Its pretty average pizza and I do enjoy it, but I feel like the crusts could be softer. Lots of varieties in toppings.

It’s nice to see MOD continue to grow as they seem to be popping up everywhere. Somehow I missed the fact that this one had been open for several months before I finally made it in and am now very glad to have a MOD location so close to home. When you walk in, the layout is kind of unique although the overall look and feel of the place is definitely MOD. Customer service here was very fast as you would expect and every employee is very eager to help. To be honest, this is fast food pizza, but it is always so delicious and they offer so many different toppings, it’s easy to come up with new combinations and concoctions so you will never get bored ordering the same old thing.

It’s basically a Subway for pizza. If Subway was overpriced, used extremely cheap and poor quality ingredients, and tried to sell itself ENTIRELY on it’s gimmick. The only thing truly good about MOD is that it’s price stays the same no matter how many(unlimited) toppings you want to slap on your pizza, and the speed of service. You don’t have to wait as long as places like Pizza Hut for your pre-cooked pizza, or have to do it yourself like the local Papa Murphy’s. Unfortunately, that’s about all the positives I can give the place, other than the fairly cheery/friendly employees. The crust, arguably the most important part of the pizza, is a thin, burnt cracker-like thing similar to the cardboard used to hold the damn thing. The prices felt gouged; I could get a 12″+ thin crust pizza from the nearby Murphy’s for $ 6 and just take it home. And even then, Murphy’s thin crust is still thicker. I just went for a simple normal sauce/cheese with spicy sausage and pepperoni to start with(the employee there almost gave me the stink eye for not adding any vegetables). Ignoring the less-than-stellar crust, the flavor was simply okay. It wasn’t necessarily anything to write home about. I don’t even think the sausage was all that spicy, if at all. Their garlic bread strips were also a bit«meh». The marinara it came with was quite watery and bland. Underneath the cheery and welcoming atmosphere at MOD(at least at this specific store) is a very boring and cheap quality restaurant that’s only really good if you need extremely average custom pizza as fast as possible, if you’re being held at gunpoint. Because apparently the gunman REALLY wants you to eat pizza, for whatever reason. I mean, he’s the one with the gun, who are you to judge? If they’re actually paying attention to their reviews for constructive criticism, then I’ll try and attempt to convey my disappointment into suggestions on how to improve; The crust needs to be MUCH thicker. I imagine that the burning problem would be fixed just by adding a little more weight to it as well. When the crust almost looks like paint on the pan you displayed to me, you know you have a problem. The spicy sausage needed some actual spice to it. The prices are far too high for what you get compared to what you can get at local competition, even if the«infinite free toppings» gimmick makes it seem more worthwhile. At least make the regular 11″ SLIGHTLY closer to the price of the 6″, perhaps $ 6.50?

If there was such thing as a 5-plus solely for the entire MOD Pizza crew during my visit, hands down they have my vote! I’ve dined at various MOD Pizza locations: the Armory, Ballard, Lynnwood-Northpointe, and today’s first visit to the Lake Forest Park location. My order was takeout, but wow this particular shift crew had chemistry and incredible enthusiasm. One even broke out in spontaneous song as he created my Donnie selection. Despite the grey skies and rain, these folks made my day. Now if only every work location had this kind of fun energy! BTW — the pizzas and the kiddo’s shake were tasty!

MOD pizza Lake Forest Park crushes it. Fresh, fast pizza, made to spec. Location is great, tons of parking. But most amazing is the vibe. Every. Single. Employee. Happy. I looked down the line — maybe 10 people working — and every MOD Squader was smiling or laughing. Where else do you get that? Oh and the milkshakes? Yeaaahhhhh… you can thank me later.

First time at any MOD pizza. We ordered online(glad we did the line in the store was long!) and got there just in time to pick up our food. I love that you can add whatever toppings you want and that they have so many options. I also really appreciate that they have other options than just marinara. I got the pesto on my pizza and it was amazing! I also really enjoyed the salad I got to go along with it– I usually don’t expect anything more than lettuce and dressing when you order with take away pizza– and this was far superior! Like the customizable pizza, you can add as many toppings as you want on to the salad. Yum. I want to come back here soon.

The food tastes really good. But the line was super long, so it took a very long time to get our food. Two people in our party had physical disabilities that made them unable to stand in line for long periods of time, so that was kind of a mess. There were no seats for them to take breaks from the line and rest. So, I think management should think through how to accommodate customers that may not be in top physical condition. Also, having never been there before, when I approached the first employee, to make my order, she was snippy and indignant that I wasn’t doing it right, instead of explaining to me how it worked. So, yeah… when I passed by there the other day and my husband offered to stop there, I politely requested to go somewhere else. On the upside, I like that they donate some of their proceeds to charity. I really like that. And, again… besides two of our pizzas being badly burned, the food tasted really good.

MOD pizza is delicious! So happy they opened a new location for the upper-Eastside. I have eaten here twice now and loved every minute of it. How could you not love unlimited toppings for all the same price? I also really enjoy their lemonades. The two times I have been the customer service has been great. Super friendly staff, very accommodating. I will be back for sure.

