Store is closed and gutted. Unfortunately, I wanted to use my Pizza Passport here yesterday. Now I have to travel farther to another location. Or are they all closing?

It feels like the owners of Jet City got bored with it and quit paying attention, because the employees couldn’t act more disinterested in customer service and the prices are really disproportionate to the quality. This place used to be good and now it just kind of exists.

I really enjoy a good Jet City Pizza. I have ordered delivery from here on multiple occasions, so I can say that the pizza is consistently good. My only complaint would have to be the service. I order through the Eat24 app, and every time, not once, not twice, but EVERY time, if I had a special request(olives on the side, other…) it was always ignored. Also it isn’t a huge deal but the last time I ordered, a shaggy, annoyed looking teen pounded on the door like he was in trouble or something. Just not professional.

The pizza is mediocre at best! My school often ordered from them for events because they had gluten free/dairy free pizza. Wanting to give them another try, I called to order a gluten free pizza with Diaya dairy free cheese but they claimed to not have the cheese. We had it at my school from them not even a week before. I understand not wanting to re-stock an ingredient that doesn’t sell fast enough so I ended up ordering the pizza without cheese. It came burnt! The tomatoes sauce was sparse, the diced tomatoes were burnt and the basil was a cheap dry seasoning! I know gluten free crust tastes like a cracker but you don’t have to burn it! I was«given» a $ 20 credit by the employee who answered later that night who said it would be under my phone number. I called to use it tonight for a regular pizza for my boyfriend and the kid on the phone said he couldn’t find the account under my phone number. The employee called a manager(apparently there is not one there) and after waiting for the manager to call back, he explained to me that since they lost the account information after the big power outage I would not be issued my credit. He then proceeded to ask if I still wanted to order! I had to laugh out loud after I hung up. I would normally not write a bad review but last summer I called to pick up a gluten free pizza and I got there to realize that hadn’t even made it! Needless to say we will not be giving them anymore chances, which is a shame since they are so close!

Love the crust and they make the order quickly. We call in and pick up and they always have it ready.

We just moved to the area and are happy to have Jet city pizza close. Just tried the«hand tossed» crust and it was very good. The beer batter crust is very thick, still good but not always in the mood for thick. It’s a little pricier than other chains, but worth it. Very good pizzas :) And delivery is usually fast

We got a pepperoni and garlic to go one night and it was really good! They asked whether or not we preferred the crust thicker or thin so it sounds like they accommodate most tastes.

Sausage, onion, and peppers. It’s my go to pizza test. These guys passed with flying colors. Never do I go to Kenmore and not order from these cats. Plenty of toppings and the sauce ratio is always pretty decent. Only been a little soggy in the middle 2⁄7 times. Goes great with plenty if ice cold Rainier. Get some.

Oh Jet City, what is the deal? None apparently, if you call on the phone. We order from them quite frequently. Not in delivery area so we go to pick up. They have Internet specials that save at least $ 5 per pizza. A couple weeks ago I tried to order online to get the special price and it would not reflect the price in the checkout. So I called to place the order and at first they did not want to honor the Internet price because I CALLEDONTHEPHONE. The kid said«My manager said those prices are for Internet ordering only». I had to get the manager on the phone to explain that the WEBSITE was not working. He finally gave me the discounted price. Again-I am picking up, not getting delivery! Last night, we were coming in from being out of town all day, and called to order Jet City to pick up on our way home. I asked for the Internet special price(the same deals that were on there before) and the same kid on the phone would not honor the deal. My husband explained that we’re on the road and can’t go online(and knowing the website doesn’t work anyway) to order. He used the same scripted line as before«my manager said those prices are for Internet ordering only”-and seriously, refused to give the discount. We decided«forget it» and told them why. They didn’t care, just said«sorry about that». So they lost out on a $ 30 sale to save themselves $ 10. The pizzas are good most of the time, but they aren’t worth $ 20 each and we were ordering two large. If they are willing to give a discount for someone to press«enter» on a web order, why not give a discount to a customer calling in to pick up? Does it cost the owner $ 10 to pay a kid to pick up a phone and take an order? They aren’t even getting in their car and delivering it. We are using our gas and time to go there. It’s really about customer service, Jet City-a little goes a long way… Pretty sure they lost a customer, saving themselves $ 10-but $ 10 is a big deal to a consumer who has LOTS of choices where to get pizza.

