Traditionally I have had poor service at this Jack in the Box however, this time I was greeted in the drive thru by what seemed like a new employee. His name was Thomas and in all honesty, he made my drive thru experience absolutely fantastic. He was boisterous, upbeat, friendly, and made sure that I had everything I needed for lunch. When I was managing a retail chain months ago, I would have loved to have a team made up of someone of his caliber. The man seemed to genuinely enjoy serving the guests and when I visit again, I hope he is the one that will be greeting me. Thanks for the excellent service.

Hate to do this because the staff here is probably one of the friendliest I have come across at a jack in the box but every single time I come here the service is slow wether there is a line or not, but thats not even what I’m complaining about since I’m pretty patient. My compliant is that on 2 occasions after ordering at the drive thru and driving all the way home with my order I come to find an item missing and on both occasions it was the same item missing.(A big cheese burger on sourdough bread with lettuce and tomatoes). I always order this. The first time I drove all the way back to fetch the missing burger, I was hungry. The second time I just said F*** it I’m just not going back there ever again. My fault though, I should’ve checked the bag the 2nd time. I asked the lady at the window«is this everything»? She seemed pretty confident that it was so I trusted her… Please guys, make sure that everything is in the bag. It only takes a couple you guys a couple seconds to double check and takes me 10 mins to drive back to jack to pick up 1 missing burger. WORST customer service out of all the fast food chains in this area. There’s only one lady that’s actually doing her job here while the rest stand around and gossip I’ve avoided going inside for a long time due to the fact that my food would be ready but the ladies let it sit out instead of calling my number and handing it to me. As a customer it seems to me that the drive thru would be the easiest route but I was WRONG I just visited this location today and received the half ass service I always do. Rude people taking my order, rude people handing out the orders etc. it’s happened on multiple occasions that I am the only car in the drive thru and they take 20+ minutes, I thought it was called FASTFOOD. Seems like I was WRONG again it was just an unpleasant experience from A-Z. Definitely going to stay away from this place

Disgusting place!!! I was using the Restroom and as I was washing my hands an employee in management came out of the stall and just walked out of the restroom not even washing her hands! I made a complaint and they coulda cared less! NASTY!!!

Nasty nasty nasty. I went there 2 – 3 months ago, ordered a breakfast sandwich and some tacos, the breakfast sandwich was tepid, and soggy. The taco’s were dripping with grease as if the oil used to fry them in was not heated up to the proper temperature. I only had 2 of them, my friend had 4, and he felt sick about an hour after eating them. I’ll never go to this Jack in the Box again. Oh, and to add insult to injury, some teenage twit waited about 45 seconds to take my order because he was too busy talking on his cell phone at the cash register.

The girl working the drive thru window was rude and there was Bacon and Ham in my breakfast sandwich even though I ordered it without meat. I was frustrated and very disappointed.

I am a vetegatarin. I always get a breakfast burrito with no meat. I just went to this jack in the box and I ordered a meatless burrito. After waiting 20 minutes or more in the drive through just to drive all the way home to find meat in it. I told the lady 5+ times that I want no meat. I will never go to this jack in the box ever again.

Doesn’t matter what time you come to this place service is always slow not sure what they do in the back. Think their sleeping. Very very very slow service. By the time you get your food your not hungry anymore. Might need to hire new people

check your order before you leave!!! Worst ever giving order wrong every time,? Like really, need to drive back to store with my 4 kids just because they give the wrong order., it happens to me 4 times! Not going back to this location anymore waste of money and time, They are talking and laughing loudly on front of your food…

I’ve stopped at this specific Jack 2x in the last 2 weeks, both times about 8am on a weekday. I get the same thing at all Jacks, and it’s always hot and fresh, but at this one the Ultimate Breakfast sandwich looks and tastes like it’s a day old. An extra bonus this morning was the very slow service at the drive through. i won’t go to this Jack again. So, it’s been a while since i wrote this review. I’ve stopped there since and it seems food is fresh and hot. I also like to add the people that work graveyard on Sunday mornings are A LOT nicer than the weekday morning people.

I have a Love-Hate relationship with Jack in the Box. When everything goes right, i swear I could go back every day. When everything goes wrong, I swear I’ll never go back. I decided not to do drive-thru and went indoors. It took a while for someone to come to the counter.(I looked for the automated ordering machine, but they didn’t have one. They’re particularly good in a number of JiTB locations where the staff is less than responsive.) A woman came up front and was friendly. I ordered 10 tacos(2 for $ 0.99), and some ranch sauce. The person at the register got the order right, put out the ranch sauce, and I waited and waited. I guess it wasn’t that bad, but I should have timed it. There was some commotion in Spanish, and the manager came up front, and looked upset. Then, she started to put away the ranch sauce. I mentioned that it was part of my order. The woman who took the order was standing next to the person making the tacos. There only seemed to be one person preparing food. I guess I should remember that Jack in the Box is always slow. I got what I wanted, and it wasn’t the worst experience I’ve had at JiTB but still. It wasn’t great, and when I ate one of the tacos, it wasn’t cold. Odd that the food wasn’t any colder than when I eat their food in the dining room. It must have been really hot when they gave it to me.

Simple order… loaded curly fries with no jalapenos… brought it home to find half cooked potato wedges, 10 jalapenos, cheese sauce, and the ground beef they put in the tacos. Seriously the worst Jack In the Box experience of my life!

Scratching my head and looking but can’t find it! I was sad to see that Jack in the Box no longer offered the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich. When my friend suggested we grab breakfast here Saturday Morning my mouth went wet for the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich. So after we pulled up to the drive thru — I didn’t see it and had their Grilled Breakfast Sandwich, and realized it tasted the same but the bread size was different. Why change the name is what I want to know?

Worst fast food experience of my life. I was stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes while they prepared another driver’s 4 bags of food instead of telling him to pull around. When I got my tacos they were soggy and poured grease from their sleeves. And to top it all off, they never returned my credit card and when I noticed it, I was trying to pay for gas over an hour away, leaving me stranded!!! I wish I could rate them with less than zero stars.

I have been going here for 3 years and have not had an issue. The staff have always been great to us. The food is good and if something is wrong they fix it. The turkey and tomato sandwich is good and the chocolate cake is good.

These people actually ignored me as I stood at the counter waiting to order. It was about 300pm on a weekday, and I went in to get a soda. There was a mgr in the kitchen and another mgr in the drive-thru. There was no one working as front cashier. I waited and waited, and no one came up front. Then the Mgr in the kitchen said…”Well, Im not going up there.” So Im guessing they had no cashier to take orders. But it was totally uncool to ignore a customer.
