A&W

Went to the driver through around 10:27pm and the person in charge of the drive through window talk the intercom spoke for a sec and I never heard from them, I waited there for like 2−3mins with no reply if they where closed or busy, I am sadly dishearted that they would do that and I was really looking forward to a good root beer so instead I went to the Carl’s Jr next door.

The food was okay but the dining area needs a little cleaning and the flies were not okay while we were eating.

Horrible ! Never come back again !
We ordered two root beer float and we waited for 20 minutes. Just two drinks for 20 minutes!!! No way…

I come here regularly but todays food was horrible. My fries tasted like they were a day old and thrown into the microwave. No crunch what so ever. My cheese curds were beyond cooked to where half the curds in the box was missing its cheese. The cheeseburger you could still taste the cold cheese. After coming here almost every week, today’s food was really disappointing. Only thing done right was the soda.

It is KFC and A&W in one.
I was there half an hour before closing and they were out of white meat chicken. Some clown just finished cooking a new batch, but only made dark meat. Rumor has it that the manager was on the war path. Maybe she will send the rejects back to the world’s worst McDonalds down the street.
I got extra pieces of dark meat to make up for the white meat i paid for as did a few other people.
The Draft Root Beer is not like it used to be. My guess is that they are using carbonated water with the syrup. It doesn’t taste the same.
Slow service.
Next time i will get the A&W burgers and gotget the KFC food.

Absolutely filthy and they take forever to prepare the food. The inside is disgusting, the tables haven’t been cleaned off. The employees are too busy chit chatting in the kitchen so forget about the extra sauce you wanna ask for.

We were trying to get to Jack in the Box and apparently, you can only get there from the west. The connection doesn’t go any further than A&W/KFC.
Normally, I don’t stop at any of the Yum! (KFC, Taco Bell, Long John Silvers) restaurants because I get sick 1 out of every 3 times but A&W is safe, maybe because the company still hasn’t fully integrated it.
In any case, we got the regular cheeseburger combos and the very enthusiastic worker asked if we wanted mugs. I said that I didn’t care either way. She brought us heavy, glass root beer mugs like I haven’t seen since I was little. She also said that she would give us paper cups, so we could get a refill on the way out. That’s pretty amazing.
The food was reasonably good. Now, I kind of wish I’d gotten the corn dog bites with cheese sauce. I didn’t order those because many stores mess them up and the cheese sauce sometimes costs a lot extra, so you end up with a snack for the price of a meal. Their hamburgers are good, though, and better than most, so maybe I didn’t miss JiTB at all.

Tried this place on three occasions. I get the tenders and they’ve always been served awful dry and soggy as if sitting under the heat lamps for hours.

Everytime I have come to this location the staff is less than friendly. You would think for the price of the food the customer service would be better. Also everytime I have gone through the drive thru I come home missing something from my order.

Bad Service and food at higher prices than should be. My family even once got food poisoning here several years ago. I hoped they would have cleaned it up. but sadly not.

They do tend to run out and you may have to wait for a fresh bucket… but the food is cooked right and fresh. They usually have al the sides ready to go. Extra bonus is that this business is also an a and w… so they have burgers too.

For a fast food place this A&W/KFC location really seems to get customer service.
You don’t expect much when visiting a fast food place… you basically get what you pay for. I stopped by here on the way out of town last night and was reminded why in the past I had been impressed with this location.
I got to the drive through about 4 minutes before closing time. I wasn’t expecting much since usually fast food places around that time have hardly any selection and want to go home. The girl who helped me was cheery, and full of energy. To top it all off both my popcorn chicken and fried cheese curds were piping hot and ready to go in just a few minutes, which was impressive seeing how they were about to close.
I will make this one of my stops while traveling in the future for sure.

I was passing through town and stopped in at 2:00pm. I must say, I did not expect to have some of the best service I have ever had anywhere! All the staff of women were very friendly and accommodating, moreover they were genuine! I was treated to a frosted glass mug for my drink and a regular cup to refill and take out. I don’t usually expect such great service at a fast food restaurant. I highly recommend stopping in!

It’s your average A&W/KFC with good customer service and quality in the prep of the food

Eating at an A&W always makes me regress and grin like a little kid. Maybe it’s that we often went to the one near my grandparents’ house. Regardless, the root beer floats are simply classic (and nearly impossible to get elsewhere) and I sincerely believe they have the best french fries of all the fast food chains.
The thing that made this particular location notable, and warranted a review, is that unlike other chains and locations, the counter guy not only took our names as we ordered, but he actually used them throughout the transaction. It was nice to be addressed as a person and not just «Large fries and large float»!
