Harbor Freight Tools

This place is a good supplier of tools for light duty use. No place to buy professional quality but good for that once in a while job.
However, I hate waiting in line and I could do without the policy of getting every customers vital info before checking them out. This is annoying when there are several people in line. Let’s hurry it up. I’m buying these tools because I’ve got work to do.

It is, what it is… Harbor Freight does not pretend to be anything else.
This is the «Dollar Store» version of Home Depot or Lowe’s.
So you can expect GREAT deals on mostly Chinese-​made tools and hardware, that cost FAR less than most anywhere else.
Just do NOT expect long-​term, lasting quality. You get what you pay for, right?
Still… I find this a place to buy excellent «beater» tools to use and abuse for a few years before I have to replace them. I have bought numerous chainsaws, angle grinders, sanders, air compressors, and a myriad of assorted hand tools here.
NOTE: The cash register does not often reflect the «online» or «sales flyer» prices!
MAKE SURE to bring some sort of printed back-​up with you, to ensure you get the DISCOUNTS they advertise!
But if you want really high-​quality stuff that will last forever? LoL…
Then you should avoid HF entirely…
(And yes, my review is an exact carbon-​copy of the other store. Why? Because my experiences at both stores has been 100% identical…)
