Absolutely inexcusable. Unlike other FedEx and UPS shipping centers this place packs on additional fees. I stopped in to drop off a pre-​paid FedEx envelope and they wanted to charge extra. I went elsewhere and you should too. I called FedEx and filed a complaint.

The owner is always cheerful, friendly and helpful. Even though his store is in a busy shopping center, he gives it a neighborhood feel. Highly recommended.