I reported that I found a chunk of wood in my pizza on their website«contact us» form over a week ago and have received ZERO response. Considering taking them to small claims court so that someone at least has to acknowledge my complaint. WTF? A chunk of wood? Glad I didn’t swallow it or break a tooth on it.

Love this place, it’s our local spot. The breadsticks are my fav. Love the big jet and Thai pizza as well.

Giving this pizza company a three-star meh. Certainly not the worst pizza we have eaten and definitely not the best. We ordered thin crust with toppings. The toppings were sparse, to say the least… couldn’t even identify them under the cheese. Crust was okay; not crisp enough for me. We paid over $ 16.00 w/coupon and tax and felt that the value and flavor was just not there. It’s a bad sign when you are wishing that you bought a frozen pizza. But it was edible, hence, the three stars. Also, the windows and glass door of this place were incredibly grimy… Not coming back.

Jet City used to be good. The go to place. Now, its just hit or miss. Usually miss. Sometimes, I’m fairly certain the pizza wasn’t done all the way

I think this is the best Gluten Free pizza I’ve ever had! We’ve gotten their pizza twice and both times have been fantastic. The pizza’s aren’t cheap, but where can you get a good, cheap pizza these days? The GF crust is thin and cooked perfectly. A lot of people are throwing a GF crust on their menu’s and I feel like I’ve tried a lot of them and have been mostly disappointed. I had the Mediterranean and it was delicious! Yup, this is my new, favorite indulgence!

This is NOT gourmet pizza. Nope, not at all. Its fast food, and is about as good as Dominoes or Pizza hut in all honesty and truth. Their bread sticks are basically just cooked dough, nothing more. Have no clue what they mean by «beer battered,» I didn’t taste that at all. Their cheese bread leaves a lot to be desired, and lastly their pizza itself is your typical cheesy, greasy, fast food type pizza. Not restaurant style, not gourmet, not worth the price unless your style is greasy, junky, fast food pizza. 2⁄5 stars to be nice, because I’m trying to be nicer in these reviews. Although its difficult with so much suck out there.

Overpriced, not good, I would always get Totino’s frozen over this I live right across the street and will always go out of my way not to go there. The people I’m sure are nice enough working there. This place is the exception to the rule of any pizza is better than no pizza.

Beer Batter crust, every time, for years. Pizza has decent toppings but not«overly» heavy like a chicago style pie would be or spartan like a thin crust NY pie, more middle of the road. Beer crust is doughy and delish. I could eat just the crust alone. Occasionally their pizza can lean towards oversauced and sauce can fall off your slice so watch your tie. This is better than a «dry» pie but just saying if you eat on the run for lunch, watch your clothes. I don’t do delivery, I always pick up as they are 2 minutes away so cannot comment there. Staff is always friendly and service is quick. One of the top 3 pizzas in Seattle area imho. I’d give them an extra half star if they went back to including pepperoncinis on the side by default.

Jet City was our first pizza sample after closing Pizza Works. We had the beer batter crust and it was great. The sauce had a good zing to it. The toppings were adequate. This is the best regular pizza we have tried of the places that offer Gluten Free options, so we assume the Gluten Free pizza would be better too. They do use the same Conveyor oven to cook the pizzas, so this may not work for those who are very sensitive to wheat. I wouldn’t hesitate to order pizza from Jet City again. Plus, the owner is also works at a full time job where I do.

Jet City Pizza is the best pizza around! My friend and I decided to order a pizza here after we discovered that they made gluten-free dough. Although they wouldn’t deliver to us because we were too far away, they gave us a pretty big discount off of our order for not being able to deliver. The pizza was delicious, and the customer service was great, I would highly reccomend Jet City!

Jet City Pizza in general is good. However the service at this particular location has been terrible. They wrongfully charged me for 5 pizzas on my credit card and I could never get them to take it off. They told me I had to call on Tuesdays when the manager was in. I called 3 or 4 times on Tuesday and even went in person once. They always said they would get the charge taken off or give me a credit to compensate, but they never did it. E tu Jet City?
