Tired of coming to not only this one, but others and jeans look like a bomb went off or no one paid any attention when putting jeans away. I was told they trying to get back from xmas. That was over 10 days ago. What happened to closers organizing and straightening out shelves and stuff. Plus their prices went from 20 to 25 to $ 30. If I’m going to pay that much i don’t need to feel like I’m at ross or Marshall sifting thru stuff. May have to consider a new company to shop at. This one never has the sale items, and seem to have more men clothes than women…

I had to come twice because the first time my son was with me & distracting me, but this is a pretty standard Old Navy. The associates are cordial & prices are cool.
I don’t give them 5 stars because the organization of their stores never makes sense to me. I can never find a nice little dress in store & it’s irritating. *sigh*

Again, this is NOT Lanham, but I am trying to calm down. I only went into this establishment to get my godson a gift card. You would’ve thought you stepped into a movie theatre because there was trickling of popcorn all over the floor. I soon realized that they had a popper and were giving all patrons free popcorn. I declined as this is the year to De-​Fluff. I proceeded to get in the long line to get just a gift card. There were about 4 cashiers and they move expeditiously. When I got to the register, I was nicely greeted and rung up quickly. The only quirk is that the cashier attempted to pick my gift card holder for me — I was like (in my head) — hold up Joe — I am paying for this!
I’d return and you should try them out!
