Swirl Frozen Yogurt

Love coming here! I always try samples before I buy a whole bowlful. I like to mix it up. Just don’t top it with candy sprinkles and you’re safe.

My husband and I have been frequenting Swirl for quite some time now. The store is always immaculate and clean. They always have a great selection of frozen yogurt choices and toppings. Love this place!

On a recent (attempted) visit, there were NO lo carb /​NSA flavors. And now, Baskin Robbins is closed.
No frozen treats for us. Too bad, so sad.

Always super clean, not too noisy, and the staff is friendly. We visit a couple times a month. A great selection of toppings, my fav is the popping boba.

Yummy frozen yogurt, friendly staff, clean, and cheaper than other chains. I love how this place is local and family owned. So thankful LFP has this!

I’ve been a long time customer at Swirl and every time I go it doesn’t disappoint! They change there flavors often and the toppings are amazing! I love the cake batter and the original tart! The store is always clean and the service so friendly :) I love Swirl Frozen Yogurt!

Quality fresh ingredients (minus the raspberry mush at the toppings bar) and the best tasting froyo I’ve ever had. Raspberries are notorious for not holding their shape in peak season so I’ll give them that. I was shocked when the total was less than 6 $ for 2 people. This place screams local from the 206 phone number printed on the cup to the friendly and patient staff. There’s lots of seating inside and out and it’s tucked away from the main lot but it makes for a more peaceful froyo experience!

This is the closest Fro Yo at our end of Lake City Way and it’s fantastic! Always clean with a good flavor selection. Reasonably priced as well! I love the cake batter flavor mixed with anything fruity.

Best FROYO place ever. Fantastic customer service and friendly staff. The location is clean and selection of yogurt and toppings are plentiful. Yogurt taste way better than Menchie’s and other frozen yogurt shops. My kids love to come to swirl and watch the shows on Tv. Also I love how they do punch cards on your phone numbers.

Are you looking for an assortment of fresh fruit? Then don’t come here. Are you looking to feed the kid in you (or your kid) with an assortment of candies? This is your place.
The fruit was all canned or bad — but the candy options were plentiful. Add on the multiple sauce toppings and this is a kid’s dream.

Swirl Frozen Yogurt. Five Stars. If you’re out driving about, and you’re thinking some fro-​yo is in your future, stop here. Sorry, Menchies; sorry, Yeti and your two or three machines always out of service. You can get a good selection here, tasty, pleasant atmosphere, perfect!

After moving from the Green Lake neighborhood and away from ZoeYogurt, we had to find a new go-​to froyo spot. This place should fit the bill just nicely.
Located in the Lake Forest park town centre, there is plenty of parking and the venue is a good size with lots of seating options both inside and outside. The flavor variety wasn’t as much as I’m used to, but a respectable amount and all of the toppings I’d expect were available. We’ve only been here once, so I’ll be curious to see how often they rotate the flavors.
I’ll definitely be back!

Tasty froyo with and endless array of toppings. This isn’t one of those animé themed places. Neighborhood joint with comfy chairs, fireplace and TV. A little speedy but the quality is worth it.

This is a good place for froyo. I wished they had more flavors or changed them out more often. The last couple times we’ve been there the flavors were so boring I just ended up with vanilla and chocolate. I’d love to see some flavors like green tea, taro, red bean, sesame or other common Asian flavors. The customer service has always been good. The condiments are always good and clean. I’ve never gotten cross-​contaminated here from gluten, which is also good. They have one sugar-​free flavor that’s so gross and I give that flavor a Zero star. They generally have gluten-​free and dairy-​free flavors but it seems their dairy-​free flavors don’t change very often (or we go there too much). We would definitely like to see more flavors there. We’re taking a break from froyo so maybe when we return the flavors will be better. Change is good!

Not the tastiest frozen yogurt I’ve ever had. They had a good variety of flavors, I got pistachio and cake batter, but nothing special.

Swirl! I love this place so much! Such a good customer service and the yogurt is fresh and tastes really good! If you ever around here, this is the place to go for for perfect desert! Friendly for kids too!

I pass by this area all the time and just now discovered this little gem. Tucked away near Starbucks and Baskin Robins is this cute little fro yo spot. It’s nice and bright in here. They have self serve fro yo and toppings. Excellent fro yo and good choices of flavors. Its nice that they display how many calories are in each serving of each flavor too. I had the mango, strawberry and tart that day. They were out of Pineapple Whip:(Swirl had some pretty good toppings as well. I topped mine with fruit and mochi and a couple swirls of condensed milk. Prices are great too and they have a rewards system.
Service was awesome! The girl working that day was friendly, cheerful and helpful. She greeted us right when we came in. The place was also nice and clean, they even had a nice little area for kids to watch movies and okay, so definitely good for families. We will definitely be back when we get that craving!

LOCATION
Swirl is connected to a strip of stores but is kind of in an unfortunate spot. It kind of has its own parking lot because it is tucked away and is the very last store in the strip. Strange that it is one store away from Baskin Robins…
INSIDE
Stepping in, the light fixtures are the first thing I noticed very modern but large and In charge. I then noticed the many flat screens they have. The flat screens are great for those who have kids because they are constantly playing Pixar movies to keep them entertained (I personally love Pixar). They also advertise that they host birthday parties. The store is cute but is confused on who they are gearing it towards… Kids or adults?
FROYO
The selection was nice. About the same amount as any other FROYO joint, anymore and it would be too much. I stuck to the non-​dairy strawberry lemonade and watermelon which tasted really good. The other flavors were generic like tart and red velvet, no out of the ordinary flavors. The selection of toppings were impressive and surprising clean for a place that caters more towards the little rascals. The employee working was very attentive. I came in with two little ones and did notice they mixed some of the toppings up and the employee was quick to fix that. When we checked out the price of three froyo’s and toppings surprising only came to about FIVE DOLLARS?! Deal!
We took a seat and I noticed a flyer noting that Monday-​Friday BEFORE 2 o’clock toddlers get a free 5 oz. of froyo with a paying parent. Little things like that defiantly keep bringing customers back, like me!

Standard selection of toppings and «meh» flavor choices, the bad part is with so few customers you’d think the place would be cleaner!
We’ve been on a fro-​yo craze for a while now, this place is on the lowest position of top 100 list, not just for the dirty floors and tables, but for the general lack of execution. Cashier was nice enough but the place just felt empty and hollow. Flavor choices were just okay, toppings weren’t amazing or as plentiful as other places we have been frequenting. Dirty tables and floors, yuck… sticky table tops and grimy benches, get some bleach in there people!
Really just 2.5 «meh» Unilocal stars… another weird note, why in the world would you locate yourself 2 doors down from a B&R…

I’m a bit puzzled by some of the low reviews for Swirl. I was so pleasantly surprised by how friendly the girl was working the register and the deliciousness of the yogurt and toppings!
I tried the pumpkin, sweet coconut, and original tart flavors. All were scrumptious so I got all 3 in my bowl. I topped it with shredded coconut, mango slices, and mochi. I saw a peach ring and put one of those on there, too.
Try the pumpkin if you’re a pumpkin lover. It was so yummy.
I was seriously impressed with their array of toppings of fresh fruit, candy, and other goodies.
Pure bliss! I love this place and will come back regularly! I think it’s just as good as my current favorite frozen yogurt joint, Cherry de Pon.
They have a rewards system which I signed up for as well. Well worth a visit!
