KFC

This kfc is horrible. The first time I went there there were out of almost everything. The second time I went there I went through the drive thru and they got my whole order wrong. Worst customer service ever. They need new management to come and take over that place.

We went to this drive thru, we wanted to try the new Kentucky Spicy Chicken, it was cold and sprinkled with red spice, so bad I couldn’t even eat them! Also the drive through cashier asked us to drive forward to the sign at the end of the drive thru then back again to the drive thru window (I think it was to adjust the amount of time our order took to put together) terrible food! Very very disappointing!

The chicken they gave me looked like roadkill and it was so small and they forgot our biscuits had to come all the way back for them to correct this

Ok — so the only thing I go to this place for is the chicken pot pie. 4 times in a row no more pot pie??? It’s only 7:30 PM on Friday night. Doesn’t anyone check what is selling and when it’s selling? Heck I would settle for a salty chicken pot pie. Please who ever does the ordering «you are missing out on one of the only things people stop for» order a few extra chicken pot pies or at least tell your workers where they are stored. Maybe it’s an issue in that they are forgetting to replenish as the evenings warmed pies are running low. Based on the other postings this store needs a little management help. From messed up orders to cold food with a side of no pot pies sprinkle in a snarky worker makes a perfect evening. I guess I’m crazy for going back. Sorry grand kids.

Quick and friendly service but the pot pie was too salty! Area does have spacious parking.

Chicken tenders and fries were cold and rubbery. We noticed the fries first and went to the counter and asked for another batch, we were promptly handed another order of cold rubbery fries. When informing the team member his response was a snarky «Well I didn’t touch them to feel how warm they are». We asked for a fresh batch of fries. After 10 minutes we approached the counter again to inquire about our fries and the same person responded with «Oh, you are still waiting?». He then handed us a fresh order of fries. By this time we had started into our chicken tenders and noticed they were unfortunately in the same condition but we didn’t dare ask for more based on the previous response. We just got up and left after filling up on our coleslaw and mashed potatoes.

Slow as Hell ! Dont waste your time, your better off dining at a restaurant and being done eating by the time your food is ready! Drive Thru is even worse ! If you value your time go somewhere else

My experience with this branch kfc is really bad they are nice when you order your food inside but when it comes drive thru they missed up my ordered so many times and I am sure I am not ordering from dive thru in this kfc anymore. I normally don’t criticize to much but when it comes to repeat the mistake I can’t take it. So anyone reading this feedback please check your food twice before you leave the window because the nice manager offers free soda and you have to drive back there and when is hot weather like today it is no worth it.

Other than the barrier seperating the dining room from the front counter, I didnt have a problem. No Mountain Dew though. Wtf??? My visit included a male employee telling some female employees to go look in the mens room. Dont know what was going on but the 1^st thing that came to mind was insects or a turd that wouldnt flush

I’m sad I spent 40 $ they forgot part of it, the chicken was only so-​so the only thing that came out right were the chicken wings… which I hate. :(so disappointed.

Kentucky Fried Chicken? More like Kentucky Fried Canary.

Absolutely horrible. Worst KFC food I have had. Very greasy and the chicken quality was poor. The service was good though!
If you are stuck on I-5…keep moving.
