I waited on hold for 13 mins to give an order over ther phone. Once I got in the restaurant the girl at the front looked confused as I started to tell her about me being on hold for 13 mins. Then she tells me it is busy, but not busy enough if I walk in and you take my order. The she rolls her eyes after I asked for the manager. is the really the way of customer service?!? Not happy right now.

Great food… quick service… The price for the amount of food you get is just right. Good place for a quick meal and carry out.

Went here after the gym. As I checked in, Elite Unilocaler, Ms Katrina L. told me to ignore the reviews and check it out. I took her advice and decided to grab a bite. I was actually impressed. The food was EXTREMELYQUICK and surprisingly good. I ordered the salmon and shrimp. It’s not a great place to dine if you are looking for ambiance, however, if you want a quick bite to eat, I’d recommend. I will go back. Next time, I’ll try the chicken. Thanks Katrina!

Previously I would’ve given a 4-star rating. I’ve had Quickway about 3 – 4 times since they’ve opened. Always good — I equate it to the fast version of Kobe(and keep my expectations the same). They’ve been demoted in my book to two stars because of my most recent experience this past weekend(1÷9÷16). My sister and I both got bento boxes(just chicken and chicken and shrimp). I was really excited to eat and always eat the California roll and spring roll first. I ate a spring roll(with duck sauce) and one of the four pieces of California roll. I had to leave my meal to go do something. Not even 5 minutes later, I felt nausea set in. I drank some water and prepared for the revolt. I didn’t physically get any more ill than the nausea. I ate the rest of the meal except the spring roll, dumplings and California rolls and felt fine. My nephew wasn’t as lucky as I was. Even before swallowing the entire piece of roll he had, he spit the rest of it out and threw up what he had swallowed. The rest of the meal didn’t make me sick but that doesn’t guarantee that I’ll go back. This is so disappointing as it was a great alternative to traditional fast food.

Only a 3 Star because the chicken was kind of on the chewy side but was definitely FRESH and I usually don’t like sauces but it was delicious. Next time I’m going to ask for my shrimp to be extra crispy they were a little on the soft side but better then most places. The lunch portion was enuf to eat for 3 days so for 8.00 it is definitely worth it. So on the picky side this is a good spot!

My first time at this Japanese eatin/take out place. Good food at a very reasonable price. Quick service. Nice place for the little ones. Super casual and no waiter service. Had Habachi chicken with noodles. Check this place out.

This is my go to spot when I can’t decide on what else to eat for lunch since it’s only about 8 mins from my job. I order the same thing every time I go: Chicken Hibachi with double veggies with extra sauce, sesame seeds & green onions for only $ 6. The chicken is so tender & juicy and the veggies are just the way I like them. Service is fast and you never have to wait to long for your food. They also offer sushi here, but I haven’t tried any as of yet. They also offer a frequent buyer card that you can have stamped every time you make a purchase and then after 5 stamps your 6th meal is free. And who doesn’t love free!!!

This place is good if you want quick take-out sushi. Not many rolls to choose from on the menu but enough to to make it work.

Looks better than it tastes. The California rolls were really good. I think the wasabi was just horseradish with green food coloring but still good. The fried rice wasn’t that good, kind of dry. The dumplings weren’t that good, overcooked. And I didn’t like the spring rolls. This is my second time coming here, the first being when they had just opened. Customer service wasn’t that good either. They initially forgot my wasabi and when I asked for it her attitude seemed as if she was irritated like I was bothering her. The only thing I would get from here again is the California roll but I won’t tolerate poor customer service. If that happens again I’ll never come back.

First visit was a bust for both my Mom and me. How can you ruin chicken bits and rice? quickway managed to do it the aforementioned quick way. The food was terrible. My Mom is known to take food home from restaurants and spin them to her liking but she left it there. We won’t be back.

I really liked this place at first, but the last two times I noticed a significant decrease in the amount of food offered. My shrimp and tofu combo that used to be overflowing is now 4 shrimp and 3 tofu triangles — all for the same price, of course. Now you have to pay for extra meat just to get the same amount of food they used to give you at the regular price. I’d rather go elsewhere for better food if I’m going to spend more money. Used to be on my weekly rotation, but not planning to go back anytime soon.

I love their chicken terriyaki rolls. I’m not a fan of the noddles that come with the meals. I love how they out yum yum sauce with the meals.

Hard to mess up rice, vegetables, and meat. The food tastes good. I saw someone with the box in front of me and thought my meal was not going to fill me up, but I found it quite filling. This place doesn’t scream 4 stars, but I am giving the extra star for the speed of service and because they aren’t stingy on the sauces and because my meal was under $ 10.

You know, I almost deducted a star for the silly name. Quickway? Really?.. this is a Japanese Hibachi spot so please change the name for your own credibility! LOL. Now that I’ve finished venting, lets get to it. This has become my FAVORITE work lunch spot by far. Not only is it less than 10 minutes from the JOB, but man is the food good. YUMMMMMY!!! The food is definitely Hibachi, prepared right before your eyes. My absolute favorite dish is the Chicken and Shrimp Bento box which includes 4 pieces of sushi(California Roll), 2 chicken dumplings, 2 spring rolls, veggies and of course delicious Hibachi with fried rice. This meal is HUGE and more than enough for two people! I have also had the Salmon Bento box which is just as delicious. The sweetest part is the price. You get all of this for less than $ 10! In addition to the Bento boxes, I’ve had their sushi which will rival any sushi spot in the area! They do have decent seating if you can’t wait to stuff your mouth at home! LOL! So ignore the name, this is authentic Hibachi cuisine without the frills. Ask Veronica R, she’ll vouch for everything I’ve said… She’s hooked too!!! LOL

Food was over-sauced and over seasoned, the Quality of the food was gross… Waste of time and money!

This place has quickly become a go-to spot for me and other coworkers. Their bento boxes are around $ 10 and regular hibachi are around $ 7. You get a TON of food, and it’s very delicious! The bento boxes come with two dumplings, four pieces of California roll, two spring rolls, veggies, and rice or noodles. I will say, avoid the beef option. It’s not steak and it just tastes kind of cheap. I’m not one to usually order chicken, but there’s is actually really good. And their shrimp is super tiny, but also flavorful. Definitely give it a try! And get the punch-card so you can get a free meal after you purchase 5!

Impressed! I love this style of food, but there aren’t many options in the area without driving to College Park or going to the slum that is PG Plaza. I was glad to see this open up and it is much better than that other place. I ordered double chicken and dear lord they provided. The teriyaki sauce was sweet, but not too sweet. My husband enjoyed the salmon. Next time I’m going to try the shrimp or steak and I’m interested in the hibachi chicken sushi roll. Good place for takeout for the future. Glad to see more accessible options in this shopping center!
