Outstanding hospitality. You can tell the owners put a lot of love into this motel, as it is thoroughly clean and adorned with beautiful touches – flowers abound, charming art, and a cozy, well-​kept porch and pool area.
The furnishings are on the older side but rooms are extremely well maintained. One area for improvement would be the sleep quality, as the beds were somewhat hard.
We also forgot an item in our room after check out, and the motel called us literally minutes after we left to give us a heads up and quickly returned the item to us. What service!
The motel is in a good location, walking distance to Lake George and the attractions on Canada St.
Overall, a charming well-​maintained motel with great hospitality and location.

I’ve been coming to Lake George since I was a kid but somehow have never stayed at the Admiral. It was quiet, cozy and charming. It is family owned and you can tell they take pride in their business. We loved all the flowers, porch, swing, bird houses and pool area. Also loved that it’s small and a bit secluded which made it quieter. Though the interior was outdated everything was clean. My only complaint would be I wish the linens were newer and more comfortable. I’m glad I brought my own pillow. I’d stay here again.

Very cozy and clean for a good price. A little outdated but who cares. This place definitely helped us get away from the big city for a few days. With flowers everywhere and cute little trinkets, you feel at ease and relaxed here. There’s even games and playing cards at the front desk if you get bored. Great hospitality, we’ll definitely be back.

Nice accommodations at a fair price. We stayed in the deluxe room and we were very comfortable. Décor was nice, bathroom a little dated. But the room was very clean. The outdoors area is like a home away from home. Very nice pool area. We stayed for the week and would stay again. Wonderful hospitality!!!
