We only order pizza from this Domino’s store, because 95% of the time it is perfect, arrives hot, and the folks are all really, really nice. A couple of times when I ordered light cheese we got heavy cheese, but other than that I have no complaints. I just now ordered from them again, because it’s getting late, we’re too tired to forage in the fridge or cook, and we want something tasty and hot — this is what they are good for!!!

Terrible service, drove to the location, placed an order in person. I was told to come back in 15 minutes as this was the time to make the pizza. I did as told. Arrived back, with line of people, all walking out with their orders. It’s my turn in line, I ask it’s been beyond the time you quoted– is my order ready. They check and say that they «messed up» on my order. To come back in 15 more minutes. Totally ridiculous. But I say ok. I came back, and more people coming going with their orders. Mine is complete, I get in my car to check the food, cheese is stuck all over the top of the box. In acceptable… I complain and got my money back, but not before getting a free order of wings and soda at my request. Will not return to this location again.

Terrible. Ordered my food and everything seemed fine till it got there. My chicken was burnt and they didn’t send the sauce I had paid for. Called the store and the manager tells me they’re busy and it’ll be an hour for them to fix it because he had other orders to fill. So I should wait an hour for an order I had ordered over an hour ago and didn’t get what I paid for? So he tells me what do you want your money back? So I tell him yes I would. He replies with okay and hands up. Nice customer service dominos. To top it all off we all got stomach virus from the halfway decent pizza.

great gluten free crust for those who are not celiac
never soggy and lots of gluten free toppings-​only a few that are gluten
the driver/​delivery staff is always friendly
my pizzas are always exactly as I ordered and come hot and not a mess in the box
I wish they would put the gluten free crust back on the coupon codes

Terrible. Pizza was cold and soggy and they put peperoni on it when I specifically asked for plain cheese and don’t eat peperoni!!! Manager promised me a free pie to make up for it when I said I was going to dispute it on my credit card then he reneged on his offer bc he said I «waited too long.» Order from somewhere else!

Ordered our food around 8pm, the food left the restaurant at 8:40, and didn’t show up until almost 9:30. The pizza was cold, the order was wrong, and the driver didn’t even have the receipt. When we called to complain, it seemed like the person on the phone didn’t even really care. They offered us a credit for our next order, but I honestly don’t think we will use it. This is not the first time we’ve had issues with them lately. The service used to be tolerable, but now it’s just plain sad.
