This is a good location but they just closed it for some reason. I’m not sure if they are remodeling, or moving, or just closing. Does anyone know?

Look the ice cream was great but the service was shit. There was one person serving, he was horribly slow, serves customers in random order(instead of how they came in to the store), and was clearly overwhelmed by the smallest tasks. We waited 10 min(I measured) for him to serve three people.

I left empty handed. I have been going to Baskin Robbins for over 30 years now to get a yummy dairy free drink called a daiquiri ice freeze. It is made from a combination of dacquiri ice and sprite blended together like a shake with sprite instead of milk or like a float that’s been put in a blender. Very basic. I’ve never had a problem ordering this drink at any Baskin Robbins up and down the west coast ever before. This time, however, we got a blank stare followed by some mumbling that they don’t do that there. It was pretty clear that she just didn’t understand what we were asking for but nothing we could say was getting through even after we pulled up the description of a freeze from the Baskin Robbins website and showed it to her. She said they didn’t have the equipment for it. The only equipment needed us a blender and they had at least three that I saw! They had the sprite and dacquiri ice(in fact, Baskin Robbins is the only place with dacquiri ice) but she just didn’t get it so we left with nothing. Very disappointing.

Screw Froyo, I like regular ice cream. It doesn’t melt too fast, theres flavor in every lick and its the OG of the dessert world(at least in my world). Try to pralines and cream or cookies and cream. Service was friendly and shit, they are open till 11pm in the summer!

I’ve been going to Baskin Robbins since I was a baby. They have great ice cream with tons of flavors at pretty nice price. I love Chocolate Chip Mint, Pralines N’ Cream, Rainbow Sherbet and Love Potion 31. This location is pretty nice. Close to BGT, clean, friendly. My favorite location was the one in Greenlake but it is now closed. Don’t get me wrong, I love Molly Moons, gelato and all those artisanal gourmet icecream shops out there but sometimes i just want a scoop of Pralines N’ Cream on a cake cone. very nostalgic(:

This location has been here forevvverrr. I remember coming here in high school and we won’t talk about how long ago that was. We were there Saturday afternoon, early evening 6⁄15. I usually do froyo because it’s «healthier» but I wanted to splurge. World Class Chocolate. ALLTHEWAY. There were several people in line and a family being helped and one employee who really had his hands full. There was another employee(female) who was standing near the back room decorating a cake. Yes, you read that right: DECORATING A CAKEWHILEPEOPLEWEREWAITINGINLINE. Well, they lost at least one customer that I saw leave because presumably they got tired of waiting.(Not me, because I was invested in my WCC.) Bad form, B-R. Train your employees to help customers first or at least decorate cakes in the back so we don’t have to see you ignoring us while we salivate in front of the ice cream bins.

The chairs outside BR in LFP are filthy and never cleaned. Really pretty nasty. Right next door a new ice cream shop opened up and they’ve really done a great job keeping their chairs clean and inviting. If BR would just take a little pride in their appearance they wouldn’t feel such a sting by the new competition.

I promised the kids ice cream after a long bike ride in the hot sun, but we got there 30 minutes before they opened. However, the store owner(manager?) saw 3 sweaty kids and their sweaty mom outside contemplating their options, and let us in early. The kids absolutely loved their ice cream(one got a combination of pop rock sherbert and chocolate oreo) and my salted caramel was decent. It really hit the spot on a hot day. Thanks a million to Baskin Robbins to opening early so we did not have to get back in the hot car and find another ice cream place.

OMG! What is that bright yellow orb in the sky??? Got up to 50 degrees yesterday, decided to get some ice cream to celebrate. This location has to do one of the fastest, service-wise, I have ever set foot in, one young lady behind the counter with redick-arm strength and a great memory for our orders. Plenty of parking… we’ll be back!

The North End needed a Baskin Robbins and they’ve got one in this great location on the main level of LFP Towne Center. Great spot to go after school events or to celebrate«the Big Game.»

Yum! What could be better than ice cream on a hot day? Discovering that this ice cream is nearby! I’m sometimes a little scared to travel too far north on Lake City Way. I’m sure we’ve all been there. Well, I was in the area and stopped in for a great treat. Nice corner location. Very nice staff. And pretty ice cream cakes to look at. Even the old-school-upside-down-cone-clown things. Scary, but cool. No soft serve, but good sundaes.
