Always busy, but fast and friendly. Food is fresh never sitting. Only thing because they are so busy it’s like they don’t have time to clean tables. Everything it always so messy.

The chow mien and orange chicken is good every single time I order from this restaurant.

Food selection on vegan alternatives like eggplant tofu they don’t served please consider vegan customer.

I’m actually still eating in the restaurant as I write this review. The food was fine, but the portions I received, were complete and utter BS. I think we deserve better when we pay for a ten dollar plate of food.

The food is always hot and fresh. Even when it gets busy the service is quick and the customer service is great. Every new item they come out with tastes sooo good. They always give samples which is a plus

Food is great, customer service is good. Only have it a 4 star because sometimes the portions are way too small.

Wow I am highly impressed with the customer service I recieved. The gal that helped me was supurb! The store was emaculant and not too crowded enough room for a couple of groups or 8 singles or couples left.

I love this place is just grate I love it so much I got the new chicken and bacon just the best in the world all American and chines is just to dam good and the customer service is good I love the way I was greeted in the door is a grate and I love to come after class after a Long day of study if you come you need to try the chicken and bacon just the best !!!

I give this place 2 stars because it’s nothing special. I’ve had panda express from many different locations and this is by far my least favorite. It just seems like they never have what you want ready, like everything has to be made to order which is not the definition of «fast» food. Some things that are always made upon order are one of my favorite, like the cream cheese ragoons. Well on a busy afternoon I ordered some and waited literally 30 mins for them to be ready. My food was to go so everything else was sitting inside boxes and after waiting 20 mins I asked the cashier if she ever even told the cook to drop them in, and she had totally forgotten. It then took another 10 mins for them to be ready. Luckily I was in a good mood or I would have just returned my whole $ 30 order and went somewhere else. They didn’t even offer anything for wait and hassle, no drink, no extras, nothing. Never coming back here again

If you don’t want much to eat this is a good place to come to, they give you consistently little portions. String beans and chicken, two pieces of chicken about 20 pieces of beans? I also had the sweet-​and-​sour chicken there were about 8 pieces of chicken in that. :-/

This is without a doubt the worst Panda in the Antelope Valley. There has been a problem every time I have visited this particular location. Either the food is cold (if the food is even available) or the food tastes extremely awful. The last 2 – 3 times I went here, all of my food tasted like seafood. I’m assuming they’re cooking the meats in the same oil/​pans. This is a terrible habit as it completely ruins a meal for those who do not enjoy seafood; which is beside the point of it being completely unsanitary in the first place.
Other issues include very small portions, the fruit/​vegetable to meat ratio in certain items are way off compared to other Panda’s and long wait times are a standard here.
I’m giving this location two stars because the manager was apologetic. He offered to replace my order at first but when the food tasted awful again, he just gave me a refund and two drinks while I waited. Until this location steps up their game, I suggest taking a drive to the location on L and 10^th– they have never let me down.

Ive been to this location a couple times and I can’t complain… They get 4 stars only bcuz sometimes the food can taste like its been warmed up not freshly made… Me personally I LOVED the orange chicken w. Bacon DELICIOUS and not to mention im a BACON LOVER… The place can get crowded so have a lil patience otherwise food is good service is cool

Worst place ever to eat. Wanted to try their new fish but it was out. The manager asked if I wanted to wait to try it. I didn’t feel like waiting so I pick something else. When we paid the food. They then told me I would still have to wait for the other entrees I picked out. No apology, didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. When I complained about that, I heard the manager say, I knew they were going to do that? Then let her employee handle the situation.
