Excellent for breakfast or brunch. French toast is awesome. One of the few places we return to. Definately worth a taste.

The food was solid, the view was outstanding, my server was drunk at 730am. Literally provided me terrible service, he was almost stumbling.

Terrific beach front spot with OK food and good service BUT it’s hard to believe that in 2016 there’s a restaurant that doesn’t accept credit cards! I guess the«convenient» in house ATM is just another profit center for them. An investment in a few modern overhead fans would be most welcome to alleviate the oppressive heat.

Excellent service, atmosphere and oh the view. What a great morning in paradise. Meat plate and avocado toast was cooked to perfection. Entire table enjoyed!

Nice little place overlooking the beach. Only open for breakfast and lunch and I don’t think they take credit cards. Only been to the bar side, so can’t comment on food.

This is a nice breakfast/lunch spot right on the beach, which is perfect when it is not too hot out! Covered seating in the deck with huge portions. Wait staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Great prices. This is a beach spot… so relax and let go of the crazy expectations. You get good food, good service, good drink and a good view. Let the stress drift away. Oh, and like the rest of the reviews say… Ca$h only!

The food was horrible!!! I would never go again. We sat at the bar right in front of the kitchen and that was the worst thing we could have done, the cooks and the servers used their hands to handle the food which is disgusting and unsanitary. I saw our server literally put her finger in my food to check if it was hot, I could not believe it! And to top everything off the food was not good at all. I would never go again and I would not suggest this restaurant to anyone.

Dune Deck Café This place is packed for breakfast. I believe what makes it so popular is the combination of location and price. Located on the beach, you can watch the Ocean and have breakfast, a nice and relaxing way to start the day. Prices are very reasonable. Quality is okay, it’s your typical casual American breakfast place, good prices, and generous portion. There is little to say against this place, as long as you don’t expect gourmet breakfast.

My girls and I thoroughly enjoyed this place! We ate an amazing breakfast while overlooking the beach. There was a nice ocean breeze and plenty of fans so it wasn’t uncomfortable. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. I got an omelet and my girls got blueberry pancakes and the 2 egg breakfast. They cleaned their plates, but I had to get a box! We paid $ 50 for the three of us and if was well worth it, we would must definitely go again!

What can I say other than this is a Must Eat At location. The top number 1 breakfast /lunch place to eat. So much so, we had our WEDDINGRECEPTION there. John and Costa are amazing people and fantastic chefs. If you are within 30 minutes of this place make it a point to enjoy it. Cash only FYI.

The view is not worth the inconvenience. First off, parking is shared with beach goers. It is paid parking which is fine. However, you pay at a centralized meter. There is only one meter for the whole lot. No one knows how to use the machine so there is quite a wait to stand in line. Not a good way to start. They do not take reservations. The wait can be an hour or more. We were finally seated in the back of the restaurant, furthest away from the view. The waitress informs us they only take cash no credit or debit – strike 4! She then added that they will not change because they have been there for 30 years. Get with the times. Most folks do not carry cash. They have a questionable looking ATM machine near the entrance that charges a fee. The restrooms are shared with beach goers as well. Not a problem except the toilets were filthy and overflowing water all over the floor. One stall was so small that your knees hit the stall door. Our server was great though. Service was quick. We ordered the conch fritters for appetizers, more dough than conch. Dipping sauce bland. Mimosas were served as a glass of juice accompanied by a split if champagne. My main dish was the Caruso Steak Sandwich. The filet was done to my liking. Overall it was a decent sandwich. The amount of bread did overpower the size of the filet. Too bad the experience in its entirety was poor. The friendly service and average food was not enough to make me give more than one star. There are better places to dine near the water.

Got the mussels and my first fish tacos, both were delicious. Great service, great food and the view can’t be beat. You do have to pay the machine for parking nearby and they accept cash only, no cards but there’s an atm if needed. Huge portions!

Quick wait for a table on a Saturday morning. Great service and on the water! We ordered Bellini’s and Mimosas, they were a great ratio of juice to champagne and the champagne came in a cute little bottle. I order two poached eggs and it came with home fries(amazing), toast and a slice of cantaloupe. Will be coming back for more delicious brunch!

I’ve been eating at the Dune Deck for years. Feel so lucky to have one of the best restaurants in the area within walking distance of our condo! Usually walk the road going and walk the beach going home! The food and drinks are always fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and the service is well managed, even when it’s busy! Always leave happy!

The location and views alone are worth the trip. The food surprisingly good. We have a local family member that brought us here for lunch. Their daily specials were amazing. We all ordered from the blackboard and was not dissappointed. The manager and staff were friendly. We all got to taste a bit of each other’s meal, each one better than the next. The fish tacos were totally on point. Lobster roll is made to order so if you don’t like onions or a lot of seasonings its great, fresh and yummy! The tropical swordfish was tasty the mango salsa made it fresher. also the spinach pie with filo dough light and airy with just enough feta. Bring your beach attire and take a dip in the beautiful ocean after or before your meal. FYICASHONLY!!!

This restaurant has a lot of potential based off it’s location. It sits on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. However the cleanliness of this establishment is poor. There is hair all over the restaurant(see pictures). We sat at the window facing the kitchen where we had a wonderful view of the serves touching everything with their dirty hands. I watched one of the food runners drop my pita and put it back on the plate and serve it to me as if nothing had happened. I was so disgusted with the hair and mismanagement of food. The service is fairly slow. The wind barreling through the restaurant is almost unbearable. If you do decide to try this restaurant the prices are fair. It was $ 15 for two steak kabobs that came with a greek salad and French fries. The quality of the meat is poor. The parking is very limited since they share a public parking lot with the beach. I believe parking was $ 1.50 an hour. Lastly and very important they are CASHONLY! apparently dune deck is still living in the dark ages. I wouldn’t suggest this restaurant

Perfect view of the beach, good service(very kid friendly!) and great food. Was between 4 and 5 stars, but the restrooms are the public beach restrooms and although everyone enjoyed their food– nothing was out of this world amazing. CASHONLY, and bill for 3 adults and 2 kids was $ 70.

Easily the best breakfast in the area. The beachside location is great for bringing out-of-towners. I highly recommend the Belgian waffle — served with real cream! Bring cash with you, though — no cards accepted here!

Very cool brunch spot in Boynton Beach. Right on the water and semi open atmosphere. Tons of seating and a large menu. They have every Benedict you can imagine plus all of the standard brunch fare. I had a three cheese omelette which was large and tasty. They only have plain bagels. Their potatoes are small baked wedges which i also enjoyed. A big plus for having iced coffee. Beware, they take cash only and they aren’t close to any ATM’s.

5÷3÷15 — Sunday Funday Brunch at this place. Didn’t even know Lantana existed. It’s quite the charming town. Dune Deck was packed when we arrived with a 30 minute wait. It is above the beach with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, we were sat all the way in the back. The back tables are higher so you can still get an ok view. Our waitress was awesome, very attentive. I had a mimosa and my friend ordered a mojito. DONOTORDERTHEMOJITO, you will be disappointed. Served in a small glass and it was just a lot of leaves, flavor was not there at all. The coconut shrimp was delicious, there were 5 pieces, would of enjoyed a few more. For brunch I ordered the Steak and Eggs. It was about a 6oz. Filet Mignon, medium rare, of course. The plate looked great, a hefty portion but again, lacked taste. My friend ordered a croissant with egg, bacon and cheese. It didn’t look or tasted great. Nothing special about the dishes, at least the ones we tried. They do have a lobster benedict that I might have to try next time. The staff gets a 5 star, very nice people, coming in you are greeted with a smile and as you exit, every one smiles and thanks you.