Personal flash fired pizzas are a pretty big trend right now, and having been to several reincarnations of these, I can tell you that MOD is doing it right. Thin, crispy, oven-fired pizza is my favorite, and MOD has yet to disappoint. Topping are fresh, high quality, varied, and tasty. I never considered brussels sprouts as a pizza topping, but paired with bacon, olive oil, Gorgonzola, and a fig balsamic glaze(their«seasonal» pizza is the Kasey), it just became one of my favorites. Toppings such as arugula, roasted garlic, Asiago, pesto, and cilantro make for some unique combinations — but if you’re a purist, they have plenty of traditional toppings as well. During our first visit, this place was packed, but a line up of cheerful and efficient staff members moved everyone through fairly quickly. My husband and I were completely satisfied with our meals, but I got the impression that if we hadn’t been, they would have done their best to make things right. I highly recommend the marionberry lemonade, but if that’s not your thing, they have a nice selection of other beverage(including the adult variety) to choose from. Definitely worth a try!

The staff is very kind and nice all the time. The first time time I came here Stanley gave us a few desert. Great service, food and atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back and recommending MOD pizza to all of my friends.

I’m honestly a little puzzled at the amount of high reviews mod has. Everyone I know personally has an issue with it. It is so thin that if you try to get more than two of the many toppings that MOD bases their whole business model on, the crust is saggy in the middle, sometimes tearing a hole in the middle. The crust on the outside is usually burned, but always very hard. Especially if you take a pizza to go. The employees themselves say not to take it go go, because the taste rapidly deteriorates. The crust on the outside is rock hard and charred as well. I always thought they were a higher end fast food service, similar to chipotle, that cares about natural ingredients. I was surprised to find out that the menu is virtually organic free, with the exception of their dough, which they mix non organic cheese with. MOD boasts speed above all else, and they hold up, speed above accuracy, taste, and service. I’ve seen more people get their order messed up and restarted than any other food place I can think of. I have also seen a very high turn around rate for employees. This MOD has been open for a little over a month, but there are employees leaving and coming all the time. There’s a new now hiring sign as we speak! So do yourself a favor, next time you want pizza, either go somewhere else, or try the awesome food places at LFP mall that AREN’T a total waste of time and money. Honey bear, for one, is a great choice. All in all, they are the subway of pizza, a good last resort when you don’t want something great, just something to provide temporary nourishment until you hopefully find something better.

I had never been to MOD Pizza before, but I’d heard great things from some of my friends and my parents. This new location is right near my parents’ house, so the three of us headed over to give it a try. The staff were all incredibly friendly! Welcoming us as we arrived and explaining the menu to newbie me. They were also cheerful and worked quickly. I had the mini Tristen with onions added and a side Caesar salad. I loooved the crust in the pizza. Very thin and a bit crispy. The flavors were great and everything was cooked just right. And I must say, as someone with a small stomach, a mini MOD pizza is just the right amount of pizza! The Caesar was good, although it could have used a smidge more dressing. The homemade croutons were out of this world! Prices were great and the interior of the place was clean and inviting. I saw they have milkshakes with mix-ins! That is something I will have to try next time :) Overall, I really enjoyed MOD Pizza and I hope to go back soon. I just found out there’s a location near me in Kent! Woohoo!

Great atmosphere and food. Their oven-fired thin-crust pizza is delicious, and a fantastic value: same price for any 11′ pizza, regardless of how much or little you have them put on it. The folks at MOD clearly love what they do and are having fun doing it. I’d be surprised if this place didn’t fast become an anchor locale in LFP. We’ll definitely be back!

I’d been hearing a lot about MOD and was excited to see one open in Lake Forest Park. Waited with a crowd of people in a long line to order. I had both pizza and salad. The lettuce was fine, but the ingredients were water logged, and the dressing tasted like water. The tongs they used to mix/smash the salad bruised the lettuce, which was then crammed into a togo container. So the salad was a bruised, soggy, tasteless mess. The pizza was inedible. I tried the«Caspian». The crust was a tough, overworked. It was cardboard in the center, a tough cracker around the edge. I’ve had frozen Fred Meyer pizzas that were much higher quality. I am not someone who throws food away– I tried to feed this to the crows. They just picked off the chicken and left the rest behind. I was really disappointed. Skip it is my recommendation. It’s for sure $ 20 I wish I’d spent differently.

I have eaten at other MOD locations throughout the Seattle area and was pleased to see one open up close to my house. 1. Customer service was spot on — really upbeat and ready to help and great the patrons as they can in. For a «fast» meal establishment I was impressed. 2. Wait time was short — even with a decent lunch crowd. Pizza was cook well — crispy and not burst! Well done for just opening a few days ago 3. Pizza ingredients well stocked, clean, and fresh!(and so many great choices) Overall, great experience just like the other locations I’ve eaten at. So happy to welcome MOD to the Lake Forest Park area! —-now we can have great pizza and Froyo in the same complex :)

Cool! Like Subway for pizza pretty much. Helpful saff, short wait and the mini sizes are perfect for one person. $ 25 for three minis and three drinks — not bad. I look forward to summer when they can open the overhead doors. Patio heater outside for now!

First time I’ve ever had MOD pizza. Definitely fast, friendly service and pretty good pizza. You can either custom make your pizza with unlimited toppings all for the same price or choose from one of their creations. Even with the crazy crowds that the LFP opening drew, they did a great job controlling the crowds and keeping the pizzas coming out fast! Great to have more restaurants opening up north. Will definitely be back!
