Juicy’s “The Place with the Great Food”

Wow! I just read some of the other recent reviews and I wondered if we were at the same place.
ANYhoo — I wanted a really good burger and fries for my birthday (⁶⁄₁₄) so I heard Juicy’s was maybe the best burger in town. I don’t do «chains» — I prefer to keep Havasu money in town.
Having said all that, I can only say my burger and fries were TOO good. Yes, I ate way too much — and I’ve been on a diet since 1965 — but oh boy it was totally worth it!
I ordered the avocado bleu burger. My buddy had the basic Original Juicy burger. Her’s was reasonable size and delicious. Mine was a monster and heavenly. And here’s the kicker: I like my fries really crispy. Most restaurants don’t really give a crap when I order them that way. They were perfect.
Please don’t let me forget our waitress, Sheena with the fabulous hair! Love you girl. Great service.

Place was super busy on a Sunday Morning. But the service was great and fast. Tried their fancy morning beverage «Morning Glory» Vodka, Juices and topped with Champs… very refreshing. Biscuits and Gravy and 1 pancake. Oh and sausage patties. Everything was excellent will be back.

This was our first time coming here and loved it! Pancakes where delicious and tasteful, biscuits and gravy was a mouth full of flavor and omelette was amazing. Our server was not only professional but friendly. Customer interaction are definitely worth coming here again.

I preface this one with the fact that it is Memorial Day. We got here at 9.45 am. BUT –No wait. Lots of open tables. Food still took an hour. Server was very friendly (only reason I give 2 stars) I ordered the beef brisket breakfast. After an hour wait it arrived — 8 small chunks of chopped up steak and fat. My sons chicken strips were disgusting. My daughters pancakes were rubber. Wasn’t just us– tables next to us were becoming irritated also. Missing food. Should have suffered the 45 minute wait at red table where we wanted to go first. Would have eaten faster and better food.

Service was warm and friendly, quality of food outstanding and large portions. Strongly suggest the mushroom appetizer. Best I’ve ever had. Enough for 3 hungry people. Loved the pastrami burger and chill fries. Simply wonderful. New regular place for lunch.

Once again delicious, fast, friendly, great place to enjoy breakfast. The juicy Mary was especially delicious. I had chicken fried steak with eggs and biscuits with gravy and it was very very good. Thank you for the great experience!

Today I brought my mother to juices for Mother’s Day. She had a New York strip, that was cooked properly and appeared tasty. My brother father and I had the sourdough bacon burger, we each asked for it to be medium. The burgers arrived at least well done and were extremely dry. McDonald’s makes a better burger than what we received. I pointed this out to the waitress and she advised that it didn’t appear to be medium. She may have offered to have it corrected but I didn’t hear that offer.
The food was not acceptable and I would recommend Denny’s before I would return to Juices. Unless you like hockey puck burgers eat elsewhere. Thank you for your time. Hope you have better luck than me if you brave the place. It shouldn’t make a difference but the owner wasn’t there today which is not normal and now I understand why.

When I found out I was going to Lake Havasu, I instantly thought to myself, «I wonder if that one locals breakfast spot is still there». After some Unilocaling and investigating I found out, Juicy’s indeed still exists!
And I could be wrong, but I swear the same lady who was there 10 years ago– is still there making sure things run smoothly.
It’s pretty easy to win me over with something as simple as a well made Bloody Mary. Not only do they offer that, they have a HUGE chicken fried steak, four Benedict options, pork chops and eggs, a few recipes with green chilies, really it’s an ideal breakfast menu.
The cherry is set perfectly on top when you realize the prices are great, and the service is superb. On the walls you will find numerous beautiful photographs of the city. From the lake, to their annual balloon festival, to the local scenery. It really gives Juicy’s the vibe that you can’t help but recognize while dining. Don’t me wrong, you will see other tourists seeking out something other than the basic breakfast, and there may even be a wait at prime hours. Stick it out, becuase this food is worth it.

Great place for breakfast. The staff is courteous and attentive. Full menu and a full bar. The Bloody Mary’s look great but 9:00 am is a little early for drinks.
We have not been here for dinner yet. Hope to have more to report next time.

We have been waiting one hour for our food. Don’t come here on a weekend. Drinks look amazing and food is great but the wait is ridiculous!

What happened today? Was it bad and slow service Sunday? Wow a usually decent not great place went to crap on this beautiful day.

Wings were generic taste. I have better.
Ribs were like rubber. Reminded me of the kind you get in your hungry man tv dinner. Good taste, but not really BBQ ribs.
Fries were damn good
My fiancé says that the burger was top 3 burger she’s ever had.
Summary: get a burger and fries! :-)

Back again 1 year later. Still our favorite spot. Really love coming here when we are in town. Breakfast here is something to look forward to. Biscuits and gravy, brisket and eggs, hot sandwiches and I thought the potato salad was outstanding.

Awesome food. After reading the reviews we came to check it out and totally agree our waitress was Carri and she was awesome. We will be back

This place is legit. The Baja chicken sandwich is a little greasy, but it tastes absolutely amazing! Bacon, avocado, cheese and grilled chicken on Parmesan sourdough. Seriously the best sandwich I’ve ever had. The fries were distractingly tasty also! They looked ordinary, but they had the perfect crisp to them. I sat at the bar and had good, quick service. Coffee was tasty also! Neighbors had a prime beef sandwich that looked amazing– and the onion rings made me jealous!

Went here for breakfast one morning. Both my husband and I thought this place was pretty average. I really enjoy Eggs Benedict but I found the hollandaise to have very little flavor. The portions are reasonable, meaning not too much food for one sitting. The potatoes were also pretty average. It’s a nice restaurant and the service was good but the food did not wow.

Juicys has been in Havasu for years and years. I will say that in their former location their food and service had slipped in recent years, but in their new location Juicys has risen like a Phoenix from the ashes. The addition of a full bar is certainly a welcome change as well.
Their bloody Juicy has more garnishes then a Sizzler salad bar. I ordered mine spicy, and that it was. Very delicious. For brunch I had the Mojave Benedict. It had Canadian bacon, sliced tomato, hollandaise sauce and avocado. It was accompanied by very crispy hash browns. A very solid effort. My Mom ordered the center cut ham steak and eggs, and really enjoyed them as well. My Dad ordered a Mexican Benedict, and also liked this dish as well. Think eggs Benedict with Chorizo instead of ham.
Minus one star for my daughters brunch. She ordered corned beef hash and eggs (which is a favorite dish of mine, so she has grown up eating this). The report was «canned» cbh. She said she expected more of a house made product.
Danielle was our server, and she did an excellent job of keeping us happy. We will definitely be back, when in town to visit the parents.

Where do I even start with this place… I have never had such a generic blah dinner. We came as a family and everyone ordered something different — from chicken wings to pasta to burgers to meatloaf. Not one meal tasted good. What upsets me even more was the price of the food. «Overpriced»
There are definitely better places to eat at in Lake Havasu, avoid this place and walk across the street to Red Onion.
Very unhappy.
UPDATE: It has become quite evident that Mike B has some sort of affiliation with this restaurant because he manages to reply and message any person that has had a bad experience at this restaurant or that may not be fond of their experience with the food and staff during their visit. He is very negative in his messages — calling people «Idiots» and «Fools» for their reviews. Many people have reached out to me after receiving similar rude messages from this person. I feel bad that the restaurant has stooped to this level and allow someone like this to jeopardize their company even more than my personal experience. Very embarrassing for this restaurant and Mike B.
