One of the best local shop in Mesilla!!! Love the quality of jewerly and great selection of hand bags and local art. You can’t go wrong with Lulu!

FAntastic place in Las Cruces to check out if your looking for a specialty gift or card. They have two walls of cards some hand made by local artists (I liked the cat cards done by a local Las Cruces woman). They have a small selection of women’s clothes, but a big selection of jewelry and specialty products… you know funky kitchen stuff, adult themed magnets and stationary and my favorite … cat butt hand soap and «maybe you touched your genitals» hand soap … with a picture of a business lady shaking the hand of a businessman Funny stuff…
I think what I liked most about LuLu is the way it is spaced out… a lot of times stores like these tend to pile on these products in a small amount of space, but at Lulu’s you have room to move around and everything is organized … kitchen stuff in one room, clothes in another, jewelry in the main room … NICE!
Prices are moderate … but normal for these kind of items. Great card selection, not too bad on prices … today i bought a rubber brail ring for $ 2 that I think says … «love is blind» in brail … I think … as I do not read brail
(I was about to write that I would post a photo of the brail ring and anyone who can read brail can tell me what it means … but then I realized the problem in that … hmm)

If you’re near La Mesilla, you have to stop by Lulu’s. I come here a couple times a year to get a unique gift for my mom or wife. The greeting cards selection is unlike anywhere else. There are two rooms with really clever, cute gifts for the hard to please, but the main room is filled with handbags, jewelry and furniture. I usually stay in the cheap rooms.

Very modern for such a small town so do check it out…
