Customer service was horrible. Went in during Memorial Day weekend to check out there specials it was only two sales associates and we noticed only one sales person was running around trying to assist all of the customers. We saw a gentlemen sitting at a desk and we asked could he assist and he acted as if he didnt even want to leave his seat. So instead of waiting we went elsewhere.

Ok — so I’ve been complaining for over a year about wanting a new mattress. Problem was, we were fighting the fact that our mattress was still«ok» and was only«7 years old». Finally, we made the decision to go check it out(having the mattress we wanted on sale helped too). The customer service rep was by himself in the store — and after we showed up, he got really busy. It wasn’t his fault, and he was as attentive as he could be with every customer in the store. We let him know that when we were ready to make a decision, we would let him know. We found the mattress we were looking for, and as soon as we made the decision to get it, he let us know we could have it by Monday — that’s right, 2 days later! My husband took over, and did the in-store financing, set up the delivery for between 10 – 2 on Monday, and we were on our way. Monday morning came, and they delivered our mattress around 10:30 am. The delivery guys were so nice — even dragging my old mattress downstairs for me. The got everything set up, allowed me to check everything out(without rushing me), and were on their way within about 20 – 25 minutes. Best part is — I got a great night’s sleep last night! So — long story short, if you are looking for a new mattress, and you want to get good customer service, go check out this Sleepy’s. You may have to «share your time» with other customers(if they are understaffed) but these guys know their stuff.
