I’ve been ordered from this place for the past few years and pizza used to be okay until recently. last I order from them online and specified that I wanted the pizza to be well done and light sauce. first pizza was loaded with sauce but the must disgusting thing was the the Doug was undercooked and gummy. I called back tried to get the pizza change and the manager tried to offer me a credit for next time but I refused and told him to sent me another pizza and pick up the garbage they sent me at first I guess he get mad and loaded the next one with sauce and burn it since I asked for well done. don’t other from this place even for your dogs

I love Papa John’s but these people are incompetent. This is the first time I’ve ever made a review on here. That’s how much this experience has irritated me. If you have, on your website, a place for people to fill in what type of place they want their food to be delivered to, then you should know what type of place to expect. I’m at work. I cannot answer my phone at any given time, only at very specific times. You’re at work. You’re diong your job. If you’re a delivery driver, you should know your area well enough to be able to navigate through it without phoning your customer for help… OR get a GPS. It’s pretty much standard on most all smartphones these days. I sat here for over an hour, waiting for food. I felt my phone buzz against my leg FOUR times. In that time you easily could have typed the work address into your phone or GPS. The next fun part was phoning in to just cancel the order and get my money refunded. One, on hold for over a minute without the other end being picked up to say they’re busy and ask me if I could be placed on hold. Two, when this guy did finally pick up, he tried rebutting every single thing I said. Yes, I was annoyed. But hello, THISISTHEONLYADDRESSINTHISPLACE. Do NOT try and tell me that your driver went up to a home and knocked several times. Your driver is a moron and didn’t go to the right place. I don’t know whose fault it is, yours or the company itself, for not giving you the information that I filled out… ONTHEWEBSITE that I was at work. Not a place of residence. But one could easily look at the street you’re on and see it’s not the same as what’s on the receipt. Did I mention that I work in customer service as well? If you worked where I worked, you would be booted out on your first day. Learn some more skills. Sincerely, A very annoyed and hungry customer.
