Service incompetence personified. This is the closest McDonalds to my home, so I have years of experience with this location and the lack of attention to detail or care you will find at this restaurant. This weekend I had to return 3 times to address gross ineptitude with their drive thru staff. This does not mean they only screwed 3 things up, but the errors on these occasions were so egregious I couldn’t ignore it. How any group of people could consider themselves professional restaurateurs and run a place like this so poorly is unforgivable. They should have their franchise revoked.

Apparently you get the same amount of fries regardless of what size you order. Burgers are always squished with a thumb dent in them. Staff is rude, slow, and lazy. This place is a good deterrent if you’re on a diet and craving junk food.

Worst McDonalds ever. I was going on a five hour drive. Stopped for a quick bite. I ordered within a few minutes. An Egg McMuffin and a coffee. My food was ready approximately 25 minutes later! Fast food? Not! Many people were waiting. When I got my food, it was dry and tasteless, like it had been in the warming tray for a long, long time. My coffee was given to me black. There was no cream or sugar in the condiment area. There was cream by the register. I had to ask for someone to bring me sugar. What a waste of time.

This McDonalds location across from Red Robin on RT9. They are not that friendly at the counter. The server seemed bothered when I asked a simple question. The food was warm, the fries were soggy, but the service was fast. They seemed prepared for the lunch crowd, meaning they had a lot of basic items ready to go. Good value, as I ordered off the $ 1 menu. They had redone the inside dinning area since I was last inside. Just a regular McDonalds, nothing fancy. Go for a quick bite.

They have 2 drive-​thru «order heres,» but in the same lane, which I think is confusing and retarded. Drive-​thru lane moved fast.

Horrible Horrible service. The Manager names «William» provided the worst customer service I have ever borne in my life. An insult to the franchise.

This is the shittiest McDonalds on Earth, and I don’t believe there are any ‘good’ McD’s out there. Everything terrible about the McDonalds Corporation is on display here.
On a recent visit to my old teenage stomping grounds, I decided to pick up some french fries and take a look at the local MickeyDeez. The parking lot and half the store were torn up due to construction, yet the restaurant was still open. They aren’t closing for one minute if there are idiots like me to throw them a few dollars.
A sign said that part of the seating area was closed, yet the majority of the slack-​jawed diners were sitting in the ‘closed’ area, so I joined them. An employee seemed to notice, but wasn’t about to do anything about it.
The lobby was absolutely trashed. The lowlifes who patronize this place can’t walk three feet to place their items in the trash and there aren’t enough workers to take care of keeping the place clean.
The understaffed nature of this McD’s (which I believe does not have a owner but, rather, is ‘corporate’ run) is on display by the long and slow lines inside the lobby and at the drive-​thru. It’s supposed to be ‘fast food’ but McDs wouldn’t spend another 100 bucks a day to throw two other mouthbreathers minimum wage just to keep the place moving.
This McDs has sucked on another level since it opened nearly 20 years ago. Because I’m a masochist with a strange sense of humor, I continue to check in every couple of years when I am in the area, and it never changes. I wouldn’t even want to set foot in the bathroom, considering what the lobby looks like. In an emergency, I’d piss in the parking lot and risk an indecent exposure ticket.
Oh yeah, the fries I ordered sucked, too. Cold as hell with all the floppiness and poor taste that comes along.
All McDonalds are evil; the Latham Farms version could be the centerpiece of an anti-​fast food documentary. Anybody who eats here regularly deserves the early death that is certain to come.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the Capital Region! The buns are dry and they’re always out of soda flavors!
