smoothies are(somehow?) the worst I’ve ever had. Honestly. Plus. $ 5 for a mango? Don’t think so. Even in Hawaii.

Very cool truck stand. Noticed it on the way to Lahaina and thought when I return on my way back to the Airport, I’ll stop and check it out. Local truck stand serving up ice cold smoothies with a variety of flavors. You choose two flavors that are freshly blended up. Good selection of flavors and easy to enjoy on a warm day although it seems prices vary I assume because nothing is posted but paid $ 2.50 per 12 oz cup. Without complaint, just scooped up my drink and off we went to the Airport. Not a friendly person behind the counter so I assume its basically order, wait and move on.

$ 10 Pineapple. I think the pineapple was actually the same $ 2.50 pineapple from Costco, but I had to pay $ 7.50 for the naming and adoption fee. So Pineapple Paul did get to enjoy several days with us on the island. By the third day we were able to give him his first hair cut. Took a little bit of a forceful yank to get that first hair pedal to come out, but it was an amazing moment in the pineapple’s growth golden maturity. Maybe if we show the airport the adoption fee we can enjoy Paul along side some chicken in a week or two. …so pretty much, STAYAWAY. Unless you want to see a road swindler at work. The ripe off tourist skills are amazing. If you listen carefully enough you will hear him switch prices on shoppers.

I saw the lone Unilocal one star review and wasn’t going to try this place but I did and liked it. It is located in a truck on the side of the road next to a related fruit stand(average fruit stand but one of the few farmers market style markets on the west side of maui). My son was offered a free sample of cane juice as the smoothies are cane juice sweetened. It was a nice touch and after shopping for fruit we bought a smoothie. The smoothie was good and tasty but a touch pricey for the size. But it was cane juice sweetened which costs a lot more to make. The cane juice gave it a tasty flavor unlike any other smoothie I had before. Definitely a winner. 3 – 4 stars for the smoothie Moving to a solid 4 stars for being nice to my son I’m sorry to read of the bad experience the other Unilocaler had. Hopefully things are better now.

This place was right on the side of the highway, it was open, and they did serve smoothies. That’s about where the positives stop. We walked up the to truck, which has its menu written on the side: «Smoothie flavors: mango, pineapple, lime, banana, coconut, etc» There weren’t any prices, sizes, or any other explanation posted, so my girlfriend said hi and asked«how’s this work?» To which the baggy-jort-wearing disgrunt behind the window replied, «smoothies.» Another question yielded a bit more information. Apparently you choose one or two flavors and then the guy blends you up one of the worst smoothies you’ve ever had. I had coconut and rotten banana. My girlfriend had watery pineapple coconut. The consistency was terrible, barely blended. And it seemed like ice and water were the main ingredients, fruit only secondary. I expected more from a place right next to a fresh fruit stand. Bottom line: go somewhere else! It’s not hard to get a good fruit smoothie in Hawaii.(If you go to the big island, make sure to get one from South Kona Fruit Stand. Heavenly!) Avoid this place.
