I love Jimmy John’s! My hubby introduced me to it and I’m grateful he did! They have super fast service! Our fave sandwich (the #9) is always chock full of yumminess, and the serviced here is awesome! Everyone is really friendly! Definitely our favorite sandwich place! Check out my tip on the bread!

Every single time I try them they fail me with the hardest bread of life. Jesus did not have the lords supper so they could save the crumbs n resell em centuries later! Bread so hard I could exfoliate the crust on my heels wit it!

Its one thing to know you’re getting the best sandwich ever, its another to always be greeted so graciously. All of the sandwiches are great but right now I had to pull myself away from my JJBLT to write this. Its insane. Best BLT ever!

Service is fast and the employees here are super friendly.
Every sandwich we’ve ever had here was fantastic.

Customer service was good, the guy at the counter helped me find what I wanted and what number to choose. Also I had barely started walking to get my drink and received my order, so these guys are either really fast orrrrr someone ordered the same thing as me and didn’t want it lol
My problem: The bread. C’mon guys. I felt like I was shredding into my gums with every bite. Bread was super stale and chewy. By the time I realized it I was already back at work. Also I don’t remember asking for my sandwich to be drowned/​overflowing with lettuce. The taste was still better than Subway’s, but I would rather go to Jersey Mikes if I am looking for a good sandwich.

I never thought I would say this, but Subway has been replaced as my least favorite sandwich place. The sandwiches are overpriced, small, underfilled (except for lettuce; there’s plenty of that!), and very disappointing in every way.
We tried a #2 and a #4. Neither had cheese (this is ‘Murica isn’t it?) and the employee didn’t ask if I wanted any. The menu says the sandwiches are 8″, which they are. But they are only about 2″ in diameter, if that. A standard grocery store hot dog bun has more girth than these complete sandwiches. There is a thin layer of meat which is «bunched up» to give the appearance of more meat.
The employee handed me the two sandwiches and said, «feel free to take a bag.» Do I need to pay extra to have my to go order bagged?
$ 12 for two disappointing small sandwiches? This place makes me crave Subway!

The best service and delivery !! Great sandwiches and options, love the way they cut some of the bread out of the roll (on request) and you can have more goodies.

AMAZING customer service! I ordered 3 meals to be delivered for a company meeting at my job site a month ago and as always they came a few minutes from the time given to them which is perfect! They are never late! BUT this time they forgot to deliver one cookie. And I called them up and told them about it and all they did was ask for the receipt number and the manager apologized and told me that they will deliver it in a few minutes. On top of that they offered me a free sandwich for my next order! I wasn’t even expecting that, but that is unbelievable! So today I called in to see if I could get it delivered and within less than 15 minutes I got my free sandwich with free delivery as well! No questions asked! My co-​workers and I love their sandwiches! DEFINATELY going to order here more often! Thank you guys!

The veggie sub is the best! I love their bread! The bathroom at this location is the best place for an amusing pit stop!

I have been here on 2 occasions and man what a bummer. On both occasions the white bread was hard. Far from oven fresh. I wanted to like this place because of the quick service and delivery option but man 65% of a sandwich is the bread and this place fails in the bread dept.
Anyways I transferred the ingredients to some good o’l Ralph’s bread and moved on with life.
If they were to have delicious soft bread it was be a winner.

The main reason for the low rating is for the service we received from the cashier. At first he seemed friendly because he gave us a brief run down of the menu without us asking but his attitude and service turned a bit sour when we were ready to order for some reason. During his «run down» he explained to us how we have the option of choosing from white bread, wheat bread or even making it a wrap but when we were ordering our food, he never asked us what we preferred so it completed slipped our minds. How are you going to tell us we have that option but not ask during our order? Both my friend and I wanted wheat bread instead of white. Meh :(What if I wanted a wrap instead of a sandwich?! Also, when my friend asked me what oregano was, I couldnt come up with the word at the time to describe it and he was just staring at me as I was hesitating. He literally stood there and said nothing until my friend had to ask him directly what it was even though he heard our entire conversation at the time. –_​_​– k, way to be helpful dude.
I ordered the #4 and the sandwich itself is pretty good but it had too much mayo for my taste. Also, it’s cool how they have a freebie section of add ons you can add to any of the sandwiches for no extra cost. They had onions, hot peppers, mustard, oregano, cucumbers, and a few others I cannot remember. I really liked the hot peppers in my sandwich as it gave it a nice spicy kick to it. Although only the left side of the menu is labelled 8″, I believe they’re all the same size. The ones on the right side of the menu just have more ingredients in the sandwiches.
Aside from that, it’s a nice quick place for lunch or dinner. Decent prices and they have a few seats inside and out.
