Holy Mackerel is this place good! We have eaten here quite regularly after discovering this little gem on the way to family movie night and everything is absolute yummy, flavorful, all American, deliciousness. The burgers are particularly awesome, simply seasoned and exploding with the natural flavor of the beef. It tastes like a grilled steak has been put on your bun. Don’t know what you want? It doesn’t matter, close your eyes and point at the menu, it will be good. Seriously, if you guys had Gyros and wings my family would go no where else on take-​out night. Love the food.

Been here twice. Once for bacon cheese dogs and most recently for a burger. I must say the burger was seasoned perfectly and super good. Burger was a little skimpy on bleu cheese but otherwise was amazing and the amount of fries we got was incredible. Tons of fries. Great food. Dom has hit another home run after bubs subs. Quality food!

Normally pretty good. Always get the dogs or a beef. Decide to try the Montréal burger. Wow salty as ;&$@”. Couldn’t finish it. Owner wasn’t there. Be sure to let him know next time I stop

Ive always driven past this place and finally stopped in for lunch. I had the Tex Mess burger and fries. Unlike some folks, I have eaten many burgers coast to coast. So when I say its a good burger, I mean it. Nice, big, char broiled patty, along with a good helping of cheese and thick cut bacon. Def worth the money if you are looking for a great, fresh burger. The fries are fresh cut and are crispy, not greasy at all. The kitchen is very clean and the staff is friendly and nice. If folks dont like this spot, too bad for them.

Had a nice char-​dog with fries. A simple thing but something people fuck up all too often! The kitchen looked very clean and I noticed the workers wearing gloves while handling food. Your Good sanitation does not go unnoticed, Chicago Grill. Nice work guys

Not impressed… Fries are good. Had dogs the first time, a burger next. Forget the burger … And the dogs are so skinny you need two for each bun. A poor attempt at Gene and Jude’s. You just can’t get good food as you head further west.

Man do I regret not going here sooner, swung by tonight and grabbed a burger and fries… everything was delicious. I started with the fries (mostly because of my OCD) obviously they are hand cut, crunchy and salty deliciousness, my only other comment is I ordered a regular fry and could barely eat a third of them, as much as I wanted to eat them all. The burger is definitely homemade on this beautiful toasted briosce bun… and did I mention it’s GIGANTIC, a full half pound easily… cooked to perfection (a light medium rare) well seasoned and juicy.
Easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in the area, I can’t wait to go back and try other things on the menu.

Very solid new place and a welcome addition to the randall road area for some above par greasy spoon fare. as others mentioned it’s a bit pricey, but the food delivers. Worth going to see the constant new and interesting culinary creations on the ‘specials’ chalk board. Outside the great standard burger and fry options — the Malibu Burger (with incredible orange glaze sauce) and the spicy El Jefe (with peppers, hot sauce, chipotle mayo, and pepperjack cheese) are great. can’t wait to try ‘the monteal’. killer fries, but i’ve had good (crisp) and ok (soggy) batches.

I’d like to consider myself a FRY NAZI and Chicago Grill has some excellent fries. Perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy in the center.
Throw in a juicy ½lb made to order char burger and you’re in for a treat.
Highly recommended and hell yes I’d return.

Went there today for lunch with my son
We ordered hot dogs and fries. I give the hot dogs 1 star. Bun was soggy and fell apart while I was eating it .i will give the fries 4 stars they were great. But the most disappointing thing was the employees. It took a few minutes to place order because the guy taking orders was on his cell phone. we were only one in line
Then it took 10 min to get order because the guy making order was on his cell phone.

Time for an update!!!
Since the addition of burgers I’ve been back to Chicago Grill now a bunch of times. The burgers here are VERY good, fresh, homemade and great beef flavor. Not to mention they are a huge ½ lb. (They do take 10 – 15 minutes to make so don’t expect a quick pick up and go)
My only gripe is they need more options like bacon, other cheeses (merks) and maybe other toppings.
The fries here are still the best in the whole area, bar none. Fresh cut, amazing potato flavor.
The beefs are ALWAYS good, always.
Why not 5 stars then? Great burgers, beefs, and hotdogs…
Well, it is a bit pricey despite everything and 11 $ for a burger, fries and drink is a lot and because of that I can only come once in a while. If everything was priced more comparible to competitors then I’d probably come more.
Lastly, they don’t take phone orders which is a shame since the burgers take so long. I’d rather call it in and come pick it up.
Come on Chicago Grill, take some phone orders. :)

We ordered burgers. Asked for them medium rare.
Was told they only do them med well to well.
I found it astonishing that they boast their burgers & won’t make them to order.
I won’t tell people how hostile they are to criticism & they delete less than flattering comments. But I just did.
You can’t delete them all.
If you cook a burger med well to well, people won’t pay your prices & just go to mcd’s

Great fries, but a hot dog with «everything on it» is onion relish and mustard. Where’s the pickle spear, the tomatoes… ever heard of celery salt? While a sign says Vienna, these are not Vienna Beef hot dogs, 40 years of experience talking, definitely a lower grade dog. Very disappointing.
Two stars for the fantastic fries.
UPDATE:
I got it wrong. Chicago Grill uses natural casing Vienna beef hotdogs. The selection of toppings represents the «depression hotdog» style. I received a very nice message from the owner explaining the style of hotdog they’re making and the high quality ingredients they’re committed to.
While I truly didn’t care for the hotdogs (I’m a fan of the traditional Chicago style dog), the fries were great and the fountain drinks include Green River, always a good thing.
